I had miniscule front bumper damage from a local car wash with my brand new baby and took it to select. I was able to get in in about 3 weeks. My car was done a day early and my car was sparkling inside and out when I picked it up!! I was blown away to see that. They kept great communication and anytime I had to call, they answered right away and helped me with my questions. Thank you for fixing up Benson to make him like new again.

I brought my 2015 ford fusion titanium in to get some work done from a deer that hit me. Everyone at the shop to enterprise car rental was professional. I highly recommend using select collision.

Really awesome guys, They Start the inspection right away enter the center. I am out of state person, appreciate their approach & they try to make the people feel cool & comfortable which is really needed the during the panic situation like collision or damage of car. I strongly recommend this collision center.

Having recently moved to Hummelstown, I needed to find a body shop to do repairs to my wife's 2010 Sentra as she had a mishap with her left front fender & bumper. As I always do research evaluating reviews of companies, I came upon Select Collision Group based in Hershey, Pa. After reviewing all the positive testimonials, I called Lorraine who is the office mgr to set up an appt. Bob Seltzer the mgr came out, inspected the damage and shortly thereafter, gave me a quote. The pricing was very reasonable as we were paying cash. We took the car in on Tuesday and it was ready on Friday. The paint was a perfect match to the original and there are no signs that damage ever occured. Their philosophy is "Because it matters to you...it matters to us." That was proven to my wife & I. If anyone asks me where to go for auto body work, I'll definitely recommend Select Collision Group.

These guys did a great job on my truck. Good quality at a reasonable price. They really went above and beyond to help me out. I wasn t able to drop off my truck because of a scheduling problem on my end. Since I live nearby, Bob, the manager offered to have the truck picked up at my home and dropped off after it was done. Really appreciated them going the extra mile. Everyone I dealt with at the shop was very pleasant and helpful. Wouldn t think of taking my vehicles anywhere else when the need arises again. Nice work, nice people.

Bob was great! Communicated well. Job was spot on and the process was smooth. Took a few weeks to get in because they are that busy which is my only reason for not giving them 5 stars. Great job Select Collision!!!

Over the years, we have had body work done on several cars. They have always provided outstanding and friendly service. When we've received our vehicles after repair, they looked like brand new -- with newly applied paint matching seamlessly with the rest of the vehicle. I recommend them highly.Not only did they do great work, they offered to shuttle me to their facility to pick up the car where I found they had washed the exterior and completely cleaned the interior.Service: Body & Trim

I took my GMC Sierra to Select Collision for some body work and repair after someone had backed into the side of my truck. It took a couple months to get into the shop, however the wait was 100% worth it. Not only did Select Collision repair my truck so that it looks brand new again, they provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process. The communication from the repair team was top notch as they made sure to inform me every step of the way. At the end, they made sure I was satisfied with the repair and were more than willing to bring it in for additional work if needed. 10/10 would recommend using Select Collision for any repair work.Service: Body & Trim

I have brought several of my vehicles to Select Collision. They are very friendly and make the whole repair process easy by explaining everything there going to do. Each time I have been incredibly pleased with the quality of there work. Some of the repairs I have paid out of pocket and I must say there fees are very reasonable considering the quality of work they do. If you need either a minor or major repair, you will be very happy with Select Collision Center's service.

This was my first time at Select and I will say that I was extremely happy with the professionalism, workmanship, and timely fashion everything was done in.Bob and the rest of the crew are great.I hit a deer a while ago and chose Select Collison to repair my car. From the very first phone call to the very end I was kept up to date on all repairs, costs, and everything involved. I saw pictures of the damage, got an itemized list of all costs and help with any other questions I had.Just got the car back today and it looks great. The car was also thoroughly cleaned inside and out before returned to me. I highly recommend taking your car here when you need work done. Thanks so much to all the staff for an excellent experience.

I was well pleased with the service I received at Select Collision Center! Dealing with an auto body shop after a deer struck the driver's side of my Grand Caravan was a new experience for me. The people there were efficient, organized, informative and helpful. They explained all facets of their work on my vehicle in advance. My van again looks brand new with no sign of any damage! The paint matches perfectly and the repair work was like new. I would recommend Select for any body damage repairs.

The team at Select Collision Center in Hershey was outstanding. Not only did they show me what was wrong with my car, but they explained options of what needed to be fixed and what I could decide for myself. They treated my car as if it was their own. The repairs were done quickly and carefully. Upon return, my car looked brand new. I know that's hyperbole that a lot of people use, but it honestly did look better than when I took care of it. It was detailed inside and they fixed a few small scratched on the back bumper that was not a part of the original estimate (or repair scope). I would highly recommend them to anyone. They did a fantastic job! A++

Customer service was great and friendly. My car was estimated to be repaired in three days, and it was repaired in three days. My car was cleaned inside and out. Their service is exceptional! I cannot say enough good things about Select Collision Center. I am NOT a car person, and find any car stuff stressful. When my parked car was damaged overnight it needed collision repair, and Bob was very kind in walking me through what needed to be done. They worked with me with the very difficult insurance company (not my own, but the one of those who damaged my car), and kept in touch with me. When I picked up my car it looked totally new, and I wasn't sure it was my car...had to go look at the bumper stickers on the back of the car to be sure. My car is never this clean since I work with pets for a living. How they got all the fur off the back seat is beyond me! Lorraine and Bob were both fantastic and so helpful. I hope I never need collision services again, but if I do, I know where to go.Service: Body & Trim

This was my first experience with Select Collison Center. The secretary who greeted me was friendly and helpful. Bob, one of the service guys who gave me my estimate, was great. The price was fair, and the work on my truck was finished when they said it would be. They did an excellent job! If you need to have your vehicle repaired after an accident, this is the place! You won't be disappointed.

The staff despite my rushed tone and difficult demeanor(being irritated bc I just didn t have time) remained friendly and helpful. I received a Perfect match on the paint for the scrape and nicks encountered on my vehicle. My car interior was vacuumed and wiped, which is nothing I requested nor expected. I will definitely suggest their services to anyone looking for vehicle body care/work. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle and great job on the fantastic customer service.

My son had a deer run into him back on June 4, 2021. His car was towed to Selet Collision which was recommend by our incurance company. Had to have some radiator work on it and painting done. They stated it would take about 4 weeks to get it done because of running so far behind and ordering the parts.I received a call only 2 weeks later and they said it was done. They were excellent to work with. Called and informed us of the estimates right away and were always keeping us informed. Highly recommed them. Nothing but GREAT things to say about Select Collision. I was treated so well and they even cleaned my car afterwards. I hit a deer and this was a preferred provider with the insurance company. While I like to have "my guys" take care of my car needs, I heard good things and am thankful I had them repair the damage since this is what they specialize in. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with the work done on my car by Select Collision. Bob did an amazing job painting and fixing a dent. He also fixed my gas cap that I couldn't open as well as clean my car and polish my headlights. My car looks brand new. The folks at Select Collision were very good and easy to work with. I had to wait a few week to get the repairs done, I believe it's because of the quality work they do makes them very busy. Select Collision Center did an excellent job repairing my car. I hit a deer that severely damaged the front end of my car. I picked Select Collision Center based on their repair work on other Chargers and Challengers. The result was that you could not tell that it had been damaged at all. I am extremely happy and would recommend them.

Hertz is the worst rental car company ever, I booked a rental car one month in advance Online through Hertz's website and paid up front to lock in the better rates, confirm with Hertz customer service agent that there is car available etc, etc. come the Day of car pick up, show up at the Hertz counter only to find out, this location has been closed and out of business for over a 2 years. But Hertz did not bother to remove them from their web site and refuse to honor my reservation at another nearby Hertz location, basically so sorry you got screwed by our company but too bad, now find another car to rent on your own. We can not help you, you are stupid to trust us. Do yourself a favor, don't book with Hertz, because they take your money quick enough but provide you with no car or service

Quality work, friendly staff. Not only did they repair damage done to our car, it came back a lot cleaner than it went there. They also worked with our insurance company so our out of pocket expenses were minimal. Would highly recommend!!

Friendly, competent and caring staff, bumper looks like brand new, done a week ahead of schedule, and flexible, knowledgable and business-like on phone and all details. Again, VERY customer-oriented. Bob very thoughtful, always tries to save you money.

Made a same day reservation online for a 10:30 am pick up. Went to pick up the car I reserved only to be told there were no cars available and I was in line because others who had made reservations weeks before me would be called first. Rep takes my phone number and said he'll call when a car is available. It's now Monday and I sill would have a car if I would not have gone to Enterprise. This was the first time I tried renting from Hertz and it will be the last.
