I have not been in that store for many years and it really went down hill. The place was dirty and not well organized. The staff was moderately helpful and not overly friendly. There was only one guy at the counter and he waited on two customers in-between getting my order complete. They had the parts that I wanted, which I suppose is the most important thing. Beyond that, I was not impressed. I'd go back only if I could not find the parts I need elsewhere.I went back a second time. The staff has gone from moderately helpful to totally incompetent. I called ahead to make sure they had the parts I needed. After I got there they told me they were in the computer but not in the back. I had asked on the same call if they had another product, they told me they did not, yet while I was in the store...it was there. Of course I didn't make the purchase because I am not giving them any of my business. But it is another example of how poorly the staff and inventory management are performing. So I walked away empty-handed. Totally disappointing. Cannot recommend ever shopping at A&A Auto parts. It is a shame because that used to be my go-to place.

Very good place, they have a lot of products at affordable prices.. only thing is that a website will help them for preview of the parts required for any project.

Basically a fake performance shop...ordered t-304 stainless steel exhaust pipe and they sold me junky t-409.....do yourself a favor and order your stuff online.
