I was alerted Reduced Engine Power contact dealer on my 2024 Toyota Sequoia Capstone with 9kmiles . I called the service dept. No one seems to answer the phone. Left a msg. Service dept called back only to tell me they cannot get my vehicle in for service until the beginning of May. No loaners to give either. Service mgr didn t seemed concerned.Even suggested I find another dealership to service my vehicle.I was a loyal Stuckey customer for many years. Their service dept is above and beyond Fiore.

I strongly recommend avoiding Fiore Toyota for out of state purchases (although in-state might be fine). It took 85 days to get our registration and plates for our new 2024 corolla due to Fiore not filing the correct paperwork and failing to notice it until we got corporate Toyota involved. Even then there was no sense of urgency to get this taken care of & we were given a lot of misinformation along the way which further complicated the situation. Salespeople were nice, but the overall process was a nightmare and I would not recommend it.

Took my car to get defective airbags replaced and found that there were recalls on other parts too. They were all taken care of in one visit at no cost. So even though I was there for a few hours I feel much better about having passengers with me. And with them providing coffee, snacks and TV it was a fairly comfortable wait.

Our salesman DJ was great to work with on purchasing my new Grand Highlander, he found the exact car I was looking for and made the process seamless! He was very knowledgeablethroughout the entire process! He took his time to show us every feature of the car. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, It's always a great experience at Fiore!

Check engine light came on 2022 Q8 over weekend so I called first thing Monday morning. Luck would have it they had a cancellation. Was a bit complicated problem to diagnose and to solve. The Audi tech did a great job of deciphering and fixing the issues. I m very pleased with the dealership and Audi service!

Well I have to say I am shocked to read the bad reviews. I have had nothing but good experience from the purchase of my 2023 prius to the maintenance requirement of my car. Jason was a great salesman and Missy was friendly and knowledgeable service rep. I would highly recommend fiore Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Marianne Miehle

Our salesman, Jason Downs, was friendly and knowledgeable. Between the staff that was there who greeted us and the finance department, we had the easiest transaction we ve had yet purchasing a vehicle. The Fiore warranty is a much added bonus as well.

My 2019 Highlander was in need of new brakes. The service manager, Missy, is always courteous and helpful in scheduling and keeping me updated on how the service is going. I feel the service I get there is top notch and would recommend Fiore Toyota to others. John

Scheduled a service appointment based on their online quote of $226.01. When I arrived, was told part of the service (oil change) would be free. I also has a $20 coupon which they accepted. This would make the bill around $144.88. However, my final bill was $273.67! (Must be the new math.) I emailed the dealership the same day & was told my message would be forwarded to the service manager for action. It's been two days & no one has contacted me.Additionally, When I got home I noticed in the paperwork that my truck had failed the wheel alignment check. This was never brought to my attention when I paid the bill.Fiore might be the only Toyota local dealership, but I'm sure there are other places that will provide better & more honest service than them. I'll be going to one of them next time.1/8/2024 Update: It's been more than 3 weeks since Fiore responded to my original post & I haven't heard another word. It's evident their reply was simply lip service & they really don't care about their customers. To make things even worse, today the "service required" light illuminated on my dash. I've driven less than 300 miles since being "serviced" at Fiore. What could cause this? In my opinion, they didn't reset the maintenance reminder in the truck's computer. Am I going to take it back to them to check it out? Hell no! I'll take it somewhere that has competent technicians, knowledgeable service advisors and an owner that believes in true customer service.Do not take your vehicle to Fiore for service!

Tom McCracken was super helpful in finding us our dream family/road trip vehicle. We wanted to a Grand Highlander Hybrid and he made sure we got what we were looking for and made the process extremely easy. We bought our last vehicle at a different dealership, but decided to come back to Fiore because of the top notch service they provide.

This was my first time buying from Fiore, however I can tell you it won't be my last. Tom McCracken was the absolute best. From the moment I walked in the door he met my every need. Showed me every feature of the car as well as answered all my questions. It was the easiest process while buying a car that I have ever been through. He never pushed me or pressured me. But he did make me laugh a lot :) THANK YOU TOM MCCRACKEN and FIORE ............ I LOVE MY NEW AUDI!!!! I will be back!

We had to replace a lost key fob. Expensive, but necessary. New key came in within days and our appointment to program it was available at our convenience. Staff was efficient, friendly and even reinstalled a small panel that had come off(our fault) in the interior. We'll be back for sure.

Purchased my 2024 RAV4 Hybrid from Fiore Toyota on 1/18/24. Addison was the Sales professional who helped us through the process. He was very knowledgeable about SUV and answered all of our questions. He took the time to thoroughly go over the vehicle and explain all of the features and connect my phone to the Bluetooth. I bought a 2018 4 runner in December and did not drive it much and within days of 30 day warranty ending I realized the daytime running lights were not working as well as rear wiper would not dispense washer fluid.I called and they were not able to get me in until after warranty expired. They assured me it would be okay and they did not disappoint.Starting with China, Dominic, Marissa and Chad they all went above and beyond and resolved my issues.Thank you everyone. I appreciate all you did.And thank you Chad for having it washed up.

Had a scheduled appointment today with 2023 forerunner tire rotation etc.,5 stars to mechanic Andrew very professional knowledgeable explanatory , With 1100 miles on it , was in previously with 400 miles on it had $1700 Trd wheels scuffed up by an unknown service mechanic In October , Was told there was two choices to fix them or replace they would let me know in a week , here we are two months later on another service appointment I had to ask about and hear the bad news that they wanted to repaint $1700 matted Trd wheels to my surprise , Of course I refused that nonsense , On a good note my service today was 4 stars(Got a little more respect and courtesy ) again ,.. 5 for Andrew !!! If anyone reading this is looking for a slightly used/ scuffed set of black matted Trd wheels look me up I ll give you a great deal and may even throw in some tires. Always remember, service after the sale most important thing to the customer.

Appointment was right on time. Marisa was extremely friendly and efficient in getting my vehicle in and serviced. Estimated wait time was very close to what she quoted and I am extremely satisfied with the total service experience.

Marisa was all you hope for when dealing with service. She communicated often, explained exactly what was going on, and walked me through my options. She made me feel like a valued customer. I often shy away from dealer service. Marisa has caused me to rethink that.

Absolutely Loving my Audi Q5!! The customer service provided by Wade Clapper and Mike Rosen was outstanding! They were honest, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and explained everything in detail. They listened to me and were very understanding. I did not feel pressured or rushed. Wade's knowledge of the Audi Q5 and it's technology was extremely impressive!! Also a big shout out to Tom Bare in Finance. The process was fast and smooth. As we were driving through PA to get to Pittsburgh, our car broke down. Was able to limp to Altoona only to find out that Fiore was booked for service a week and a half out. They were able to squeeze us in and get us back on the road. Very pleasantly surprised with the bill as well. Thank you so much, Fiore!

Excellent interaction with my sales person Addison Very knowledgeable and professional , the dealership and service not so much,Was in for service in October scratch the bumper and $1700 Trd wheels on a 2023 4runner Was told they would take care of it that was in October it s been two months and all I heard was crickets .. few other complaints but I think I made my point !!! I can't say enough good things about the service center at Fiore Toyota in Hollidaysburg. I appreciate being able to schedule maintenance online, selecting my own services and getting a price in advance. They are fast, affordable, and Dominic at the service counter is always so helpful and friendly.I live in State College, but making the nearly hour drive to Hollidaysburg is worth every minute to avoid my local Toyota dealership.

I am extremely satisfied with the service experience in replacing the brake pads and rotors on my Audi. I will be a return customer for future service. They did a great job.
