They stayed 35 minutes later so I can purchase a dump trailer. They are very very nice very professional and make sure you are taken care of. I will definitely be coming back to buy more equipment.thank you!

Stopped here to purchase a 6x12 utility trailer and couldn't be happier. Super friendly and professional staff made my buying experience easy and stress free! Thank you Amy for the help in finding me the perfect trailer for my business and to Jason for teaching me how to backup a trailer for the first time. Will definitely be a forever customer!

Sent an email the other day to many different dealers looking for a Flatbed. Jason got back to me early the following morning and was willing to answer any questions. Because of his timely response and help I made the 3 1/2 hour drive each way just to buy from them. If I ever need another bed I will contact him First. 5 stars almost isn't enough

i was driving at night and a wheel on my trailer was torn off. when i opened google maps i found this wonderful service at 9:00 in the morning i arrived and i was met by the employees of this store. I myself but several times asked for advice from the guys and they helped me and also provided some tools .I am very grateful to you thank you very much this is the best trailer parts store I have ever visited!

Excellent selection of accessories, flatbeds and trailers. Do not let them do the installation work! I purchased a flat bed for my truck. It was mounted too low to the wheels. Any minor off camber would result in the wheels hitting the bed. I had to install a helper spring to prevent the rubbing. The flatbed is longer than the stock bed. They failed to mention this would be a problem. Now the ball hitch is not long enough to make it past the bed. You have to add a hitch extender. This decreases trailer tongue weight capacity. The wood they used as a spacer between the frame is cheap pallet wood. It will need replaced. Then there was the wiring.... I had exposed pieces of wire under the bed. They did not grind the frame for the ground. The cab to bed ground was left dangling. I now have a "lamp out" dash light. Most of the brake / tail lights stopped working within one week of installation. I had to take the truck to a different company to have the bed re wired. This cost a lot of money. The brake and tail light function was restored but the lamp out indicator remains and no one can resolve it. DO NOT LET THEM TINKER WITH YOUR WIRING! They will damage your vehicle!

Jason was great I called looking for a flatbed, told me what he had in stock told me what would fit next day went and got it he run a great business, and I look forward to doing more business with him in the future and he s also was cheaper than the other guy too

I am a young business owner and often get taken advantage of by mechanics. I brought my truck and trailer in thinking something was seriously wrong and it was the first time ever I ve been told nothing was wrong. Amy and Randy Both called and explained to me that everything is fine and they treated me extremely well. 5 star experience

This place is great. Needed a utility trailer, called ahead and talked to Amy. She was a sweetheart. Answered all my questions, help me make a decision and didn't try to upsell me. She promised me she would hold a trailer for me since it was an hour away. Showed up, everyone had their act together, I was in and out. Everyone was nice. It was worth the drive to buy from there. I would recommend toms to anyone in the market for a trailer.

I can't say enough good things or give enough stars to Tom's Equipment. Absolutely wonderful business to deal with. I've had trailers in for repair with them and today just picked up a brand new Griffin dump trailer for the fleet. Very fair pricing, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I won't shop anywhere else. Thank you to Jason and Amy. Go see them, you won't be disappointed!

We have worked with this company twice to get parts for our frontier horse trailer and it s been a nightmare. The staff are friendly. However, it has taken us months (!) to get the proper parts to fix our trailer.The first time we needed only a hinge and that took a month.Now we have to purchase parts for the trailer because someone backed into it. We ve been working with them since September 2022 and we don t even have the part yet to begin our repairs. I m very disappointed.

I searched thier website, drove over once. They have so many trailers I couldn't make up my mind. Talked to a lady named Amy, she was nothing but nice and professional. All the people there where very nice. I would definitely recommend this business. I ended up with a 16 ft dual axle trailer.

Purchased a 25k dual tandem gooseneck 10/21/2022. This is the first review I have ever written about a place of business without being prodded to do so. Everyone was very professional and friendly, I was in and out in under an hour. The parts showroom is like a candy store for trailer parts. I have 9 trailers and this will definitely be my go to place for anything trailer related. Oh and they are 3 hours from where I live.

Jason and Amy are just absolutely fantastic. I made the 3 hour drive to pick up my Triton 1064 and couldn't be happier. They had everything I wanted!! So glad we made the trip to Hickory, PaI would highly recommend and definitely make the trip again. Thank you so much for everything!!I'm so happy with this trailer purchase!!

Great experience! Came in about an hour and a half prior to store closing, and was out just after closing. In this short time we recieved great advice from Brad on how to use our new equipment. Amy was super helpful with finding us the right trailer and handling all of the tedious paperwork that goes along with it. Great staff and great prices. Would definitely return for future trailers/servicing!

Bought a 16ft livestock trailer today and have never been more impressed with a salesperson before. Amy was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure she was providing accurate information. Other staff that helped with paperwork/hookup etc where also very professional and friendly. This was our first time there and we will definitely be back for future purchases.

I'm going to start off by saying out of 5 star I would truly give 10 stars. I went in to look at trailers and possibly purchase one. I would like to say I'm in my 30's and I have never experienced amazing customer service like I did today. You can tell they truly care about there customer service. amazing prices, and after I made the purchase there one employee went out and explained everything to me to a T. He even went above and beyond I can see why they have been in service for 30+ years. They have truly one a customer for life. Keep up the amazing work. again thank you for everything you all did for me today.

Had an inspection done on our travel trailer. The guys found a few things wrong. Explained prices and time frame on work needed done. Got me in and out in a decent time. (The earlier time, the better off you are. I arrived at 8:45 on a Saturday, by 10ish it was busy)Very happy with prices and everyone inside and out. Jason , Brad, and Joe were all pleasant to deal with. Thank you!Highly recommend, I drove 40min to get to them. Past several other places that could have taken care of me. They have all my future business!

Nice inventory and nice people. Have used them a couple times for repairs and inspections. Always has been quick and good service. Not the best place to be taking your longer trailers as its a little tight and their shop is a little smaller. Its definitely doable though especially if you call a head and work with them.

Travel trailer brakes locked up on us. They worked us in as emergency after others would not. We had waited on roadside over night but once we made it to Tom's they had us safely back on the road in a few hours. They also found other issues and told us what could and could not wait. They were focused on our safety and customer service not making More money off a stranded customer. Thank you.

Amy and Jason were absolutely fantastic! What a great family run business. The pricing is right and thier trailers are of great quality. Amy gained our trust right away with her honesty and her interest in our safety. I can't recommend this company enough! If this was a 10 stars rating I would give them 11!

I wish every business were run like this, perfectly done from start to finish. While I was doing the paperwork they installed my license plate and the spare tire I bought at no charge and the trailer quality is top notch. Twice the quality for the same price you pay for one of the hardware store trailers. I was in and out in 30 minutes tops.
