Had an awesome experience at B&B with Melissa, I hadn t made an appt but showed up anyway to a busy dealership but was helped immediately. Had six trucks I was looking at but was lucky enough to get the first on my list. Money was tight but Melissa put in the work and was able to find a price that worked for me after some back and forth. Great interaction overall! Highly recommend.

Thanks to Chris for getting my into a new Grand Cherokee! Any questions I had instantly had the answer. Didn't have to run back and forth to get an answer. My payment is higher than I thought but the price of these cars has really sky rocketed after Covid. Hopefully manufactures lower their prices. But thank you B&B great service all around!

Called this dealership and started the process to buy a truck from them. They told me that they didn t have any hidden fees but they would add incentives if I didn t qualify. Even when I didn t qualify I was still fine with the price. Everything was going well and went ahead and filled out there credit app. Kept going back and forth with the sales person to submit the loan to the bank to try and get me at a 650 payment. They took 24 hours and didn t even submit it to the bank but ran my credit anyway. Only to find out someone came in and they ended up selling it to them even though I was in the process of purchasing. They never submitted my purchase to the bank so they could sell to the other person and left me to waste my time and run my credit for no reason at all. If you re looking to purchase from this dealer make sure to know they do have hidden insensitives that they will add if you don t qualify. Terrible customer service. Management really needs to step up in training.

Came all the way from Long Island to get a vehicle here. Spoke to Chris before I came, went over numbers. When I got there, he had the vehicle ready to go for me and everything was exactly as we spoke about. No hidden fees or issues and vehicle was exactly as posted. Won't be purchasing a vehicle anywhere else before calling Chris first!

This place is a JOKE! I drove there to look at a few pre owned wranglers they have on their website. The first one was not there anymore oh salesman comes back when I asked to test drive the second one and says oh that s not here anymore either. I confirmed they were there on their website before even driving there. The internet person states they were in fact there. So I asked to speak with the sales manager and explained my concerns that every wrangler I was interested in is suddenly not there and his response was ya we sell fast. Nah bro sorry but if they sold why have they been on the website for 3 weeks now? Why did your internet person tell me they were both available. You were an arrogant a$$hole and your dealership is a joke!! Stay away from this place it s pathetic.
