Excellent first experience with Tom and his crew. The whole process was seamless from ease of securing an appointment to the execution of the service, as well as pricing and overall experience. There's no doubt I would've wasted time and money had I gone to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle rather than trying a new place. They have gained a happy and satisfied repeat customer!

Great service! Brian, Tom and Luis took care of my state inspection and replacing my tire sensor. As a woman who doesn t know much about cars, mechanics always make me nervous but they made me feel very welcome and didn t try to sell me on something I didn t need. They did me a favor by taking me when it was an hour before they closed, definitely recommend this place! Will be coming here for everything I need!

I arrived with a flat tire that had three holes in it, the nice gentlemen were more than happy to help me, everyone there was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They walked me through the process and explained all the steps they were taking while explaining why they were taking those steps. Over all I had a very Pleasant visit and would highly recommend to my friends and family.

Honest and trustworthy. What else can you ask for? I was really in a bind, stuck while visiting the area and they could have told me it was going to be a few days but they took me in same day, did what they said and when no repair was required, didn't charge me a penny. Thank you Brian and Jack Williams Hazleton staff. I expected to get screwed. I didn't expect to get 5 star service like i was a life long customer. But I did. Much appreciated, gents.

These gentlemen are amazing, caring & outstanding people! I called early this morning because my brake light was coming on/off & I have to leave the state for a family emergency. Tom told me to come in as soon as I got out of work. They all went out of their way to squeeze me in & check my brakes. They explained everything to me about what it could be. Thankfully it was an easy fix of just low fluid but even if it wasn't I would trust them to fix it in a heartbeat! This was my first time there & after today it won't be my last! I cannot express in words my gratitude I have for them. If you're in the hazleton area & need work done, go see these guys, I promise they won't let you down! Thank you guys again so much!!

Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable when needed new tires for my car. Was able to provide me replacements for wore out tires within a very reasonable time from walking in the door without an appointment. Very friendly and knowledgeable crew and will definitely return when need work done or tires again.

Honestly, this place was a blessing to me. We are from out of town and had a cracked rim on a Sunday. The best bet was a junkyard that they were able to direct me to, and gave me advice in regards to what I was looking for. After getting back with a rim that just didn t quite work, these guys were able to track down a local welder who could fix my rim on a Sunday.The whole team went above and beyond to help me and my family get home to North Carolina. Could not recommend these guys more highly.

Would definitely recommend Jack Williams for all your automotive needs! Tom was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining my vehicles needs. Did not try to push any unnecessary repairs. Quality work and amazing customer service.

Recently went to get new tires on my car. This was my first time getting new tires and was nervous when I walked in and saw all the options. Tom at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helped me make the best decision with ease. Will be back and would 100% recommend.

Tires were fair and service was quick, However parts were broken in the process costing me another $100 bucks or so. With a little more care and attention a crossbar would have prevented any issue.

They are very honest and helpful and nice. I've walked into times already with tire issues they took me right in and took care of my issues. The first time I needed a plug, they didn't charge me. The second time I needed a tire, I got a great deal and they didn't charge me for the most expensive tire .

I had two services with them & I was very satisfied. I had to change my front tires and get a new inner rod to have the car aligned due to towing company damaging my vehicle. Pricing wasn t too much & for my troubles they was nice enough to give me a discount. They re very communicative, friendly & great customer service.Vehicle : 2016 Chevy Cruze LT

Best service I've ever experienced from a garage. I work for ADT Security, I stopped there with a screw in my tire. They had a full waiting room. I went to counter to ask how fast they could get me in. Manager says, man we are backed up and im short a tech. I said no big deal and started walking away. He calls me back and asks for my keys. He pulls my van into garage and plugs my tire himself. He had me in and out in 15 minutes. He saved my day as I would have had to reschedule on some of my customers. That is customer service at its finest.

I have been dealing with Jack Williams in Hazleton for many many years. Recently just had a set of snow tires installed and as usally EVERYTHING went smoothly.This is a one stop shop. Tom at the counter is very knowledgeable, ALWAYS gives competitive pricing, gets my vehicles in as soon as possible and most of all cares about customer satisfaction. For me that is why i keep coming back! The entire team at Jack Williams is top notch! I recommend this company to anyone who needs any repair on their vehicle small or large the team at Jack Williams can and will handle it. Thanks for a great experience EVERY SINGLE TIME!

We had a slow leak in our tire, brought it in to be repaired. It was complete within an hour, and there was no charge. WOW. It was such great service, friendly people, and fantastic customer service. I will without doubt have all my tire service here! Would recommend 10/10 times!

Fantastic service provided by Armando. Came up from VA to visit a friend of ours & caught a nail in not one, but TWO of my tires. Expected to have to find a hotel & stay there (which would ve been completely unexpected & unplanned) but Armando got us back up on the road in NO time. Sometimes the tires for my car can be hard to find but he was fortunately able to just repair them both & send us back on the road within just 45 mins of us getting there!!!! SUPER quick turnaround & best part there was not a SINGLE sign that someone had even worked on our vehicle. No grease marks on my leather seats, no fingerprints or leftover brake dust on my wheels, heck he even went as far as to clean them up a little before slapping them back on! Talk about quality service! Will make sure to spread the word & definitely remember them next time I m in the area & need something. Ask for Armando if you ever go by!!

I broke down an hour and a half from my home the tow truck guy recommended I go there. On a Friday afternoon they diagnosed my issue, drove to a dealer to get the part needed and got me on the road. Could not have been happier
