Con Artists! Sold me a car, engine blew on the way home. Returned the vehicle to them. Refused to let me out of the loan. Told me they would fix it, never fixed it. Still refused to let me out of the loan. So I now have an $11k loan on my credit and no car! Scam artists! Stay away!!! This place needs to be shut down!!

EDIT- I JUST HAD MY CAR IN THE SHOP & THEY SOLD ME A VEHICLE WITH THE ENTIRE AC UNIT CUT OUT OF IT!! 100% HIGHLY DONT RECOMMENDED!!Don't have much to say other than they made it easy to get a vehicle! We had one problem though when we first got our vehicle, we weren't informed of how much extra we would be paying for the warranty!

If you have questionable credit and you just need something to get from eight to be, this might be a good fit. And the people are nice to talk to, though the vehicles from my experience tend to always have some sort of issue make sure to bring a mechanic and make sure to test your vehicle thoroughly. On the bright side, they do seem to be getting better.

Tried to contact several times about truck. Said they would call. Never did. So I went up to look at the truck myself and they were closed on a Friday at 10 am and the truck was nothing like they explained. Broken mirror. Rust. Inside trashed. Wanted 11,995. Trucks only worth maybe 5

Stay away they advertise a bait car to get your attention never reply. So when you come down it s not their. So they get your attention to another over priced vehicle. I left stay away

Absolute fraud! Do not, DO NOT purchase a vehicle here. Car Solutions had a fraudulent inspection sticker put on it. (We had it inspected on our own and it failed for about 10 reasons.....pretty serious and expensive things. We wanted to return the truck (after seeing all the issues and fraud inspection) and Eugene denied our request for a full refund. Eugene's "mechanic" had the vehicle for about a month (because the law says we have to give him a chance to fix it and make it right....that was a joke.) We had to put several thousand dollars into a $10,000 vehicle to pass inspection with a legit auto garage). We took him to court (and won). Eugene appealed (and we won the judgment again). He refuses to pay. We had to pay an attorney $750 to draw up the Writ of Execution paperwork and an additional $300 to the Sheriff's office (to force a Sheriff's sale to get our money). And Car Solutions has refused to comply with that as well. In the very beginning of the issues Eugene told us up front "If you take me to court, I'm just going to appeal it. And if you win, I'm just going to pay you the minimum per month." (Which apparently has been nothing.) He knows the legal game. He knowingly takes advantage of people. It's not even about the money anymore. It's about protecting future victims. We will continue to fight this until they are held accountable. Walk away.....very quickly.

Just recently got my car from here. Had it about two weeks and so far everything is just perfect. They really helped me get the best deal and I appreciate the kindness and professionalism. They really have great cars and will work with you on finding the best deal. If you re deciding on a great running vehicle, this is the place to check out. The car we were looking at was never at the store when it was suppose to be, had to put money down on it to hold it, I lost my job so I couldn t get a vehicle so when I told them I needed my down payment back, was told NO but here I can give you credit. They cashed my check when I NEVER even test drove the car. All I can say is FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!! I plan on getting an attorney.

The absolute worst of the worst I'd call them crooks but that doesn't even cone close had car less than week and motor died now I see why his new castle location shut down too hopefully soon to this location.. dishonest and can't be trusted my friend got burned here too

Eugene and Anthony are amazing! The moment I walked in the door they were both so friendly and eager to hear my wants/needs in a car. Anthony made sure I saw all the options that would work for me and answered any questions I had about specific vehicles. Eugene was very helpful as well and made sure everything was in working order on the car I chose. They are hands down the best people to deal with when purchasing a new vehicle! It isn't about making money to them, they care about people and what people are buying. I recommend them to anyone who is purchasing a new vehicle! (They also love cookies FYI! )

Still have yet to get my money back they said would be given back to me because they sold the truck I had a deposit down on . This company is a fraud look it up on the better business bureau web site they have charges filled and look up their reviews on Yelp and dealer rate it's nothing but bad stuff their car broke after people bought them and the warranted they sell are fake as of better business bureau. Their rate is an F with the better business bureau.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. THEY ARE PUSHING LEMONS LEFT & RIGHT. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOUR DYING GRANDMOTHER. DON'T GO IN THAT BUILDING FOR ANY REASON. YOU WILL REGRET IT. ANTHONY, UGENE & JILL ARE THE MOST FRAUDULENT PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET. THEY PREY ON PEOPLE. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS. THEY ARE INHUMANE.

Payed 3,000 cash for a down payment 3 weeks ago and have yet to have a car to drive and when I ask about it I get that it s the mechanic waiting on parts so if your looking for a car quick I wouldn t recommend here

I trade in my car $1000 dollars and replaced whit my pay ment for the loan they said I got it approved for the truck, and I taken insurance on it and said no still to me can't drive the truck because he claims that loan company have to call me,it been 5 days and I am waiting on the truck and I need the truck I paid for! F THE THEM PEOPLE DON'T BUY ANY THING FROM THEM RIPE OFF SCAM,

Ya nice guy really, But bad bad cars, they buy junk that is rusted out or not looked over and sale it for 5,000 or more get your a loan witch dont accept payments, then the loan place tow your car or it falls apart to the point you cant drive it it illegally after 4 to 6 months, use as last resort.

Hands-down the most honest car salesman I've ever dealt with in my entire life I purchased many cars in my lifetime not only for myself but for my children and wife Eugene from car solutions it seemed like he took a personal interest in making sure I got what I wanted he may be his number one priority the four hours I was their test drove everything the show me things that you want to look for in a used vehicle the transmission running properly the engine shifting properly I felt no pressure whatsoever to buy but every question I had asked him he had an answer it's been in business for many years I did 21 years in the United States Marine corps only a local pay the way and manner the man spoke to me and dealt with me is very very professional even though it's an independent car salesman he treat you better than any of the big four if you're looking for a used vehicle that's dependable that's reliable and at a great price please contact Eugene a car solutions I'll never go anywhere else and I will send everyone I know there he's just a excellent people person and he's honest

Drove vehicle less than a month. Paid $8,000 and now it just sits till can afford to take to an honest mechanic. Don t waste your money here. You ll be sorry.

Looked at the 3002 Mini Cooper. Needs a lot of work, but has a cool interior, s hard to get into backseat area. A fun project for someone else, even if it has my maiden name! Check it out!

Garbage gets car inspected by some scumbag with illegal stickers. Tells people the service engine light means it needs and oil change. Buyer beware. Do not purchase from them.

The cars are not cleaned out was afraid to get in it to look at better might of got infection. The guy never came out to greet you. Terrible

Made an appt to look at a vehicle. Show up and no one is there said they took the weekend off. Said to go back monday to look at vehicle on my way back up there get a message its sold.giant waste of 4 hours
