I had a great experience buying a vehicle from griffith auto sales. . Caleb was a pleasure to deal with and always very responsive. He described my SRT perfectly and accurately, which is really important when buying a vehicle sight unseen from 1500 miles away. You can trust what these guys say. After the sale they kept my vehicle safe while waiting for it to be shipped and sent me pics of it being loaded into the trailer. I would definitely buy from them again.

FIVE STAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! In prior conversation with Caleb of our vehicle wish list, with in two weeks, he made it happen by bringing a gently used Dodge Durango to his lot in the trim and color we had in mind! When we arrived at Griffith s Caleb greeted us by name and had the vehicle shined up in the show room! Caleb provided a low pressure sales environment and gave us a generous amount for our trade in. On purchase day, Griffith s staff was more than friendly, efficient, and professional. Found an amazing deal online, I called the dealership and spoke to Dustin. He was very straightforward and professional . He sent me any pictures I asked for and answered any questions I had . I put a down payment and flew from Florida to Pennsylvania within 2 weeks, the car was in great condition and we filled the paperwork out faster then ever. Very smooth sales transaction with a very trustworthy family owned business . Dustin also reached out to me after purchasing the car and went above and beyond to make sure everything has met my expectations . here s a picture of the car in the mountains of Tennessee on our first road trip . Thank you Dustin ! we will definitely be doing business with you again in the near future .

After being in the Concrete Business for 44 years (NicholasConcrete.com), I have bought a lot of Trucks and Equipment over the years.I must say this was the easiest, most pleasant transaction I have ever had.Caleb Griffith is such a down to earth, very knowledgeable, NOT pushy salesman and now a Great Friend.Needed another Dump Truck and found this baby with only 4500 miles for 1/2 the cost of a brand new one. It was my lucky day!Went to pick it up in the morning, and Caleb was out back washing it himself. Great experience purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from Dustin. I flew from Maine to make this purchase and it couldn't have been a more pleasant and smooth process. I spoke with Dustin over the phone about the vehicle during the week prior and he answered all of my questions. He also sent me close up pictures so I knew exactly what to expect once I got there. Overall best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Found a truck that I wanted on Autotrader, stopped at their store the next day and the process was straight forward. Test drove, gave me a fair trade in value for my truck, completed the paperwork, and I was out the door. Dustin was great to deal with. These are good people check them out! Oh, and they filled up my diesel tank before I left. Great little perk.

I recently purchased a used truck from Griffith Auto Sales. They had the specific truck I had been in search of and I traveled over 2 hours to see the truck. Their description of the vehicle was spot on and I was so impressed with the truck, their service and the friendly atmosphere I bought the truck the same day. They were very professional, friendly and down to earth and even though I wasn't local, they treated me very well and made the process incredibly smooth. Way to go keeping a family business going through multiple generations! I would highly recommend Griffith Auto Sales!

My daughter bought a toyota van there about two wks ago. Great vehicle. Today we bought a titan. Again nice vehicle. This was the 1st painless car purchase in my life. Family owned n operated. No suit n tie slicks just good ole country boys doing a great job. Made you feel at home as soon as you walked through the door. The long ride was worth it. Give them a try if you're looking for low mileage quality truck.

Very nice, clean family operation! Friendly staff seemed very knowledgeable about trucks and what I have been looking for. My experience was pleasant and worth the 2 hour + drive to see a truck. I am still looking, but may end back there to buy. I will give them a 5 on first impression obviously that could change with a sale and or service, but a family business means allot to me because I own and operate a family farm business.

Just purchased my 2nd truck from Griffith on Friday. If your looking for a used truck this is the place to go... Good prices and absolute top notch staff. Called Dustin about the truck I was interested in last Friday and he went above and beyond the help get me into the truck. We hammered out details on my trade in over the phone, they stuck with the quote for trade in throughout the process. Showed up Friday morning to do the paper work and I had explained I was in a bit of a time crunch, they had the paper work ready to go as soon as I got there. Took the new truck for a test drive, they swapped out my wheels and tires and the whole process took about an hour... I couldn t ask for better truck buying service and I look forward to continuing dealing with this dealership! Probably the best in Pennsylvania!

I recently purchased a used 2017 F-250 with 7k miles. I live in northern Michigan and found this particular truck online and it was exactly what I was looking for. I dealt with Caleb and he was fantastic to work with. I put a down payment on it and I picked it up 2 weeks later. Everything went smooth and I couldn't be happier with this fantastic family owned company.There were a few dents/dings that I didn't see in the photos online, but its a used truck, so I guess its to be expected.All in all, I would definitely buy another vehicle from them...just wish they were a bit closer!

I just within the past week purchased my second truck from Griffith's, all I can say is wonderful people who show respect for their customers, and have great service that definitely reflects in todays world. I bought a truck from them 3 years ago, then traded it in on a new truck, they gave me beyond the KBB pricing and definitely did their best to get my payment right where I wanted it to be. I would definitely, and always will recommend anybody to them who is looking for a very well taken care of vehicle, and who is also looking for a place where the people are their for every detail in the deal, not just amount the money in the end. Great place to buy.

Mike was immensely helpful during my out of state truck purchase. Worked with me and my bank holding funds for 2 weeks, very patient through the whole process. Worked with transporters to arrange pickup. Will not disappoint! Well done!!

My wife and I wanted to buy a truck from them. We had hit a deal and I was waiting for approval from my bank. Since today is Martin Luther King Day the banks and others were closed. I wanted to put money down on the truck and was told not to worry about it because they would not sell it. so now after my credit score was ran and the applications going through they call and tell me they sold the truck. After they told me to not put the money down on it to hold it.

My experience with Griffith was excellent. I had to travel 4 1/2 hours to complete the deal, so I made sure to do as much of the communication and dealing ahead of time. Dustin was top-notch, both online and in person. After I provided pictures of my trades they gave me a quote that stood throughout the whole deal.Further, I don't think my experience could have been any less pressured. I never once got the feeling that the dealership was "all about the deal" and wanted to get as much money from me as possible. Trust me, this kind of dealership is a joy to work with and I highly recommend them.
