I was there today. I was expecting to test drive a vehicle. When I got there. I found out they had to give the vehicle a jump start. Then I found out that the windshield wipers didn't work and it needed muffler work. So it wasn't ready for a test drive anyway. I was supposed to go on Monday afternoon. But we had 3" of snow. So I moved the appointment back till today. I managed to get a ride there. It was a hour and 50 minutes. Each way to go test drive a car. That was not ready to be test driven.Then I was told I needed 30% down on the car that I wanted. And if I could come up with that amount. It would only be a short term loan. With payments I couldn't afford anyway. But known off this was mentioned in Text or phone calls. I was there almost a hour. Before any salesman talk with me and I had a appointment. But they did have a lot of nice cars. But the communication between sales and services. Must be really bad for something like this to happen to anyone. But once I did talk to a salesman. They did beat around the bush. They were straight forward. But it would of been nice if they would of been the same way with text and phone calls

PROCEED WITH CAUTION!I ve been a longtime customer of B&B Dodge. The Carmody family was always very accommodating when it came to warranty work on my vehicles. Since the change of ownership, I m told they re no longer providing loaners. I custom ordered my vehicles. Knowing if I had any warranty concerns, my family would not be left without a set of wheels as John liked to call it. Well, John is no longer there. In fact, the majority of the staff I ve grown to know and trust have left. Making me feel very uneasy about continuing to conduct business with this dealer. On average I purchase 3-4 vehicles a year from B&B. To have a new vehicle with 10,000 miles on it, in the shop with no idea as to when the repairs will be done. It s an extremely unsettling feeling. Service has gone above and beyond to accommodate me with the resources they have been instructed to provide. I have zero complaints in that regard. What I am upset about is how quickly this dealership turned into a complete embarrassment. The customer service that they re being told to provide is absolutely disgraceful. I feel sorry for them. That they have to be the bearer of bad news, because standards have changed in a less than desirable manner. Shame on the new owners! I will absolutely never purchase another vehicle here again. If anyone in the service department leaves, like everyone else has, I ll also be finding a new dealer to work on my vehicles as well. It s absolutely mind blowing that you could leave a customer without a vehicle.. I imagine if I didn t have a second vehicle to drive, I d be at enterprise right now paying for a rental out of pocket. Absolutely disgraceful.

We searched for weeks for the best deal on a 3rd row SUV for our family and finally found a great deal at this dealership. It was an 1:30 minute drive so we were in constant communication with our sales rep., Chris. He did a great job working with us to schedule a time to see and test drive the vehicle, and provided constant updates while we waited for the title to come in (we are in NY). We were able to purchase and take home our vehicle on the second visit, and Chris accompanied us to the DMV to finalize details with the plates. We are thankful for his efforts and are loving our vehicle!

Melissa Stites is absolutely wonderful to work with, such a lovely human being, excellent follow up even AFTER the deal was done and I took the vehicle home. Alex and Jimmy in finance were great as well and we were able to get everything done with me spending less than 2h at the dealership TOTAL including first visit to see the vehicle and 2nd visit when I picked it up. Was in and out in 20 min - unreal! They did recently change ownership and if you had issues during the transfer I highly encourage you to give them another try. Got the price lower than anywhere else for the car I wanted, full coverage warranty, and even handled my plate transfer from my old car to my new one. THANK YOU!

Going to a car dealership can be a scary experience, especially if there is poor customer service.However, when I visited, I had a phenomenal experience with Chris C, he did a great job walking me through the process and answering all the questions I had, in great detail. I wish everyone could have the same experience that I had when they visit a dealership. Chris was a professional and was a great person to speak with.If you are looking at vehicles, Chris is the guy you want to speak to.

After hearing from other people about how terrible their car buying experience was at other dealerships, I was nervous going into the whole process.Everybody here was fantastic. Especially Tim! I saw a vehicle on line. I sent am inquiry regarding this vehicle. I was contacted by the dealership via phone. I asked specifically to be sure the vehicle was available. I was assured it was. I drove 90 miles to get the vehicle. The dealership is so disorganized with no parking for customer. When I got to the dealership, I was told the vehicle was sold the day before. Poorly run dealership. Poor attention to detail. Bad experience. I would never trust to purchase a vehicle from this dealership.EditReview...I reached out to the John, the General Manager as requested and did not hear back. Also, the car was sold the day before, not earlier in the day I was at the dealership. I was told this by the salesperson who sold the vehicle the previous day. STAY AWAY. These people so not care about the customers, do not tell the truth, and do not follow thru w their commitments. Horrible experience.

First and foremost I want to say the sales person, Jennifer D, was wonderful, fun, engaging and worked very hard for me. Unfortunately she works at a dealership that is in complete chaos. The 3 star rating is an average of 5 or Jen and 1 for HCDJR. The ordeal of buying a used truck took over 7 hours! Oh and I paid cash. And still I left without the vehicle being inspected so I had to do that on my own. But they did reimburse me. Again, I would recommend Jennifer all day, but the dealership is completely lost with one hand not talking to the other causing undo delays and wasting time. On the other hand I financed a brand new vehicle form Ford deal 3 days earlier and was in at 9am and out by 11:30am!

BUYER BEWARE... VERY DECEPTIVE DEALERSHIP...advertises prices online and hides a 2500 upcharge off the prices.. these people were sent a carfax for my lexus in great condition that already had offers and a price range from several other dealers for 18k and they come in at 15k which is absolutely crazy 3k under value. I spent 30 minutes talking to Chris on the phone twice on separate occasions complaining about dealers not being honest with trades and prices and these people make me drive 50 minutes just to entertain a bunch of crooks. BUYER BEWARE

Giving the Dealership anything but is one star is a hard to do. We were really happy with the car and sales rep we were dealing with but when you get to the financial management there are almost 2-3k worth of hidden fees or products they almost force you to buy and the price is never what what you agree with the sales rep. Just know if you buy a car here they try to sell you Ally maintenance and 1100$ security tracking already installed on the car. Overall just very deceptive with the hidden fees

I honestly can say I have never had a better experience when buying a car. From working out all the details to making quick fixes was phenomenal. My sales guy, Sean, went out of his way to make sure I was completely happy with the car. Quick to respond. I would recommend them!2 weeks later..had to bring the car back in for body work that was discovered after purchase and then had to bring it back again to have it inspected to which it was never done prior. Spent my free time for their mistakes.

Chris Cuccio is a wonderful, informative, and honest salesman. Inquired about a vehicle on their website. They said the price that was listed was only the price if I qualified for rebates on a USED vehicle? I would not recommend buying from them.This vehicle was also a previous Canadian so it did not have a warranty which was not mentioned in the fine print
