I was in the area to pick up my gf s new car and turns out my car a long nail that ripped my tire til the point it couldn t be patched. I was looking for a used tire just to get around meanwhile but truth is I was better off getting new tires any way as mine had low thread. Scott was great I got 2 new tires and the install wasn't charged, he was very considerate of my situation. Great knowledgeable people!

Went to Kost tire in Honesdale and they were super helpful, i needed a flat fixed asap and they took me last minute. The service manager at the front desk was very helpful and a technician took my truck right away. They had me back on the road in 20 minutes.It was good to find a Business that put customer care and satisfaction foremost, will definitely be back.

I ordered Sport Terrain TK8 wheels from Kost. Very happy with the way they look on my 2020 RS Blazer. Also, I like the all terrain tires that they picked out which are quiet on the highway and work well for off roading. Very pleased with the work by the technicians and the customer service personnel. KOST TIRE IS A RIPOFF. I was there for a fuel filter and to get 4 tires installed. I was shocked when I received my $394 bill. They charged me $90 for a $20 fuel filter and $107 to install it on top of $35 per tire to install. I called around afterward, and every other place in Honesdale was half the price. The Manager told me that s what their prices are next time I should have asked before dropping off my car. Do yourself a favor and go to any other of the 20 places in Honesdale!

Service manager was great, set me up with the best tires for my truck without even seeing it, asked if I could get a wider and taller tire he definitely new his stuff . Didn't even bring my truck to him just the tires and rims,new tires beautiful and it don't rub on turns and gave it a good lift, and have a great team nice and polite. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, .

My experience in Honesdale started with a phone call to Scott Gray regarding a tire that was losing air pressure. That turned into 2 tires that needed to be repaired, the purchase of 2 new tires, and a 4 wheel alignment service. He and Domenic were both cordial and professional while taking care of my car. The following week a second vehicle was in need of a special "not off the shelf" tire. Scott was able to locate one, had it delivered, and mounted on our truck the following day. Outstanding customer service never goes out of style. Thank you Kost Tire and the Honesdale team for taking care of our vehicles.

Friday August 4th we had 4 new tires placed on our car. Dominick Mobilio had worked with us from sales through service. Given the store was extremely busy, he still found time to fit us into the same day with in a few hours. Would recommend this store and manager for any tire needs.

Dominic is the man! He saved our vacation. We where on our way for a road trip when my mother's vehicle got a flat 2 miles. The whole team SAVED our day. They went above and beyond and the cost was unbelievably low. Can not recommend going to anyone else in Wayne County! Thank you!!!

2 hours to get an oil change. 1 1/2 hours of work, then my truck sat in the parking lot for 1/2 hour. This was after being told to come back in 2 hours so I lost a total of 4 hours for an oil change. Then I was told about the complementary safety check I received. Since this is mainly a tire store, I expected they would at least check my tire pressure and either tell me they are all different or possibly go a step further and actually put air in them. But no- all 4 tires were different and ranged from 45 to 55 psi. The tire sidewall says 65 psi, so they actually let me leave with a tire 20 psi low on a 4500 pound truck! And the employee at the counter spelled my name wrong after I spelled it for him twice. I understand they are short staffed, techs are lazy and don't care, workers don't pay attention but this was a lot to deal with for my first visit. Not sure if I want to try again.Update: Owner says they tried to reach me. How would you go about that when my name is mispelled in your computer?? How could you find my phone number? LOL Unbelievable

While being a customer for years.....I keep going back because of the service, advice and product that I receive at Kost. But this time, I was treated especially well......by both Dominick and Scott. They sold me the best tires for my Wrangler and they couldn't have been more professional. It was a pleasure going to Kost. GOOD PEOPLE!!!!

Had a screw stuck in the tread of one of my tires. They took me immediately and checked the tire. Turns out the screw didn't pierce the tire but was just wedged between the treads. No charge and I was on my way in 15 min!

This was the most professional, respectful, and polite group of employees. I called in the morning, they gave me a price for four tires and an amazing deal. I dropped my car off, they also inspected and gave it an alignment. They called me when it was ready, I paid my bill and I was headed home in no time! This was the most drama free experience I ve ever had! Thank you Kost!!

Don t trust them. Always double check their work before you leave. Although the services are done pretty quickly, I get quite frustrated here because they don t do the service you ask of them. I went to get an tires, an alignment and to have my fluids checked and refilled. After the visit and going to work I decided to double check if you ve put fluids in, and of course they did not. I just dropped $600 and they could can t 2 mins to refill my coolant which is below the minimum line. This was something I asked for specifically and wasnt done. No fluids were filled. Although I have 6months left on my alignment contract, I doubt I ll be coming here again. This isn t the first time they haven t completed their task correctly. About 6 months ago I went for an alignment I waited 7hrs and when I picked the car up, big shocker, it wasn t aligned properly.

So let me start by saying, in 2 months I needed 2 flats repaired. I rolled (just barely) and Scott got me in and repaired in no time- TWICE! Now it was time for all 4 tires on my INFINITI QX50. I called and spoke to Dominick. He ordered tje run flats I needed and scheduled the install. While I was there, myself and the rest of the customers were made to feel at home. The service at Honesdale Kost is friendly and efficient! Great job to the guys out front and the whole crew in the shop. Thank you!

Needed to get the alignment done on my truck and Frank got it done and even took the time to make sure all my joints and links were all in good shape. That's the level of customer service we all need. Thanks again Honesdale Kost

LOVED my experience at Kost Tire earlier this morning! I got a flat tire late last night and called them first thing in the morning to make an appointment. A friendly guy (I think his name is JT) said "Come over any time." So I did. They fixed the tire very quickly and put the spare back inside the trunk. When I asked them how much I owed them they waived the charges because, according to them, the job was quite easy. Great people - honest, hardworking, and generous. This is going to be my go-to place for all my future car troubles. Thank you so much, guys! Happy New Year!

Not only did they change my oil, they brought to my attention some other issues. They literally brought the air filters out to show me how filthy they were. They also told me that my four-wheel drive fluids should be changed. I know that I've never had that done in the almost 6 years I've had this vehicle. They realized it needed to be done because they looked up the service history on Carfax. I was very appreciative of that and will definitely be back.

I am a current customer of KOST Tire & auto in honesdale, I want to thank Dominic and the whole team at KOST.I brought my car in for a routine oil change something was wrong with the car Dominic and his staff made sure that my car was brought from that shop to the dealership where I purchased it and that all necessary repairs were made to my car and it was paid for in a timely fashion I want to thank them again and I will be a lifelong customer.Respectfully,Richard Cervone

I can not say one bad thing. Just spend time in the waiting room and just sit quietly and you hear warmth, positive words, people that care. It seems to me it's one big happy family. Sitting next to strangers, then becoming friends and swapping car stories. Employees are so professional and keep you up to date so nicely. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Love being serviced here. It s so hard to find a good mechanic. I trusted Jack Williams mistakenly. They charged me for a transmission flush and never performed it. So far with Kost so good. I ll be going in for an alignment and tire rotation. I have a vibration in the front left too. Let s see what they say and how they perform. To be continued...

I was losing air in one of my tires after a long ride the day before from NY. I popped in and they helped me immediately to diagnose which of the 4 it was. Although I had to wait a couple of days before they could get me in to fix it, fix it they did and I am forever grateful!! 40 minutes in and out! They are the best and highly recommend! Thank you to all the employees there! You saved the day!

Went to Kost because I thought it would be convenient. Turns out it was not. Called ahead to get two all season tires and an inspection. Went in, turned out I needed a third tire, wasn't a problem. Go to pay and they had given me two snow tires and one all season. Snow tires in mid June?? Had to go back another day and they swapped out the snows for all seasons. First and last time I go to a chain instead of a locally owned garage.

Needed a new battery. Dominick scheduled an immediate appointment. The problem was diagnosed promptly and the battery was replaced. Dominick and the staff are professional, courteous, and skilled in their work.Highest recommendation!

Mike was extremely helpful with some recent repairs and service for our car! Pricing he quoted was accurate and affordable. It was nice to have everything done under one roof and so convenient to us! Give the guys at Kost a try, you won t be disappointed!!

Wish I could leave zero stars. Bought new tires and paid $75 for alignment. Left there on 11/9/19 only drove 3-4 miles on Rt 652 and then at 50mph my rear drivers side wheel flew off. Truck slammed to the ground injuring my back. The 3 remaining wheels on my truck were also in the process of coming off. The tech never tightened the lug nuts! Been in therapy for 3 months. Doctors tell me it could take 6-9 months to heal. Kost then promised to fix the truck. Got the truck back and the first time I used it I lost my brakes and almost had a second crash. This company should not be in business!

I can't possibly write enough positive things a out this place. I'd been a long-term customer of Jack Williams, but they've been sold to a place that has screwed me in the past. Apparently, they're screwing the JW folks and no one works there anymore!So the JW folk referred me to Kost. I can't saw enough about how professional and willing to help me out on no notice. Everyone in the store went out of their way to help.I know where I'll be getting our cars serviced in the future!

What a professional and accommodating experience. We had a very difficult repair and then a further complication. However TJ was so kind and always there to answer our questions and calm our nerves. The mechanic was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again!!

Needed my exhaust replaced, was hoping for a quick easy fix but it wasn't possible.. TJ explained my options and what the process was for each. I ended up replacing the whole exhaust. TJ was very kind and knowledgeable and customer service was spot on.

We had four tires replaced today and Kost tires completed the work fast and efficiently. TJ handeled the sale and he exceded my expectations! I could not go in the store to complete the transaction so TJ came outside and took care of all the paperwork, explainations and billing for our comfort!Thanks TJ and Kost Tires!
