Wonderful guys. Called and told them I needed all 4 tires replaced and I was an hour away. They verified that they had the right tires. Showed up and was in instantly. The wait was an hour but totally understandable with us just showing up. Absolutely would go back again.Thanks guys for taking care of us on this rainy day

I had a trailer tire blow out on I80. When a arrived a the store I explained to the front counter tech what had happened. With in 5 minutes they had the rim in the shop and working on it. All said and done they completed the tire change in under 30 mins. I highly recommend these great group of guys and store. They went over and above in getting me back on the road 3 hrs. from home. The Manager & I also had a great talk about our JD tractors while I waited. Again, I highly recommend these guys and their store.

All of the gentleman there were extremely informative and pleasant and efficient with their work! I was very impressed with every employee I was in contact with during my visit there. They also fit me in very quickly and were great in explaining any other things that I might need to consider on my vehicle. Thank you to Dave, Corey, Robert and Mike!

Went there for an alignment and was told all of these different issues with my car. I had my car fixed by a mechanic I ve been going to for years and they told me he incorrectly fixed my car. As soon as I left, multiple issues have started with my car. I also received a receipt with the repairs I needed and called my mechanic about it. He told me they wanted to charge me about $600 for a $40-$50 part. Never going back again.

Stopped by to see if they could do an inspection on my company vehicle and they were able to squeeze me right in without an appointment. Fast and courteous. Will be back.

From walking in the door and leaving 30 minutes later with an excellent tire install, the manager was excellent in being friendly and extremely interested in the whole visit. The showroom was pristine clean and welcoming.

Prices were reasonable and I appreciated being kept up to date as the work was being done. I believe no unnecessary work was done as i was given a choice on some recommended service items.

Walked into Firestone with a simple request: Needed my passenger front tire patched. Corey was extremely professional and polite. Came out to my car, inspected the tire, told me 30min to an hour, which is really good for walk-ins, and even came out to check the Torque after I put the new tire back on. 1 hour roughly for the whole job and $20. Thank you Firestone and the rest of the staff for taking care of me.

I used to go here years ago, but they have gotten so bad. Told them what needed done on our car, as our we had half the work done somewhere else but that place couldn't get us in for over a month. Firestone completed a front to rear bumper inspection($95) and wouldn't fix the issue without fixing everything on the car not related. This is an old work car. That maybe gets driven 60 miles a month. We re not sinking in 1000s of dollars on a car that is not even worth that. Very disappointed in how they do business here. Just wanted to let others know if you take your car here for one thing, they will try to make you fix anything and everything even if it's not causing you an issue. Took the car to an actual mechanic and only had to pay around $300 not the almost $2000 firestone was trying to charge.

The Sunday manager at Firestone was unwilling to assist in a situation unless I bought 4 new tires from them. I am not impressed with their policies. There are better places to go .

I came in asking to replace a valve stem, and service was very proficient, and costed $30 which was cheap to me.Tire continued to leak, so I returned a day or two after, and they checked it out and fixed the problem free of charge, even though the problem wasn't related to the valve stem this time. I had ran over a nail! They also inspected my tires for me.The staff was so kind. It's always difficult going somewhere like this when you're female presenting, but everyone was so nice, and didn't overcharge me for anything unnecessary. I felt safe going there. I will be returning there for any and all car trouble or maintenance!

The previous review from Maryjane Davis was 100% correct. Do NOT let these guys tell you anything, especially when it comes to exhaust work. They told me that I had an exhaust leak and that because my system was welded together they would need to replace the entire exhaust system for $6,000! I took it to E&E Welding & Exhaust in Mercer and they put my car up, showed me that my system was not welded together except for one little piece which they cut and replaced in 10 minutes for $50! I can't believe Firestone does this to people and I feel awful for anyone who just says okay to this. Shame on the company and the manager. I have since been told that they operate on a daily quota and do not care how they get it. Now that I know how they do business I will never go to another Firestone again. Do yourself a favor and skip it. If you do go in there, be prepared.

What a joke this place is. The employee Cory with rotten teeth Wasted a hour of my time to tell me they couldn t rotate my tires only to try to sell me $500 tires. I will never return here and I will make sure nobody else does. This place is a rip off!

Corey and team were kind and professional. They were able to replace all 4 tires of my daughter's car on a walk-in basis... and on a Sunday late afternoon a couple of hours before closing. I was in a jam, was able to coordinate what needed to be done over the phone, and they took care of us! Highly recommended!Service: TiresService: Tires

Got new tires from Firestone in Hermitage, PA. The woman at the front counter was polite and responsive to questions. The service was started on time and the technicians were efficient. I have no complaints with the new tires I bought about a month ago. Would definitely use them again.Service: TiresService: Tires

Can't say I would ever come back. I should have left as soon as the guy behind the counter got snark with me but it was a Sunday and options where limited. Prices are a bit higher than other places. Shop around before coming here.

I scheduled firestone to put tires on my truck. they charged me for prepared installation from simple tire the supplier. the tire technician was making all the decisions, the manager Dave was clueless. couldn't work their computer program. had to go back 3 days later and the asst. manager rectified the problem..long story short it cost me an additional 52 dollars between simple tires and Firestones screw up. wouldn't recommend either one.Service: Tires

I work long hours and don't get home until late in the afternoon. Got here 30 minutes before closing and the manager Paul and team were able to get 4 tires on and back out the door very fast, all while handling 5 other customers. Very good team here. Will be back down the road!

Excellent customer service! Very efficient operation. I went in for a wheel alignment with no appointment during a busy time of the day and was told it might be up to 90 minutes wait. I left my keys and walked to a nearby store for a snack. When I returned they already had my car on the rack. After I approved the adjustments they discussed with me they were done in minutes. Only about 30 minutes total after I gave them my keys!!

Since moving to Hermitage, I've used this place for inspections, oil changes & other minor repairs. The staff here is awesome. They call/email/text to update the job. Convenient location & competitive pricing. On-time service.

Manager Paul and service pro Joseph were both great at getting me in and out on short notice. Orthodox Easter and needed a flat fixed in a hurry. Great people. If I could give 6 or 7 stars I would. Thank you.
