Helpful staff from the floor to financing and the garage. No pressure; explanations for questions, took bikes off the showroom floors outside to get a better view. Gave a price for a trade in and/or offered a place for on consignment. Wide selection of trikes, bikes and accessories. Worth the stop! Check it out while touring through NEPA.

Great selection of bikes, parts, and clothing. I stopped in while riding through the area. I went in for a t-shirt but left with more! The staff was amazing and recommended local rides (us97 was the best). They even gave me a map. I had an excellent day of riding with amazing views!

I was attending Babes Ride Out, East Coast June 2-4, 2023. When I got to campground Friday night, I noticed my bike wasn't sounding right. I got to the dealership when they first opened on Saturday and explained my issue. They took my bike back and fixed it. I was on the road again in 45 minutes. You don't know how grateful I was for the hospitality and excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

One year ago I brought my Harley Davidson Sportster 883 for general service and check the clutch. They charged me $800. The clutch started having issues again, now I found out the primary was dry, didn t have oil, they didn t put oil back. They did charge me $800 with fixing the problem.

Everyone at Baer Sport Center treats you like family.. You couldn't ask for a more relaxed, stress free experience.. Great people, great prices, great service.. 2 hour drive (100 mi.) from home and worth every minute, Baer's is our new go to Harley dealer from now on.. Try them, you won't be disappointed.! Thank you for a great experience, we'll be seeing you soon, you're all awesome.!

I wrote a bad review last week in regards to Baer service department but after speaking with Andrew the service manager ,he is a man of his word and stood behind the price he had given me and refunded me the money I was overcharged so I will continue to have my bikes serviced there.

Joe Carmody is probably the single best salesman in all of Harley Davidson, his knowledge, honesty, and personality are invaluable. Go see Baer and ask for Joe if you are considering a Harley purchase

Another amazing N.Y (Brooklyn) style deli in PA. The brother and sister team that run the place are great. Bought a bagel sandwich that will last me two days.

Super friendly environment! I swung by to grab a poker chip and the two ladies working were extremely nice and helpful! The one in particular (unfortunately I can't recall her name!) was so kind. She grabbed me coffee, showed me the store and clearance, and we chatted for a nice bit about our bikes. I would not hesitate to go back because of how welcoming she made it feel. Though I can't remember her name, she mentioned having a street glide and ultra classic!

I bought a set of highway pegs while I was out on a road trip and the owner, Dwayne, let me use their shop and tools to install them. I hung out for awhile after I was done waiting for a small rain storm to pass and talked bikes with him for awhile. Dude's a legend and I highly recommend Baer Harley.

So far definitely not impressed motorcycle in when made an appointment then they say my information is not in the system when I have been using the dealership for years they re-enter the information and then tell me the information they can't find again another week later they finally have a tech look at my motorcycle on April 22nd and was told again today not back together when it isn't a very serious fix just a sprocket and gaskets re hone the heads entire motor can be taken apart and put it back together in 10 hours total they're telling me at least another week which will be a month definitely use a different dealership for any future service Will in service is a very nice guy but that makes no difference he is the only reason for the second star not Doug the tech or anyone else... got bike back and ABS on all the time..no issue prior..gas gauge gives different readings.. no issues prior.. missing bolt and bolt strip on gas tank... all for 2000.. definitely using a different place in future

what a Great experience I had today at the dealership from the time I stepped in the showroom what a family like feel this place has. Mr Baer would be so proud of his staff it has been a long time since I have visited but I know I'll be back again for all my needs. It's Great to see people take pride in taking care there customers like family. Keep up the good work

What a great place. My wife and I were vacationing in the area. We ended up with a dead battery on the bike. We had the bike on a trailer and took it to Baer. Even though they were rather busy the manager of the service department swapped it out himself and got us back "on the road" and ready to ride in no time. Great job and many thanks for your help!

I blew out my rear tire Thursday nite in the middle of nowhere in the catskills got the bike towed over to Baer, Dom got me on a new tire and back on the road Friday morning by 10 30 am really great guys. They invited me to hang out in the lounge while they changed the tire. It was a real pleasure chatting with Tammy and the people on the sales area. Very warm friendly down to earth people. Thank you so much. I was a long way from home and they really hooked me up and got me back on the road fast.

We stopped in over the weekend, my husband just thought we were looking until I sprung it on him that if he found something and we could get financing he could get what he wanted. The staff is great and friendly! We had to run back home for some cash for the down payment and we weren't going to get back until after closing. They were nice enough to wait for us to get back. They went over everything on the bike with my husband before we left. Great experience and highly recommended!

This is a 5 star dealership hands down. A family owned and operated dealership that concentrates their efforts of building long lasting customer relationships. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. Highly recommend visiting here before you go anywhere else or, if you have gone somewhere else, you need to go to Baer and see the difference in customer service. Trust me, you'll almost feel like family.

I can't say enough positive things about this dealership. Dwayne, Angie, Joe and all the staff there treated us like family. They didn't have the specific color bike we wanted but they got us exactly what we asked for within three days. They went above and beyond to give us the best deal and service you could ask for! We will be doing all our business with Baer from now on. They are not the closest dealership to us but they are the best! Definitely worth the ride! Just purchased my 3rd Harley from Baer Sportscenter. For me there is no other place to buy a motorcycle. I have multiple dealers closer to home, however I wouldn t even consider buying from them. My family has been buying motorcycles from here since 1990 & I can t thank The Baer family enough. Family owned & operated & treat everybody as such. From sales to service I ve never left unhappy. Thank you again to Baer Sportscenter.

Work very well with my ESP, the staff was friendly and the service was the best. Even the bay wash guys took good care of my motorcycle.. though it did take the week their work was great. He didn't charge my ESP they did take the throttle body and the fuel injection apart indicate all parts. Can't wait to go there again to get my next service.

Lovely family owned Harley Davidson dealership! All the employees are friendly & knowledgeable, the owners are always out front helping customers. Large selection of new and used motorcycles to look at. Always feel welcomed when we stop in.

Great dealership but ZERO inventory. Wonderful, courteous staff but ZERO inventory. Great service department but ZERO inventory. I just visited HD in West Palm Beach, Florida and they had 300 bikes for sale. Baer is not too far from the HD factory in York, PA. yet they have ZERO inventory!!!!!!

Baer Sports Center is hands down the best HD dealer out of the several in my region. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They treat you as a person as opposed to a potential sale, regardless if a purchase is made or not. You are viewed as a family member much more than a customer.

Great selection of bikes. I found a used one that seemed like it was made for me. (I'm short.) The process... from deciding to buy the bike, to financing, to picking out accessories...was very easy. Everyone was super helpful and supportive. I look forward to many years of riding...thanks to the staff at Baer's.
