Steven was wonderful to work with. He meet me in the parking lot and quickly helped me reach a hassle free deal on the truck I was interested in. Kyle was very helpful and friendly while doing the financing. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend dealing with Stuckey.

Great experience overall. Zero pressure but tons of professionalism! Online car shopping is not for everyone - I still like to see a car in person and have the option of asking questions (and reading faces!) of salespeople. Jake and Derek (spelling?) were excellent!They asked me the right questions with regards to what I wanted in a vehicle and from a dealership, versus pitching the Sale that may have been running, or quizzing me on what I wanted to spend each month. I feel both educated and empowered to make a smart buying decision now. Thanks guys

I bought a Ford Explorer from Stuckey Ford last evening with salesman AJ. The experience was more than exceptional. I was very indecisive in which car I wanted to go with and the patience each staff member gave myself and my family was enough to make sure that every person I speak with is going to Stuckey for their next vehicle purchase. I never felt pressured or that I was inconveniencing anyone. I had my 3 year old little girl with me and there was no issue in transferring her car seat into 4 different cars I wanted to test drive. This is definitely a company that welcomes families and understands the importance of honoring our country. I can guarantee you will be more than happy with your purchase from Stuckey.

I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima from them 4 years ago. I had a great experience then with my salesperson George.Recently, a warranty issue came up and I did get a service plan with it. I have since moved to MD so I wasn't sure what I could do about it or if I could even use it at all.I did not have a copy of my contract for it.Jim, the finance manager returned my calls promptly, even though we played phone tag for a few minutes. He assured me, it's no problem that I am living in another state and was able to send me a copy of my contract to my email. He. directed me what the next steps should be in getting it completed.I am pleased to say, even after they sold me a car 4 years ago, that they still treated me respectfully and gave me great customer service. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the Altoona area to buy a vehicle.They continue their excellent customer service even after the sale and that is why people return. If I still lived in the area, I would definitely purchase my next car from them. They are awesome.

Nate Pope was very patient with us. Let us drive a few to compare without trying to redirect us toward one particular car or another (so many salesmen in the area try to lead you away from the car you are looking at to more expensive models you weren't even interested in when you came to the lot.). These folks were not like that. They really let you think for yourself and tried to get you the best info on the cars. There was no pressure toward a sale. The financial guy was really nice too, can't remember his name.I will say, they do not have the Carfax reports.

Had such a pleasant experience at this dealership, been looking for the right SUV for over a year, Ben L. was super helpful and accommodating! He made the process quick and honestly painless! 10/10 would buy another car from them!

Very great place to get a car! Been looking on Cargurus for months and they always had the best deals and offered me the most for my trade! Would highly recommend. They don't even blink when having to stay till 10 at night! Drove over two hours to purchase an explorer from them! Great people, fast service, no surprises! Go check Brad out at Stuckey Ford!

I bought a new Subaru Impreza on March 1, 2021. My sales representative was Ben Landis and he made the whole experience exceptional. I walked into the showroom at a busy time and Ben went out of his way to welcome me and offer his assistance. I have already recommended Ben to a friend. Thanks Ben!

I recently purchased a used car from Stucky. My experience was very pleasant. No surprises, quick service and everyone was upbeat. One thing that I noticed was that it didn't feel like the "old school" car dealers. Thank you to Cathy, Tyler and Chris Weyandt for helping me. We will definitely shop here again.

Went here to have my car door replaced. It is about a 40 minute drive from my home but the closest Subaru dealership. After waiting six weeks for parts I dropped my car off, went home in a rental, then got a call that they had ordered the wrong parts. I had to drive back to pick up my still damaged car and to wait another three weeks for my next appointment. They were unwilling to offer me anything for their mistake. I will never go back again. They were rude through the whole process.

Actually a Dealership for Ford and Subaru. Bought a car there after looking around for 6 weeks. They matched the lowest price I found elsewhere over 100 miles away. Great deal and dealer.

Worked with AJ while I was shopping for a new vehicle. He was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for. Ultimately I wasn t ready to make any purchase that day but plan on going back to AJ in the future when I am ready to buy.

Always friendly service. Would be 5 stars but the detail package is 100% not worth it. Spots all over the dash and windshield. Save your money on the detail. Great service though!
