Took my vehicle to Car Care to get some body work done, they were amazing at updating me with the repair status! Overall work on the car was fantastic as well! Highly recommend this shop for repairs of your vehicle!

Called over 2 weeks ago about getting my car estimated for repair. They said sure they can take me next day with no problem, have it towed here we can give you an estimate that day. I said ok great. Paid $125 to get it towed there from my house. Dropped it off on a Friday first thing in the morning. Heard nothing all day. Called 30 mins before they closed to be told they would call me in a little. Got no call that day and no call on Monday. I called them Monday evening before they closed and was told oh someone should be getting back to you. Tuesday morning I get a call from a guy saying before I dig in deep on this thing it s going to be around $5k minimum. I said ok can you get me an estimate of what is wrong and email it to me. He said sure I ll do it today or tomorrow. Another week and half goes by with absolutely no communication about the car and actual estimate. Went back that Friday to take pictures myself and send to another mechanic who gave me a better estimate through pictures then CarCare could even give to me. So I got it towed that Monday to another place spending another $165 to get it towed somewhere else when I could have just prevented this place from the beginning and got it towed to a collision place that would actually help. Never again will I come to this place nor will I ever recommend. Not good for a small city business.This place lies on top of it trying to say I didn t have an appointment when I called in advance to schedule it and when I specifically asked for a quote they still don t have it.

I m very meticulous with my vehicles, and if you knew me you d know I wouldn t take my cars just anywhere. I ve (unfortunately) had two separate occurrences that required body work and chose these guys after being referred from other automotive enthusiasts. I truly don t have a single bad thing to say. The work exceeded my expectations and was done in a very timely manner. Friendly and courteous staff as well. Thank you guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Someone had hit me and I had door and fender damage and when I got my car back you couldn't even tell! The paint was matched to a T and the staff was so nice!

Friendly staff/owner however, 6 months later and pieces of my interior are still falling apart. Several pieces of the interior looks like it s been hot glued into place, and have all fallen off since. I recently moved so I cannot go back and get it fixed properly- not that I would trust them to anyways. I will never go here again and I don t recommend anyone else go here if you want your car to be put back together correctly.Service: Body & Trim

Carcare Collision Repair Center did a fantastic job taking yellow road paint off my truck. I'm overly fussy about my GMC Denali, and they were very accommodating to me. The staff is friendly, professional, and made sure I was happy with the repairs.I highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim

I recently bought a jeep. And in typical PA fashion I hit a deer on my way to work. Which caused a pretty nasty hole in my bumper along with some other cosmetic issues. I took my car here and they did an absolutely phenomenal job. It looks better than ever, not only did they fix the issues bit they also detailed my car. If I had only a single complaint, I just wish they communicated with me a little better on the length of time it would take. Started off good. Thought they were taking care of me. Once i got my vehicle back after the repairs from an accident I noticed several things they didn't fix. I called them about it and they refused to call me back after 3 attempts to get in touch with them so they could fix what they missed and getting nothing but the run around I took my vehicle to another shop. The new shop informed me that I was right to be concerned as it was unsafe and my vehicle was a total loss.

This place takes months to get a simple repair done. If you have any other option take your car somewhere else! The owner and staff are rude and the technicians are incompetent.
