The ENTIRE staff is absolutely incredible all around. They re very informative and are always happy to answer any questions. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Mike s. I ve always dreaded putting my car in the garage but Mike s makes it easy every time. If you want a garage you can trust, here it is!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Mike s in Hawley. My boyfriend and I are not from around here (Long Island) and mistakenly locked our keys in the car twice. The receptionist and the mechanic were the most understanding and had our door unlocked within 15 minutes of the phone call. They truly saved us!

"Diamond in the Rough!" Best auto repair shop. Mike, the owner, & his skilled mechanic staff are Honest, Knowledgeable, Reasonable, & Dependable. Been through the gambit of mechanics, in the area, over the years. No others compare! Going on almost 20 years as my mechanic shop of choice.

As a handy person I could have changed my thermostat and o-ring and flushed the antifreeze. I brought it to Mike's to find the leak and to fix it. Turned out the t-stat housing had a crack and I wouldn't have found it myself. Thanks to Mike for your experience and fixing the situation. You earned my business years ago with your honest and experienced shop. Thanks Mike's!

Honest, quick, and affordable. You definitely won t feel like you re being taken advantage of. Other mechanic shops were kind of rude or booked out for days. Mike fit us in same day and was very nice and did a great job.

Very helpful guy! I called about finding an engine and Mike calls me back to tell me that I should call this guy Jason and he may be able to find me an engine. Both Mike and Jason were pleasant to speak to and very helpful. The world needs more respectful people like Mike here and his friend Jason the engine finder wizard! Thank you Mike!

If u have any questions orconcerns about your vehiclethat are being worked on Mike & his staff are very responsible & will go out their way to explain to u what their concerns are about your vehicle. Their prices are very reasonable. I give Mike & his staff a A+++ for his business & I would recommend anyone to see them. I can t recommend Mikes Auto enough. Friendly and fair. My car was stuck in the driveway while we were away on a mini vacay. I needed a tow out.He came out and got us out quickly at a very fair price. Friendly and put my nerves at ease. Thanks Mike.

I always have a good experience here. Colleen is always nice an pleasant along with the mechanics.Mike has been where my family has gotten work done on vehicles since we moved to the area...(many moons ago lol).But know he does great work and actually cares for his customers as well as has no problem explaining what all is wrong and or showing them. Plus he don't drag you through the coles or give you the run around.I bring my car to him before anybody else ... What can I say, he's pretty much family

We were new to the area in 2015 when Mike and his team were recommended by our builder. Its very refreshing to find a business that offers very fair assessment of vehicle issues and repair/maintenance pricing. We have relied on Mikes Auto ever since. Mike does a great job ensuring his team is well trained and provides valuable customer care. You dont find that much in big cities! Keep up the great work Mike.

We ve taken our family vehicles to mike for a long time, he has always been good, fairly priced, and honest! Great help on the towing side as well! Helped with insurance during accidents too!

The most reliable and trustworthy mechanic shops I've ever taken my car too. They are so nice. I haven't been there in a few years because we moved but we are planning on moving back and I'll be more than happy to be bringing my business back here

I went in for brakes front an rear an to have belts replaced. I was quite happy to be explained that it did not need brakes they were more than 50% an I would be throwing money away if I replaced them. I am very happy to find honesty and integrity besides great service!

Mike s auto service has helped me and my friends 2 times in the past 2 days. Twice we had our cars stuck on an icy hill and both times they pulled us out with no problems. We couldn t have asked for more friendly guys to help us out. If you re in the Hawley PA area and ever need a tow give these guys a call!

I'm always comfortable taking my truck & car to Mike's...no exploiting whatsoever... always a fair and honest experience. I had flooding in my garage and couldn't finish work on my truck and Mike helped out right away. They truly care about their customers

Great people didn't screw me over, knew I was a single mom and did what I needed done and didn't over charge. Lovely people can't say enough good things about them, if they have time to fit you in then go to them over any of these other mechanics that see a woman and totally rip her off. They are awesome!!

Pretty sure the axle broke but had it towed to mikes 12/23/22 and it's been sitting there for 3 weeks my husband has been calling to find out what's going on they come up with excuses and it has not been looked at yet
