Very nice Staff, very nice waiting room. The only complaint I have is they do charge a little more than other dealerships for their services. I do recommend them though, they get you in when it's your time and do a great job. I would have taken pictures of the waiting area but there are a few customers, lol.

I purchased my pre-owned vehicle here. Less than 4 months later I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and was told I needed rear brakes and rotors at a cost of $500. When I asked why that wouldn t have been checked / covered I was told it was outside of the 30 day purchase window. I brought the vehicle back for brakes and rotors and to have next oil change, 60k service and inspection. I was then told that I didn t need brakes and rotors but rather a CV boot. Parts were not available so I had to schedule again. Against my better judgement I did. On my third visit once parts came in I was told that a bolt was missing from the CV boot and that I would need to come back again. I ve lost two full days of work and I m still not sure what is going on with the part a week and a half later. The service vehicle soon light also came on indicating they didn t reset the service settings or perhaps even do the oil change I paid for. I figured I d post this review in case others are having the same experience and I ll adjust it when Stuckey service does right by getting the parts right and completing the service.

The service center is quite busy but the staff are handling everyone in a very professional and efficient manner. My wait time was less than 2 minutes when my time came,the person who waited on me was Wendy Giordano who was quite pleasant and knowledgeable about the service my vehicle needed. This is not the first time Stuckey service center has taken care of one of my vehicles, every time I have been very satisfied with the service and the prices were good. Wendy waited on me once or twice in the past and has always been very consistent in her mannerisms: which are polite, positive, and upbeat.

I had my vehicle at Stuckey over the past 2 years for multiple reasons and the staff there is always great! They always do their best to help in any way possible. Jenna and the Service Department went above and beyond with fixing my vehicle and providing me with a very nice rental until mine was fixed. Recently purchased a 2022 Ford Bronco from this location. Highly recommended to anyone for their first car purchase experience. Working with Bobby, he was very straight forward and truly interested in my needs/wants in car. The whole process was smooth, everyone was super friendly. Could not say enough good things about this place.

Wendy Giordano was very kind and professional, my oil change was free due to me being a Stuckey costumer and even though my inspection was not included, she gave it to me for free also due to being told it would be included when making my appointment. We recently had our GMC Yukon detailed at the Stuckey Ford Service Center. We selected the tier 3 detailing package. At nearly $125, we expected that the dust and dirt on the inside would be mostly removed. However, that was not the case. There is dust in places that are easy to see and simply wiping your finger across the surface reveals how much was left untouched. Additionally, the outside of the vehicle was supposed to be washed. There are bugs all over the outside of the vehicle and the running boards look like they were never touched. To say that we are disappointed in Stuckey s detailing is an understatement. This was a scheduled detailing and we did not just stop by unannounced. I brought my 2019 F 250 in for service, oil change, tire rotation and a couple factory recalls.When I came back for the truck the tires were not rotated as they said it was.How am I suppose to know they did the rest of what was to be done.Not a happy camper.I would like to update my comments.I wish I would of talked to the manager of the service department before posting.After talking to Reggie about my concerns he addressed them.Although the service should have been done right the first time I am confident the future visits we be satisfactory.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had a poor experience with the Service Center at Stuckey Ford in Bellefonte. The price on the work was fine, but my experience with their service staff was not.I m a recent Penn State grad living in State College who needed to get a state inspection and have an intermittent ABS/AdvanceTrac issue looked at. My car is 2017 Fusion with relatively low miles, so this was my first serious issue with the car.Friday 6/17I took my car in on for a Friday afternoon appointment that I had scheduled online. I filled out a form asking for an inspection and describing the ABS issue. (I also selected the option for a ride home from the dealership on the form, but that was never acknowledged nor offered on any of my trips out there.) When I got to the dealer, they said they could do the inspection but not diagnose the ABS issue today. Well my back brakes failed inspection so they asked me to bring the car back on Tuesday because they didn t have the pads and rotors in stock.Tuesday 6/21When I showed up on Tuesday, the parts had not arrived/been ordered and they asked me to come back Wednesday. Overnight the ABS issue got worse and the car started showing three new error codes, including one that instructed me to pull over immediately, every few minutes. I called my service advisor and left a message to ask again that the issue be looked into and solicit their thoughts on the safety of driving the car to the dealership. The advisor never responded to my message.Wednesday 6/22I called the dealer Tuesday afternoon before my appointment and spoke to a different person in service. I described the issue to them and asked that it be added to the repair order. When I arrived at the dealer a few hour later, that message did not seem to have been passed on. I asked again that it be looked into, and the service advisor confirmed that it would be. The appointment was at 1pm; the service advisor said it would take 2.5-3 hours to fix the brakes and finish the inspection, and he would call to let me know when it was done. He called later to ask for my insurance, which I had emailed him on Friday at his request, but made no mention of a timeline for picking up the car. When I called the dealership around 5pm to ask about my car, I learned the service center had just closed and I would not be able to pick it up until the next day.Thursday 6/23I called relatively early on Thursday to ask about my car and learned that it was done, but the mechanic still had the repair order so no-one called me. When I showed up to pick up the car, my advisor told me the total came to over $5,000 after I signed a repair order for around $700 in work. He quickly made clear it was a joke, but it was a bad one. I don t know much about cars and have even less money, so I definitely did not think it was funny. As I went to leave, he mentioned in passing that they had looked into the ABS issue but saw no error codes and said to come back if the issue happened again.No lie, before I got off the dealership lot in my car, the ABS and AdvanceTrac lights came on. Before I got back to State College I had the other three lights on, including the service now one.Like I said at the beginning, the inspection, air filter changes, and pad and rotor swaps were done at a fair price, and most of the people I dealt with were polite enough. They just did not seem to be communicating with each other/very interested in fixing my car. I enjoy going to Stuckey's because the employees are very polite and greet me when I walk into the door. I love working with Cassie Jameson because she makes scheduling appointments very easy and she also explains what will be done to my car in a way I will understand. She also explains the charges to me in a manner that is easily understandable. She is very pleasant to work with and will definitely continue to go to Stuckey's.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have brought all my vehicles to stuckey ford service for years now. I always get the very best customer service from Cassie. even if its a last minute thing, they always squeeze me in and preform the necessary work with the highest quality.

I would NOT recommend using Stuckey Ford in Altoona. We bought our vehicle in State College and purchased a hitch. We were told it could be installed in State College, then when we went to schedule, had to travel to Altoona for installation.We were told 2-3hrs, then 4hrs, then they extended it to 9hrs. Our appointment was 8am and were not called for pick up until 4pm (9hrs!!). When we picked it up, some of the features didn t work after the hitch was installed on the trunk. They didn t look to ensure it was done properly so thankfully we checked before we left.We had to wait for another tech to take a look which added another hour+ to our wait time (we re still here).No manager was available to speak with. Many members of the team were not wearing a mask or even properly in the waiting area (or in the shop).Overall, I wouldn t trust them again with my vehicle.

I had purchased a used car at a dealer a few hours away. I was not able to use my keyless entry on the door. I contacted Wendy G and she was able to get me my code as soon as I was available. She scheduled me a time to stop and helped me in a few minutes. Thank you Wendy!

I talked to Wendy G. because I needed to order accessories for my new Ford Explorer. She looked up the availability of the items I wanted to order. She let me know they were available and she had already ordered them for me. As soon as my accessories arrived she notified me immediately. A+ service!
