Thanks to Ki my sister was able to buy her first car. Prolific found the right car and made a huge deal for my sister. My sister, so happy already driving around the whole Harrisburg. I guarantee you, if you go inside and tell them what you need, they will find it for you.UPDATE- Well month and half later the car was Undrivable. Took it to the Chevy dealership and they would not let my sister leave with her car and said the car was dangerous to drive. My sister is now without a car and still has to pay the car off. The car had little to no brakes and rigged wires and more. Besides, the car being worthless, Customer Service was still good during the buying process. If they can Just fix the Cars before selling them. I m sure they could have a five star rating. However, again, if you need a car, I m sure they will get you the right deal but it may just be a lot wrong with it.

Devorie & Darrell & Chris it was my pleasure getting my new car from y all today ! It s very smooth when driving it I love it ! I will be back with my son when he gets his license so he can Purchase a car from y all also ! I m telling you if your looking for a good Reliable car y all need to go see them they got me in and out ! And they will work with you . They don t make it hard for you to get a car ! Love my Buick

Well, where do I even begin . Didn t want to have to do this but I unfortunately have no other choice. Coming into Prolific I will say they are welcoming however with my overall experience if I could give them a zero star rating I would. This business should be shut down immediately.Although I purchased (still paying on) my vehicle back in May of 2022, I have had nothing but issue after issue with them. Now it s to the point that my insurance company will no longer cover me due to the vehicles history. To catch you all up on things, after I purchased the vehicle I soon realized that my power steering was leaking in two different spots and my motor & transmission mounts were completely shot. Come June of 2022 I tried weighing every option I had to give the car back or trade it in at another dealership. They told me the value of my vehicle was only $700 & that the odometer discrepancy in the CarFax report read that my odometer was pushed back in 2015. I thought nothing of this and figured it got pushed back because of a motor being replaced or something of the sort. After going back & forth with Davorie & wanting my money back or the vehicle fixed he finally agreed to fixing the parts that needed fixed in order for me to even operate it on a daily basis. Things seemed to be fine after this so I never looked into the odometer discrepancy further. It is now Sept of 2023 & my insurance company is denying me coverage after my current policy is up in November due to the vehicle report aka the odometer discrepancy. After carefully reviewing the paperwork that I signed this dealership ultimately lied to me stating that on 5/14/23 when I purchased the vehicle the odometer read 171,247 and that this reflects the ACTUAL mileage on the vehicle. They never told me about an odometer discrepancy after asking them if they know of any issues with the vehicle and telling me no and then denying me the CarFax saying that I had to pay extra for it after I already put $2,500 down!! I can now be denied insurance elsewhere and/or be in serious legal trouble for insurance fraud. DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE!! It also needs over $2k in suspension work done. They have sold plenty of faulty vehicles to others and prey on people that trust in them. I will not stop fighting for what is right until something is resolved!!

Great customer service, Owner made it a super smooth process is helping me get my new used car! Really appreciated the way that they worked with me for buying my first car off of a lot! Great communication through each step and answered all the questions that I had. Highly recommend!

No stars.. they sold a lemon in reference to the post by Bree W. In less then 20 days it needed new breaks and rotors. The key was stuck in the ignition switch and the wiring was all over the place. It needed a new battery and it would not turn completely off. They know they gave them a unstable, unreliable, and unsafe vehicle. She deserves her money back. It was a junked car.. thank God she no longer has it! I would Never recommend this place EVER!

Buying my daughter's first car was a pleasant and easy experience here. We found a nice car at a good price. Was very neat and clean inside. Something I didn't find at other used car dealerships.

They are not legit , they sold me a car with a million problems , I took it to another place they Informed me that the car was never inspected because there s no way it would have passed , they are not legit I found about 20 people that went thru the same problem with them

They are scam artists all they do is sell you a car that drives good for a month and then you end up having all these problems with it . TAKE YALL MONEY ELSE where they are rip offs

Me and my woman purchased a vehicle from this place. At the time of purchase there was absolutely no warranties available on anything, it was sold as is. One day after purchasing the vehicle the coolant level was always low. I had to constantly keep filling it with no leak in sight. 3 months of ownership come to find out that the head gasket was blown. It was probably blown when I bought the car. Couldn t catch it coming out of the exhaust because the cooling system was filled with water not antifreeze. Good way to hide the problem before a sale. I tried talking to the people there and they were not willing to make it right for me. Now the car is totaled Inside after sitting so long because the sun roof leaked into the car and the entire inside of the car is covered in mold resulting in a total loss. We were already in a very tight situation and it just caused us more problems and debt. This vehicle is so bad the finance company doesn t even want it back. It s not worth anything and sure wasn t worth the price it was sold for. Also you have to put $1000 down on any vehicle there just to finance something and you never get that money back and it doesn t come off the price of the car either. By far The biggest loss I had to take in my lifetime

Great prices, cars, and customer service. The guys here are very friendly, understanding, honest and helpful. They give you as much info as they can to help you feel comfortable. They also aren't shy about telling the flaws that one of their used cars might have. I recommend everyone to shop here.

My teen daughter and I bought her a car here this afternoon. We got there around 3:30 and were on the road at 5:00, and that included a test drive! Ki and Devorry (sp?) were kind, honest, and professional. All of the questions that we had about the car were answered. We got a solid, clean, well-maintained car for a reasonable price- I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a good car on a budget!

Rip off!!! Everything is going to go well wit your car for the first 2-3 months. After that, get ready to come out your pocket for repairs or a new car completely.
