Chris and Dom are the best. I have been going to them for my inspection for a few years now, but until this week I never had an immediate problem outside of my inspection that needed to be fixed. They made room in their very busy day to help me and made me feel like it was no bother whatsoever when I knew they had other scheduled appointments and customers to attend to. They are always so kind and helpful and truly go above and beyond for their customers. I am so grateful for their help and could not recommend them more!

Just wanted to send a quick "shout out" to Dominic & Chris at Pernaci's Auto Center in Havertown. These guys have helped me three times in as many months with different issues. They are friendly, pleasant, efficient & very knowledgeable in what they do! Thanks so much guys for being there.

Worth the drive from Malvern to have peace of mind knowing our cars are in good hands with Chris and Dom. We trust them to tell us what needs to be done and what can wait or isn t necessary. Always great service at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Pernaci s as trustworthy and honest mechanics can sometimes be difficult to find.

Woke up to a dead battery called the shop they had a new battery for me sent over within the hour and had my car fixed ASAP - No waiting, friendly service I highly recommend Pernaci Auto

Have you ever wondered if your mechanic is being honest with you? Dominic and Chris have shown me that i can completely trust them. When they diagnose a problem with my cars they give me options and a price. When they think the fix should be done by the dealer, under warranty, they tell me. When the car has lived a good life and it s time to let it retire, they tell me. I drive from Wallingford PA because they are the mechanics i want working on my cars. They are worth the extra drive!!!

Top quality mechanics. They do the job right the first time and they have great prices. Dom and Chris are truly honest and customer centric. I would recommend them to anyone and I will be a customer for life.Update. Still to this day, they are the only people I trust with my cars. Have gone to Pernaci s now 3 times, and all 3 times have been a great experience. Tire replacement, state inspection, oil change - all done very professionally. And the staff is great. These guys are the best! I ve used them for a few years now. When my car wouldn t start this morning, Dom was over within 10 minutes to give me a jump. They were able to work on it right away! Brand new battery and I was on the road in no time.

I highly recommend Pernaci s Auto for all of your car service needs. I ve been bringing our cars here since we moved to the area a year ago after a recommendation from a friend. They have been exceptional through and through. Dominic and Chris are great people, very knowledgeable and very thorough.

Amazing service, I had a tire leak dom told me to come in and Chris his son sealed it in the rain in under 15 minutes. I ll definitely be back. It s refreshing to meet such a hard working people.

I called this AM with a nail in my tire, they were able to take time for me & I brought my car in a few hours later. Turns out, the nail was short and my tire did not need a plug. They put air in all of my tires and sent me on my way with no charge. It took all of 5 minutes and they were so nice and thoughtful, it made my day! Thank you!!Service: Tires

Highly recommend Pernaci's. They thoroughly explain every repair needed--things I brought the car in for--not things they just "found." Straight forward, no up-sell. Fair pricing. The shop is clean and well organized. Always treat their customers with respect. They have never talked down to me. They service two cars for me (and the cars before that) and have for several years now, having been suggested by a friend. They handle everything from my regular oil changes and basic car maintenance to my major repairs. I am grateful to have a mechanic that does quality work and that I can trust.

These guys are the best! My husband and I have stopped by with car issues on multiple occasions without an appointment and they were more than happy to help. They're friendly, reliable, and don't try to nickle and dime you like some of the other shops around. They are now our go-to shop and we're so glad to have them in our neighborhood!

This place is amazing! They helped me a couple of times when I really needed help with my car. The one time my battery was completely dead and I was going to take it down the street to Pep Boys who sounded like they didn't even want my business, that I was a bother for just calling them, and that they could possibly have my car ready in a day (to replace a battery!?) I found Pernaci's online, saw they had great reviews and they helped me out so I could get to work. While there I asked them about brakes and they gave me a great price so I figured I'd get them done too on that day. They were done within 2 hours and I was able to get to work. Just like that this has become my go to place! Thanks guys!

These guys are awesome! They're 100% honest and polite. They keep things simple and stick to the basics such as quality work and top-notch customer service. A lot of local and chain auto shops could learn a thing or two about how to run a business from Pernaci's.

OK, so I reached out to my dealership to diagnose a weird grinding sound that was coming from my front tires while driving. Called them repeatedly and never got a callback, so I found Pernaci's which was right around the corner from me. I was desperate to get a repair and gave these guys a shot. Great decision! Chris was friendly and made me feel like a regular right away. They were able to quickly diagnose and resolve the issue at a very reasonable rate. This is my new got to mechanic!

I ve been bringing our cars here for over a year now. They do quality work at a fair price and you could not meet a nicer group of people. It s a father and son family business and they are not in it to steal your money. They ve given me honest advice about when it wasn t worth putting any more money into our older car when they could have made a profit doing the work instead. I completely trust them, and they always make me feel welcome even when I m hauling my three kids with me! They make me feel important. This is truly a great business made by great people!

My husband and I have been taking our 3 vehicles to Pernaci s for several years and highly recommend them to anyone. The father and son team are trustworthy, punctual, and totally profressional. They always give you options and good advice for issues that come up, and never try to up-sell or take advantage. We are lifelong happy clients!
