I bought a 2022 GMC Sierra from Montrose; I decided to have them apply the ceramic coating they offered. This is a costly service, and it being a dealership with a detail shop, I thought they would be reliable. Fast forward about a week, and I noticed the rain just sat on the surface. Of the truck and did not bead as it should. I called back and asked them if it was applied because it did not seem like it was, and I was told id get a customer care kit with cleaning supplies, and I did not receive those. After being put on hold, they said I could come in, and they would get me taken care of. On my only day off, I drove one and a half hours back to the dealership for them to apply the coating. I waited over three hours; it looked ok in the garage, but the truck was filthy when I drove it outside. I returned and asked how this product could be applied with all the dirt, and they said they would clean it again. I wondered how the product worked, if contaminants were on the surface, and if they should reapply the coating. The manager, Tammy, said, " I guess you are right." So again, I had to wait for a little over an hour this time. Once they were done, the truck looked significantly better, the way it should have been when I bought the truck. This was a nightmare, and now I am questioning the reliability of this place, extremely poor quality and total lack of attention to detail.

Just bought a vehicle from Tom and am very happy with the way Tom got me into a vehicle that suited my needs. He pays attention to want the customer wants in a vehicle and pays attention to detail. He is great at matching a vehicle to meet customers needs. Tom is very personable, knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. I highly recommend him for the purchase of a vehicle. He takes the stress out the transaction.

Angelina is amazing!! She got me such a great rate and it was absolutely headache free. She had wonderful energy and was kind and considerate, and got me refinanced for my leased vehicle, that the previous dealership tried to pull one over on me.Everyone was so friendly and efficient.!! Even down to Service, they did great explaining each issue after my MPI.

I couldn t be more pleased. Walt Henderson took an unpleasant experience for me and turned it around! He and his team did a fabulous job! Walt communicated with me every step of the way informing me of the progress and answering any questions I had. Debbie was amazing too! From the time I first walked through the door, she greeted me so warmly and was already ready for me, file in hand!! I felt like I was with family!! Walt even personally took me back home and picked me up when my vehicle was ready. As a single woman, I have not always experienced this level of kindness, respect, and dignity at other institutions. I have already told my coworkers, friends, and family of the exceptional work, attention to detail, and personal service that I received at MONTROSE! I hope I don t have any more accidents in the future, but if I do, I know where I will be taking my vehicles. Thank you everyone at Montose Collision!!

Can t say enough how happy I am with my new truck. The way they treated us from walking in the door was unreal. Never had such an experience buying a truck from anywhere else. Nooch was very outgoing and helping get the truck that fit me right and to Mike the General manager Being there, making sure everything went well and we were happy and The finance lady went above and beyond to get me the great deal with a low interest rates. Please check them out for a great deal in great family atmosphere.

Angelina Nuccio was incredibly helpful and kind during the process of getting my truck. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable during the process. We had an issue with my address, but she quickly resolved it and made the process as painless as possible. Would definitely recommend visiting Montrose GMC if you plan on buying a vehicle!

My daughter was a first time car buyer and had been looking for vehicle for months; everywhere she went she dealt with rude sales people who were not interested in assisting her in her search! We stopped in at Montrose and met with Angelina Nuccio! What a tremendous sales experience!!!! She treated my daughter with patience and respect and there was no pressure! We left that day with the car my daughter wanted and a payment she could afford! Angelina is the real deal! If you're looking for a vehicle I highly recommend stopping in to see Angelina!

In January, life happened and we needed a new vehicle. We purchased a vehicle from Zach Eichelberger back in May and he delivered UNBEATABLE customer satisfaction. Therefore, we chose to come back to him. We left the lot in a beautiful midsized GMC Canyon, yet again impressed with Zach's professionalism and straightforward salesmanship. Employees are very welcoming. I was very pleased with the process. Even though I live in New Castle, I will gladly travel to Montrose for my sales and service needs. Mike Jr., Heath and Alex were all excellent to deal with . All professional and extremely competent. Also the finance person made it so easy it was the icing on the cake. No pressure!! Very happy overall. Update. Just had my car repaired at Montrose collision. All employees went over and above. Highly recommend.

Best car buying experience ever!!! Angelina in sales is by far the best I have ever worked with. She made this experience so easy and stress free. Not only was she just simply amazing, she is personality plus. She is such a sweetheart and truly cared about what my needs were in a vehicle. She went above and beyond what she had to. Then there was Tara aka chief. I cannot say enough about her and her willingness to make sure I was able to leave in the right vehicle. If I could give these ladies 10 stars I would for sure. Heath DiSalvo was my salesman for both of my recent purchases. He did an excellent job with both of my requests as far a what type of vehicle I was looking for and the payment ranges I wanted to be in. He was quick and efficient, I did not have to sit in the dealership for hours, I have always hated that, but he had me in and out with an excellent vehicle each time! I highly recommend getting ahold of Heath for your car buying needs!
