We had a great experience today buying our 2024 GMC Sierra from Zack. He was in touch all week prior to the sale. He gave us a good price and after rebates, we closed with a great deal! It made the two hour drive worth it! Thanks! Jim and Michelle

Felt well taken care of at Montrose. Didn't feel pressured by the workers when looking at vehicles. I was given clear and concise answers to questions. Was helped by Emilio Miconi, who set up me with a Nissan Rogue Sport. I've had it for a few days and I love it.

Mo was amazing! Professional, straightforward, fair. Answered all my questions, sent details of car and even a video. Quick and responsive to everything! Not pushy at all! Helped me make a Sweet 16 surprise possible for my daughter! GO SEE MO!

Would of 5 starred if I was taken seriously when trying to set the deal up online. Got there and car wasn't clean or ready to go. Smelled like cigarette smoke and passed around by salesman. My final salesman was good. I do love my car but not sure if would I go back there for service or another purchase.

I just watched the new commercial for this place and they claim to use the most effective repair techniques but they show one of their mechanics tightening lugnuts in a circle... You're going to end up driving away and having to come right back to spend more money because the tire wobbled off and caused more damage. Everyone knows to tighten in a star pattern! It's small details like that which help me determine which business to use or not use and Montrose will never be getting my business.

Great service and very friendly staff. Like any dealership the prices are expensive so I only take my car for smaller things I need done like oil changes or other fluid changes/checks

AVOID THIS OPERATION AT ALL COST. They lost their Cadillac franchise obviously due to some highly suspicious sales exchanges. I would never recommend any friend to have any involvement in purchasing a vehicle with this operation.

When I bought my car last year, everyone was super helpful at helping me find a vehicle. Service was amazing. Now, I'm not sure what has happened to the service dept. Called multiple times to have to wait for 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone. My last warranty issue I was left borrowing a vehicle from someone because they would not give me a rental, even though the warranty was to cover one. Parts took days to get in even though I had mine next day when they called to tell me I needed all new brakes and rotors. Trying to get me to pay $2000. Paid $250 for all 4 brakes and rotors. Not worth my drive unless it's a warranty issue. I hope something changes soon.

This is by the far the best dealership I ve ever been to. They welcome you, make you feel very comfortable, & try to help in any way they can! Emillio was my salesperson, he s so great! He goes above & beyond for his customers. I thank the management as well, they are also very very helpful and make sure you leave their business happy about your purchase! If you re looking for a car, I definitely recommend this dealership!

I can truly say I have a friend at Montrose! I'm so happy I got to pull off their lot in my new 2020 Nissan Rogue!! Emilio,Tara,Natalie,and Justin are absolutely wonderful! Great customer service,fast and easy process,and a pleasant buying experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I got to leave in my dream car! I will definitely be back when!

Purchased a vehicle over the weekend from Brandon and was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. Brandon was always available when I had questions and he went out of his way to make sure the vehicle was serviced and ready for pick-up .. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from Brandon and would recommend him to anyone..

I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! I was given a second hand vehicle. I wanted them to give it a look over to see what it needed. They told me it needed all new belts etc. To the tune of $2400. I took it to another mechanic. He showed me my truck HAD brand NEW BELTS on it! I don't have time to write all the other issues. I will never go there again. I will never recommend Montrose! PERIOD!!

I have shopped at Montrose Nissan multiple times over the last 20 years, this most recent in 2020 was the best. Finally, they brought in an expert in the field. A sales manager that is motivated and personable. Andrew Reckhart was professional and kind. He didn't push me into something I wouldn't be able to afford and he was comforting when I declined. I will definitely car shop there again when I am willing to purchase.

Heard about how quality Montrose was though word of mouth. 5 stars, outstanding. Mike Edwards did everything he could to ensure that I walked out of there with vehicle I wanted, taking essentially all the stress out of the car buying experience. I will definitely be a future customer

Very nice staff. I told them what i wanted to pay a month and they made it happen. I went to a different Chevrolet dealership first they were pushy they would let me leave until i bought a car so i walked out. Then i stopped at montorose GMC it was light day and night. They made me feel like we knew each other like we were friends forever. I am telling everyone i know if they want a new car stop at one of the Montorose dealerships

This is the place to go, if you want a quality car, at good prices, and you want to be treated great! I have never gotten treated so well, as I have her. They go above and beyond....even after you buy your car. I was in Florida, and something went wrong on my car. I called Montrose, and they told me exactly what to do. Be sure to ask for Maurice (Mo). He is the best, and will not push you into something just to make a sale. He will work with you to find EXACTLY what you want.

I just had the best experience with a dealership service department I have ever had. Rhonda was the specialist I spoke with and I can t praise her or the dealership enough. If you need a vehicle and like Nissans I would suggest you give them a try. Sales to service is all top notch!!

I had an older Frontier that was on her last legs (just south of 200000) I was looking for something similar and had been looking through the internet for about a month before I narrowed down the trucks I was really interested in. I emailed 8 different dealerships inquiring about availability. Within 5 minutes Zack Eichelberger called me, and texted me back, set up a time to test drive and then emailed me the directions and time reminder. Got to Montrose and the truck was clean and warm, ready to go. We loved it but being a wary person, I wanted to see other vehicles at other dealerships. He was not upset, let me go try others. Well, ended back at Montrose, with Zack Eichelberger and bought that truck. I still haven't heard from the other dealerships.!! If your looking, I highly recommend Zack Eichelberger and Natalie the finance lady. I'm really happy with my purchase.Bob BlanchetteFomell, P.A

Michael Edwards was the BEST. Excellent service, he knew exactly what he was talking about and was very helpful. I can now say I am a proud owner of a new 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport!! Highly recommended.
