We have been using Reliable for several years and once again they continue to amaze us. Thought our alternator was bad but the Reliable team was able to dissect the issue to a windshield wiper motor. They are always super nice and strive to get your vehicle back to you as fast as possible. Half the cost of an alternator and the old Chevy is cranking like new again. Thanks much!!

I highly recommend for tires, alignment and oil change! I priced tires online and Reliable was a few dollars more BUT Reliable including free mounting and balancing and every 5,000 miles rotation of tires! That's an incredible deal! Plus they were honest enough to tell me they put another crack on my lower molding panel. They called a Ford dealership to get the part, painted to correct color and will put it on for me. I already had a crack on that piece and was going to replace. I was blown away by their honesty and integrity to fix it. They were apologetic and wanted to make it right for me. That's the kind of place I can trust when it comes to my car!

Doesnt matter what time of day what day or what you want or whether you have an appointment (always make appt excluding emergency). They will smile ask you what your problem is and fit you in and im not talking 4 houts later. Ive worked in garages before and imcould only wish we had the professionalism and courtesy that this garage has. From service writer to service mgr, mechanic and even part runners. Would recommend to my grandmother in fact i have. Kudos all the way around.

Reliable towing fixed my tire quickly. I had apparently picked up a roofing nail at a recently completed construction site. They were courteous and efficient. I d seek them out again for a tire problem.

I had an appointment on 9/2, which was confirmed via email. No one showed up. I waited for 30 minutes and even tried to reach out to the Altoona location. The guy I spoke to from the Altoona location seemed confused and just bored. He had no idea what was going on and told me he couldn't get ahold of anyone. I looked all around for signs of weekend closure, as I'm aware it is a holiday/long weekend. There were no signs and nothing posted on their site. Another customer was also waiting with me. He said he just bought tires there and one was already leaking. They even had a delivery person from NAPA show up with a scheduled delivery. It was a cluster. It's just disrespectful of customer time and obviously does not display any type of reliability. This was the first time I tried to have any service done here and I obviously will not be back.

Brought my car in for an alignment and was very impressed by the customer service. They were able to do the job quickly BUT took the time to make sure everything was correct (even went through the process twice to double-check everything). The techs were very knowledgeable and friendly; mine explained the whole process to me (he's a fellow car enthusiast). You can tell they take pride in their work. Car is riding so much better now; I would definitely recommend giving this shop a try!

I had a slow leak in my tire, I stopped in and they removed the foreign object, plugged my tire and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. Best of all, the price was very reasonable.

Called all over to other places to get my PTU serviced on my Lincoln . All other places either didnt even wanna take the time or didnt have the equipment to do it and way over priced . Stopped at Reliable in Holidaysburg and no hesitation yeah we can do that when do u wanna bring it in . Great quality service at a great price.

I've been coming here for years now. The staff is always friendly and the service is amazing. Prices are great. They have always been straight forward with me...giving me what I came in for and never trying to talk me into anything extra. They are upfront about pricing. If they do find something extra that needs fixed, they always call me and inform me before fixing it; I have never had any unexpected charges. I don't have any problems getting an appointment either. I definitely recommend Reliable!!

Don t you hate it when you get a flat tire and you go to change it and learn one of your lug nuts is cross threaded and the last people to take your wheels on and off was this reliable, it s joy not being able to change a tire only giving 3 stars because when I got the tires they got them out on quickly but maybe to quick or with no care so Thank You Reliable!

They are the best, I was stuck in this beautiful town on my way to SC and they helped me. Very reasonable prices, don't be afraid to stop and let them check out your vehicle... very very happy we them. They're in business for the right reason.

I've taken my vehicle here a few times over the past ten years. I've never encountered anything out of what you'd expect. I dropped my car off and they fixed it same day (It was a small issue to begin with). Pricing is what you'd expect and there was no up selling nonsense.

These guys have always been good to us. We've taken 4 different cars there over the years, domestic and foreign, and they've been great with all of them. Little repairs, big repairs, inspections, oil changes, we go to these guys for everything. It's pretty hard to find a car guy you can trust, so I'm really grateful we found them.

We are new to the area and I have been taking all of our vehicles there for maintenance and minor work. Guys there have been easy to work with our schedules and the prices are good enough. Granted they use mostly NAPA parts and they are a little more than Auto Zone or Advanced. They were even able to work on my older BMW as well as our newer Fords and Mazda. Thanks guys.

Quit going there 3 years ago because of trying to up sell parts during alignments, and bad part was is I replaced the parts 2 weeks prior and were still good. Taken to another garage and they are fine! Forgot to tighten lug nuts to my vehicle. As well as 2 close family friends of mine! Very lacking in detail and honesty in my opinion would recommend any other garages around before reliable tire!!!

I've been taking my cars here for 3 years and have never been disappointed. They are very honest and upfront with the condition my car is in and they do a very thorough job. On top of all this their prices are reasonable and there aren't any nasty, unexplained charges.

I have been a customer at this shop for several years both for tires, and automotive repairs. I have been happy with the service and prices on the tire side of things, but the automotive repairs have been less than stellar. For example, I had some exhaust work done there a year ago. Right after leaving the garage, the work they had done had disconnected itself before I got the vehicle home, leaving my wife s van sounding like a nascar. They did take the vehicle back in and repaired it correctly the next day, but it was very inconvenient to have to take the vehicle back there so they could take care of their shoddy work.Another instance happened a few years ago when they determined I needed new front axles on my Subaru. When I picked up the car after the repair and drove away, it was making an awful noise. I took it back to them to find out the mechanic had not put the bolts back into the guard underneath the car. Again, they did make this right, but it should not have happened in the first place.The last straw for me was this past weekend when one of my vehicles was due for an inspection. After dropping off the vehicle I got a call back and was told it needed front and rear wipers replaced to pass the inspection. This was odd since I had replaced the wipers 3 days before the inspection. Shoddy work is one thing, but deception is another. This will be my last visit there.

My experience was fantastic. GREAT customer svc! I was disappointed that the clerks that waited on me were not wearing face masks. Why do they not comply with the Gov Wolfs recommendation to curb the spread of this virus? PLEASE answer me.

Absolutely worthless... I had my vehicle out there 3 different times and each time it came back with a different issue. Then when I called to complain they had the nerve to tell me to take it elsewhere and hung up on me! Now I'm left with my break lights stuck on and my traction control not working.

They are not only very nice and professional, but their prices are reasonable and they get it done quick. They also have a nice little waiting room inside with refreshments too. 10/10

Great place my car was diagnosed with a bad 02 sensor cost would have been $300..they found a bad intake hose fixed the problem for less than 200. Im a happy camper thanks to them that was my first visit
