We leased our first truck from them great experience with Becky! Our lease is up, we went up hoping to have a great experience again. Well we were so wrong!! We met with Harry, we didn t have a great experience while we were there but they called the next day so we figured let s try again. WRONG. He told me multiple times he would text/call me back after talking to the finance guy. I think he said his name was Chuck. That was March 27th we ve never heard back. But hey blessings in disguise I guess. We ended up going to a different Chevy dealership. We got into the LT lease we wanted at the prices we wanted. Which they told us was unrealistic. And If I remember correctly the manager of finance told us to come back and see him when we couldn t find the truck we wanted in the payment we wanted. But thanks again Diehl. I will make sure everyone we know how awful the service is!- thanks Joe that s actually not what happened your sales guy Harry showed us work up sheets with the numbers being 650 being the lowest. He went back to finance at least 3 times. So us just getting up to leave is false completely false. After he told us that 635 was the lowest payment we would get we left.

Fantastic experience at this dealership. Adrian is honest, reliable and very knowledgeable and kind. I didn't purchase a vehicle from there, but he was the one who responded to my online request. I made an appointment to see a vehicle and Adrian made sure it was at the Hermitage location. I felt valued and respected. Thanks Adrian and wishing you a successful year. You won't be disappointed by choosing this dealership. Awesome customer service.

If you are looking for a family vehicle stop at Diehl Chevrolet of Hermitage. I spoke to Chris Capone who make me feel like family. He listened to what I needed in a vehicle for me and my kids. He took time to listen and understand what I was looking for and help me find options. This is the perfect place to purchase a family car. I've been looking into buying a new car and chatting with Christopher. He is incredibly knowledgeable and realistic when it comes to talking budget and keeping you within the realm of the vehicle you might want. He is extremely friendly and will definitely do right by you as the customer I trust him and would feel happy to let anyone in my family come to him while looking for a car also. 10/10

The service woman Deanna was so very helpful when I went in the Friday before my appointment. She explained a lot of what I needed done. When I left and called back to make my appointment Deanna set me up very quickly. I had a wonderful experience and in the future if I need any services for my vehicle I definitely reach out to Deanna for help.

I received a letter in the mail about them wanting to purchase my truck and they would give me over KBB value for it and also i could lease a new tundra for 540. So i schedule an appointment with the Toyota side. They low ball me on and tell me to lease a tundra it would be 850 dollars a month which i told them my whole plan was to get into something cheaper than my payment now since i don't drive a lot. So about a week goes by i get another letter in the mail from the Gm about how they're still interested and they have something more to the sweeten the deal but i need to contact them. So I called and got put on the chevy side and i tell them about what happened previously and they say come in and we'll run numbers and it should be way lower. So I leave my house to go there and get a phone call about how they cant do anything more to achieve the figures I'm looking for. The following week i get a call from some manger who asks why i didn't show up and i explained it to him the situation i explained to the previous employee. He said that the numbers do not make sense so he's gonna run numbers and pull info and get back to me. He calls back and i wasn't available and i returned his call within five minutes and i still haven't heard anything back almost a week later. Im not upset that we couldn't make something work I'm more annoyed that they said x-y-z and didn't follow through with any of it. The whole situation was nothing but a waste of my time.

Had a great experience at diehl chevrolet in hermitage. Chris Capone was very professional and understanding. He has a very welcoming attitude and is honest. Helped me to understand things that I was confused on. He took his time to make sure we were always on the same page. Not once did I ever feel rushed or pushed. This place is a great environment filled will good and honest people. If you are looking for a new vehicle stop here first and ask for Chris or any other of the wonderful and helpful salesman.

Beckie was absolutely amazing me and my kids just loved her and talking while waiting for my loan and paperwork. The Diehl team that helped with my new Chevrolet Trax were all great and very welcoming kinda like a big family they have even reached out to me a couple times just to make sure that I'm liking my new vehicle and seeing if I have any questions I've never bought a vehicle where the staff was as great as all those who helped with my vehicle

Y all need to go and talk to my friend Chris! He is so knowledgeable and helpful and really try s to give every customer the car of their dreams! He will help you and answer every question you have. If there is a question he doesn t know the answer to he will do everything in his power to get you the answer you need. 10/10 would ALWAYS recommend him!!

Sadly no mats come with car have to call gm for them and yes they did come with them. Online price for install parts or accessories is a lie. They help me get new trax i love the car but not service here.

My husband and I were in the market for a 2022 Chevy Bolt. After calling numerous dealerships, we finally found one at Dhiel. Our salesman, Cody, made the buying process very easy, and everyone we spoke with was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely do business with them again!!

I did not care for the attitude of the salesmen. Didn t show me anything and then went to see financial person he was basically done. He came back and said basically he could not help me. The irritating thing was this information was all given on line prior to me going there so they wasted my time.

Made an appointment to get a new key fob because of a lost key fob. Checked with parts to make sure they had it in stock. I was told the price of the programming would be $150. Asked, but was not given the price of the fob. Checked in for the appointment with a woman that had not had her coffee yet. When service was finished, paid an outrageous amount. Got to my car and the fob is laying on my seat. No key inside the fob! I had to leave but called immediately to service. The same woman with attitude told me I had to call parts. She didn t know what was going on with it. She hung up. I had to call back to talk to parts. They had no idea why the key had not been included and said I had to call service!!! I called back to service and she was even more rude and hung up as soon she told me I needed to speak to parts. Called parts again! He listened to what I was telling him and said he would call back. He did. I needed to come back because the key and fob are sold separately!!! The fob was $201.19! The key was over $70! Add it up! This is ridiculous! Price a key fob online. Not even close to $200! Very bad experience and they thought I might buy 2 tires from them! Never!

Bought our 2021 Trailblazer off Harry Bowers at Diehl Chevy in Hermitage. Harry was great to work with, very knowledgeable and didn t try to give us any . I highly recommend going to see Harry if you are looking for a new ride!

I highly recommend Diehl . I had been searching for a trailblazer , and inquired with them to see if they had one. They called me answered all questions I had , kept me updated on when the truck would be delivering the trailblazers , as soon as they did they immediately called me . Becky was absolutely amazing , she didn t pressure or push me . She gave me time to think things over and discuss with my husband . She was very informative / d nice . Will definitely use and recommend them in the future .

We drove 9 1/2 hours to Taylor Toyota/Chevrolet from Barnhart Missouri we needed a blue Ford F350 with an 8 foot bed and nobody around us had one.Our salesman was Jason and he is a great guy only downfall is that he is a Penguins fan LOL.Everything we discussed and saw by pictures text and email was all true. All paperwork was taken care of before we got there.They gave us top dollar for our trade-in. I sure wish we had a dealership around us in Missouri that treated us with as much class as this one did. They definitely run their dealership correctly and make sure we are happy! Thank you all so much it was a pleasure to drive that far and we love our truck -Mark and Dawn Tucker.

We are retirees and we had a great experience with Becky our salesperson and Joanna the the Finance person. They are both very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We got a great deal on a used car that is in excellent condition. The service department did a five-star job of detailing the car for pickup! We are very satisfied and highly recommend contacting Becky for your next vehicle and Joanna makes the paperwork painless.
