We worked with Sidney.. she was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, pricing, and process. She was also very professional and treated us like family. She was so knowledgeable she was able to get us into a high end car for around the same payment as our old one. I highly recommend looking her up when you go into Stuckey Ford.

There is not a better way to buy a car! Everyone we encountered while there was so kind and easy to talk to. Our questions were answered quickly and with care! I ve also never had a car buying experience that was this quick, painless, and even fun! Thank you to everyone at Stuckey Ford. This company knows what they re doing! I d recommend buying from them over any place else in a hundred mile radius!!!Also, a big thank you to Sydney Ditillio for all of your help! She was so kind and made the process as smooth as humanly possible!

Just bought our 3rd vehicle from Stuckey Ford. Our salesman was, Donovan Miller. Donovan went out of his way to make sure that we were well taken care of. He took the time to show us the different vehicles we were interested in even though, he was working with another customer. He was very accommodating with our time restrictions and was more than happy to allow us to come back 2 days later to sign the paperwork. Highly recommend.

Took my 2023 Raptor in for a oil change 10/18/2023. They changed the oil but they had a service reminder Sticker on the windshield. Which I am not sure why they put that on it last time because my truck tells me when the oil needs changed. But the tech doing the oil change used a razor blade to remove that sticker and took a big chunk out of my window tint. He never said anything to me or anyone just stuck the new service reminder sticker over it. Luckily I noticed something was up with it the very next day and took it to show them and see if they would get it fixed. The service advisor he came out looked at it, I explained to him that I should of been notified they messed my car up not just tried to hide it with another sticker and give it back to me with no mention. He said he couldn t make the call and that the Manager would call me on Monday . So I waited all day Monday and no one called me. I called them Tuesday 10/24/2023 they transferred me to the same guy again and he said they could offer to have it fixed at a place they have a contract with. I told him I put a ceramic tint on my windows and that I would like it fixed/replaced by the company that installed it originally so it matched all the other window tint on my vehicle. Toby did not like that got an attitude with me and said that is all they could offer and hung up on me . I called back right away and got someone on phone told them what just went down and I got someone different to talk to. Explained to him, they messed my vehicle up, I just want the window tinted with the exact same tint as the other windows, by the company that installed it from the beginning, I gave them the Name and number of the company. Still have not gotten a call back.

I had an amazing experience with Jon. The service was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt valued as a customer and appreciated the attention to detail in helping me find the perfect car. If I could, I would buy from Jon again without hesitation. Highly recommended for a seamless and enjoyable car-buying experience!

My husband and I went looking for a ford explorer for more room with our growing family & fell in love with one shown to us. Our salesman Dustin was great from the very beginning, very upfront and personable. We brought our 8 month old & everyone seemed to be very friendly & inviting. I was looking to trade in my truck for a different vehicle. Due to some financial hardships I was no longer able to keep making the expensive payments i had. Stuckey Ford reached right out. Their salesman Matt was great! He was upfront with everything, he got me right in and took care of me the whole time. He didn't pressure or talk me in or out of anything. He offered his expertise with vehicles and advice. As a purchasing manager, I hate when I people try and sell me stuff. Matt was a straight up gentlemen and put my needs first every step of the way. They offered for my trade in a very reasonable price. I've had a bad run with financial problems lately and their finance department exceeded my expectations for a loan. Matt was able to get me a reliable vehicle, with similar luxuries as my old, for an affordable price. I highly recommend Matt and the entire Stuckey Ford team for anyone in search of a new vehicle. Thanks to everyone there!

Amazing sales staff, no games, no nonsense. Sydney was awesome and made the process easy. They are very straight forward and transparent about pricing. I went to another dealership in Ebensburg and they tried to charge me $5,000 over MSRP and then refused to return my deposit when I realized I was being overcharged. I came to Stuckey and they got me the exact same vehicle with the same loan term and less money down for $60 less per month. I bought my last 3 vehicles from the Stuckey family of dealerships and I'll be back. Thank you Stuckey Ford!

Just bought a bronco from them. Bobby was my sales rep and he was courteous, friendly and fast. He was ready to go when I was done with my test drive and so was I. They got me a deal I liked and now I m ready to roll. I guess there s a reason I ve bought three cars from this lot, it s not just the great quality vehicles at a fair price but the way I m treated by the sales reps like Bobby. Here I m not just a sale, I m a customer and I m treated well.
