Nice place and people, i tried before, maybe 7 places around Honesdale and Hawley. I feel comfortable with them. Since then I have been staying with them for many years.

Good service, professional staff, fair prices! I do almost all my own work and am picky about garages, but I don't have tire machines or an alignment rack. I shopped around for tires and Case had the best prices and they've done good work on our work vehicles in the past.Their tire prices installed were actually lower than some popular online sources without installation. I'd highly recommend Case tire over some of the larger chain tire places nearby.

The staff here is very friendly and honest. I witnessed a staff member calling a customer to tell them that a sensing unit which was malfunctioning did not need to be replaced because they found that the problem was a loose wire. They didn't have to do that and it speaks to their honesty. The waiting area is comfortable and clean and service was prompt and complete.

Horrible service. Incompetent. Wrote wrong phone number down and couldn't call me back to find lug key (in glove box like 99.9% of owners do I guess). Won't see me again. Was a simple tire exchange and balancing. Actually ended up not being I guess.Update: Went to a professional and just found out THERE ARE NO LUG NUT LOCKS!!!Update#2: They have reached out and would like me to contact them; I may, but I think I made it quite clear where the wheels fell off this cart, so to speak.

Salesperson gave me options without any pressure. I made the appointment and had the tires put on my car in an hour. I didn't go crazy shopping around because I learned that they are a family business that has been around for years.

Very nice place got us in quick tire prices were good. Were in an out in about a half hour. No appointment. Very pleased with the service.

Just visited Case this month (Jan 2019). The waiting area is so welcoming and comfortable as is the Case staff! Jeff was kind enough to squeeze me in for an inspection at the last minute. These guys are always there for my family. Always a great customer experience. Trusted tire experts. Honest mechanics. Fair pricing. Case staff are professional and very friendly. If you are new to the area or even a long time resident, the Case experience is exactly what you hope for when you need an honest mechanic. I recommend them highly. This has been a family owned shop since 1936!! I know why they are still going strong. Thanks Jeff and all the gang.

Great Familly run business!I first walked into Case looking for a deal. I'd gotten prices at other tire dealers and online. I was surprised to find they even beat the online price. Six years later, I don't even consider going elsewhere. At this point, it isn't just price, because Zach, Jeff and the team at Case have earned my trust and respect many times over.

My wife Patricia and I have been coming to C are Tire Service for several years now. Their service is second to none. Respected and treated very well, and you're vehicle worked on like it's their personal vehicle. We are very confident when they finish with our cars, because we know it's been worked on by the best. That's why we keep going back! We highly recommend the experts at Case Tire Service!Since my last post, my wife and I have taken our vehicles back to Case Tire Service The place has been totally renovated with updates all over with a refreshment station while you wait. Very pleasant admisphere while receiving first class service. Trust in Case Tire Service, I highly recommend them!

Case Tire is a family owned business, who makes every effort to satisfy their patrons. They do the work as promised in a short period of time, at an always reasonable price. I ve never had to wait an excessive amount of time. But, the wait is in a comfortable area with plenty of reading material, as well as a TV to pass the time. Their rest room is spacious and always clean. I can t rate them high enough.

Case Tire Service has been taking care of the tires on my car and all of my children's automobiles in addition to other services for many years.. Jim, Jeff and Zach are tremendous when it comes to customer service and working around my schedule. I wouldn't buy tires anywhere else!

Case Tire has been a local family owned business since before I can remember. I'm 71 years old and I can remember my father going to Case's when I was knee high. They have always been friendly, helpful to your specific needs and the service is on a par with the kind of people they are. I once had a slow leak on one of my (fairly new) truck tires that I put off for a long time and when I finally went to Cases to have it checked they found I had a leaking valve stem. They dismounted that tire and the other three, replaced all the valve stems, mounted and balanced all four, just to be sure I didn't have any more problems. After doing all that they sent me on my way and didn't charge me a penny! Service doesn't get any better than that! They're great people.

Even if your spending $1800 for two tires, you have to wait for trucks ahead of you that have been dropped off all day for tire work. Can't even slide you in while your busy on a load waiting to be delivered. But nice people, just leave your truck off, come back at 5 pm

Both my wife and I have used the services at Case Tire for years. From tire purchases, to mechanical work, to simple State inspections, the ease of appointments, quality of work and the care demonstrated by Jim, Jeff and Zack,, and their staff is commendable.

I have dealt with Case Tire for decades. Only place i would consider buying a set of tires. Honest, Professional, Courteous, Clean, Knowledgeable, Friendly and Fast are a few things that come to mind when I think of the employees and owners of Case Tire.

Professional and personal service that outdoes car dealers' service so I have switched to Case Tire to do all service for my car. Not only is this service more convenient, but it is superior.
