I worked with Julie Thompson to purchase a car this week. She was kind helpful and listened to my needs. She didn t try to steal me toward something I wouldn t want or need. I appreciated her patience as I purchased my first vehicle. Fantastic service! I love that the sticker price is the price and there are no negotiation shenanigans.

I had a great experience with Wilkie Lexus when I purchased my RX350h. Every part of the process was easy. The sales rep, Robert, and manager, Ray, were extremely professional and able to answer all of my questions quickly. I highly recommend.

I have been in sales most of my life. I have bought cars most of them new and many used.For the last 10 years it has been Lexus.Yes they cost a little more but you get what you pay for.I bought my last Lexus from another dealer nearby and I have to tell you the experience could not compare with my experience today with Nick Eni.I traded in a 2013 Lexus 450 h with almost 164,000 miles on it. I got a fair trade. Exactly the same amount as other dealerships. I shopped around trust me. I m in my car continuously.I did not get treated like every other customer like I was treated in the other nearby Lexus dealer. I was treated special.Nick did not rush me into a purchase . He gave me room to look throughout the lot.I got all the information I needed then when I got home I decided I wanted another ride in the car.Although Nick in the meantime sold 2 other Lexus s and was visibly tired he stayed late and patiently went over everything with me.Still I did not buy but today I decided after going to other dealerships to go back to Wilkie Lexus and buy my car from Nick Eni and that dealership even though the other Lexus dealership was closer.Again Nick was busy with 2 sales.The paperwork was processed and Nick not only told me every aspect of the car he stayed after his work hours again setting up my phone and my new car.I thank Nick Eni and Wilkie Lexus.

I truly had an amazing experience at Wilkie Lexus thanks to my sales consultant, Roy Ruttenberg! I first met Roy when one of my best friends was looking for a new car over this past Memorial Day weekend. While I wasn t in the market for a new car, Roy was great with my friend and spent time showing me the new Lexus RZ EV that I was interested in flash forward to several weeks ago when my spouse and I decided to trade my car in to get the RZ. After the great experience my friend had with Roy, I reached out to him to set me up with another RZ test drive. My spouse and I wound up trading in our car (smooth experience in which Roy went above and beyond to help us accomplish!) to lease the new RZ. Roy is the consummate professional he spent the time to get to know me and what I wanted; allowed me plenty of time to test drive the car; and truly had a considerate way about him. I highly recommend Roy and Wilkie if you re on the hunt for a new car / Lexus!

There is no need to mention names because all reps treat you the same here. I had a great experience, they were up front with pricing, showed me all features on the car, and didn t take long at all to complete the deal. If you want a Lexus, start here

I purchased a used RX350 a few days ago and couldn t have been more pleased with the buying experience at Wilkie Lexus. I live in CT so my upfront contact was by phone/email with the internet sales folks. I was turned over to sales person, Nick Eni, for the vehicle pick up and paperwork and he was awesome to deal with. A real personable pro who was great to work with. Thanks again Wilkie Lexus and Nick!!!

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Julie was the opener, she was very patient with my negotiation skills! Sam closed the deal on my new 2023 Lexus RX 350. I explained my timing and he got me out in record time and made sure my apps were all up and running, they also took care of my rental return which made the transaction that much smoother. Thanks guys!

He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help from the very beginning. The entire staff was great and also invested in our car buying experience. May 1997 I graduated from CCP with a degree in nursing and wanted to treat myself to a new car! I went to Wilkie Lexus the original location in Ardmore and brought a black on black ES300 off the showroom floor from my salesman Ray Johnson! Fast forward 26 years later and I decide to get another Lexus ES and Ray (no relation) is now the GM and connects me with Julie Thompson and behold I get a 2023 Lexus ES-300H like deja vu! I am extremely happy with my purchase and Julie and Ray made me feel like family! Julie even called a few days later to ensure I could operate everything! If looking for that Rolls Royce treatment without the cost give Lexus a try!

Where do I begin I just signed my second lease at Wilkie Lexus, and have worked with Roy Ruttenberg both times. Both amazing experiences! Roy not only takes the time to ensure you re satisfied and comfortable with your purchase, but he does it in a way seldom seen these days. Being in sales myself, I can without a doubt say Roy cares about people. I never once felt like a customer - more so a friend. The sales world needs more Roy Ruttenberg s. Can t wait to see him again in 3 years to jump in another vehicle. Thanks Roy!!!

This dealership is very customer oriented. Nick Eni, our sales consultant, was very responsive and always willing to assist us. He took time to explain features and help set up the technology in the car. Nick is very familiar with the Lexus brand and very valuable asset the dealership. The night we bought the RX 350H, I called Nick after hours and he responded right away. A few days after the sale, he followed up with us. Everyone we met at Wilkie Lexus was friendly and helpful. The Sales Manager, Jeff, came out to meet us. He and Nick worked together to find the car we wanted. A very positive experience.

I brought a new Lexus 2024 RX350h recently. Consultant Mr. Duy Tran was knowledgeable and very helpful. The dealership and its' team were nice and gave us reasonable price. The only thing I feel a little bit disappointed is Wilkie's new car sale's documentation fee is higher. Otherwise, I are happy with our new car purchasing experience at Wilkie Lexus.

Wilkie Lexus treated me so well from start to finish and I drove home with my brand new 2024 NX Hybrid. My Sales Consultant was Robert Adragna and he was so attentive, overall wonderful, and patient. Ray Johnson was also helpful in making sure that I was satisfied with the process and happy with my choice. They truly went above and beyond for me! Thank you to a great team!

Have been coming here for service for many years now - in the past, would definitely have given a higher rating. Unfortunately, the last three times I've been in, the service writers have been pushing extra service/maintenance.I have always appreciated that I can wait comfortably and use my computer while there. Today I find that they've made their guest wi fi much more restrictive - can't access sites I have in the past due to their configuration - one is literally a solitaire games site. When I asked my service writer about the difference in access since the last time I was here, the response was "I don't know anything about that - probably IT but they're not here now"

Wilkie Lexus is not the nearest Lexus dealership to me but I keep coming back to Wilkie because of the Great deals that I receive from Sam Carter and Ray Johnson, Jr.

Julie and Megan did a great job of quickly getting us back into a 2024 NX 350h after our first one (purchased a few months ago from Roy) was totaled in an accident. After having two very smooth buying experiences with Wilkie Lexus I d definitely consider going back to them in the future.

We purchased my previous Lexus from Wilkie Lexus nine years ago and when I decided I wanted a new one, Wilkie Lexus was my first choice. It took two months for a hybrid to arrive but it was worth it. Taras Taranenko, our wonderful sales associate, kept in touch with me during those two months and two days ago I finally purchased my Lexus RX 350h and had an amazing experience. Taras was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and willing to explain everything with patience and he was a joy to work with. I highly recommend the Wilkie Lexus Haverford dealership and Taras Taranenko in particular.

So nice when a sales guy helps you buy a car rather than trying to sell it to you.... That's exactly what Blair did for us.... What a fun process it was..... Started out looking at the RX350, but after going over all the options that were available... we decided on the Luxury Hybrid..... and that was all Blair's doing.... Thanks to his knowledge and expertise we would of settled for less.... now we have a SUV that does it all..... Thanks Blair.... you rock.....

My wife and I were searching for vehicles with dealerships in our area in NJ Burlington with no luck. We knew what we wanted and were told it would be weeks and to leave a name and number and they. We searched online outside our area and found Wilkie Lexus and had the exact vehicle we wanted. We called and arranged a test drive the next day. We met with David Ginsberg and he took the time to show us the vehicle and perform a test drive. Dave was very professional and understood the workings of the vehicle and rode in the back with us to answer any questions we had while driving.Mr. Ginsberg explained our financing/ purchasing options and allowed us time alone in his office to discuss what our next actions would be.We decided to proceed immediately to purchase the vehicle and Dave processed the purchase efficiently with his other team members. The experience was simple, transparent, and stress-free.A few days we picked up our vehicle and Dave took the time to explain additional features to us as well as our NJ registration process which we received the plates and registration a week ago as Dave explained to us.The experience was painless and relaxing and quite frankly I will be bringing our Lexus 450RXh back here for service.It has been 8 weeks since our purchase and my wife loves the vehicle and is very happy which is most important to me thanks to Mr. Dave Ginsberg and the people at Wilkie Lexus.

We worked with Megan Pearson by phone to negotiate for our New Lexus NX350 hybrid as well as our trade-in. The process was quick and painless - much better and faster than the other 6 dealers I called. Sherif Bassyouni managed the actual delivery of the car. Everything went very smooth.

I recently called to make a service appointment because there s a vibration in my vehicle while driving and I was hanged up on. I have already been there twice and the issue was never addressed.The service advisor Carly was very rude and insisted that I was making up the problem in my head. I ve noticed once you buy your vehicle from this place, if anything is missing (my seatbelt covers) and you re trying to reach out to find out if it s there yet/ when it ll arrive they go radio silent( specifically Duy Tran) Overall the customer service sucks once s your purchase is complete. If want to deal with professional people find a different Lexus dealership.Update: 12/14/2023The general manager did reach out to me toassist with resolving the issue. However, I had already gotten the issue resolved at a different dealership. But, I must say that I appreciate the complimentary service that I received to cover the issue. I also appreciate how quickly I was contacted to resolve the problem.

Julie Thompson provided the best car buying experience I have had! Julie was very nice and not at all pushy. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She gave me more information about the car s features during my test drive than I have gotten in the past on delivery of a new car. Julie listened to what I wanted and worked to find me exactly what I was looking for. She got me top dollar for my trade. She fully explained all the car s features on delivery. She followed up to see how things were going with my new car. I highly recommend Wilke based on my experience with Julie.
