Victor and Mike are great. My husband and I only trust Victor's Auto with our cars. They are transparent, answer all questions, and always take amazing care of our cars. We will never go elsewhere!!

Victor is a great guy but their service writer is horrible. $300 to replace a simple rear brake light on an 04 Highlander, $200 to replace a headlight bulb on 2012 Prius, $200 to replace a headlight bulb on an 12 civic.

I have been going to Victor's Auto Care for well over a year now.From the Mike the manager to the owner Victor you will be hard pressed to find better auto service and great customer relations than you get here.They do exhaust welding which many shops offer but few (if any) do as well as Victor's.

I went to Victors for the first time yesterday. I was feeling nervous prior , just because other shops were trying to overcharge me. I called Victors, and immediately felt comfortable. The prices are fair and right, for honest, hard work. I came in and Mike was personable and very comfortable to talk with. I didn t have all my stuff together and mike handed it all. With the comfortable environment, Victor did an amazing job on my car, and can feel the difference. Victors is my now go to, and will definitely recommend.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Update 2024: took my 2004 Highlander here for inspection and they said it d cost me $300 to replace my brake light. I spent 30 seconds popping the panel off and replacing it myself. Lots of shady practices here.Update 2021: my coworker took his Honda Civic there for an oil change and they said his headlight bulb needed to be replaced. $125 to replaced a simple halogen bulb. He was furious! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.Took my girlfriend's Prius here and the guys were nice upfront, but was told my muffler bearings needed oil and blinker fluid was low if you catch my drift. They will rip you off anyway they can.

I have had a great experience with my car state inspection, after have been told by Mavi s Tire I had to replace front car suspension arms to be able to pass and get the state stickers, for my 2012 VW Jetta, but thanks to Victor second review and inspection, I was told the suspension arm was still good and it was not required any replacement. I certainly will not take my car anywhere else, but to Victor Auto Care!

I have always appreciated and felt totally confident in their Work , Knowledge and Friendliness I have received at Victor`s Auto Care. They have been the only ones I have trusted to worked on my Car in 9 years. Always good to explain the problems and take the time to show you, which in turn gives you total trust in them. I would recommend Victor`s Auto Care to everyone and I do. I rate this Place the BEST around.Service: General repairs & maintenance

*****Edit update*****I did indeed bring my car back while I was in a bind. I had a big ole bolt jammed in my tire and they did not hesitate to help and on short notice. They were accommodating while I waited and the conversation was pleasant. I would recommend this place based on excellent customer service alone. The prices seem to be reasonable and right inline with other auto shops in the area. I now believe that the last incident with my vehicle was just an oversight and possibly due to the fact my cars battery was corroded and needed to be replaced as well. They thought the smell was coming from corrosion of the wires.I took my car here a few weeks ago. The guy at the front desk is nice. While he was nice and seemed honest he did fail to locate a bag that has melted on my exhaust even after we spoke of the burning plastic smell and possible plastic bag. This only annoyed me because it tells me he either lied about not knowing where the smell came from to get me to spend money on a new battery or he just did not put the car on the lift to check it out. Either way I will not return.

Victor, Mike and team are the best. Honest, trustworthy and fair pricing. Give you the straight answer even if it's not what you want to hear, and don't try to oversell. Always quality service. Highly recommended. My biggest challenge has always been finding an honest, reliable mechanic who values the long term relationship over the short term opportunity to extract every dollar possible from you and that's what you'll find here. Victor and his staff consistently go above and beyond for their customers. They are kind, engaging, and compassionate people. They always are eager to help. They are always honest about what work needs to be done and always give a fair price. They stand by their work. I highly recommend them !

I would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a EXCELLENT MECHANIC, for their Car needs and peace of mind of safety, to go to VICTOR`S AUTO CARE. Victor has worked on my Vehicles since 2011 and I have been driving since 1975. I have never found a more honest and experienced Mechanic. He is always up front, happy to help, and honest. Although it is never good when your Car breaks down, it is always a pleasure to have a reason to go Victor`s Auto to see the smiling faces of Victor and Mike, and walk away with peace of mind knowing your Car is been handled by the BEST....These guys are AWESOME.

Garages often get a bad reputation for dishonesty and poor customer service. Victor's Auto Care stands out above the rest of the garages I've used over the 30 plus years of driving. You just have to read the reviews to understand what makes them different and better than all of the others. This is an owner and staff that gets it. It's all about customer service and trust in their ability to diagnose problems. They keep you informed as they work on your vehicle including, in some cases, pictures and or videos sent to you explaining whatever the issue might be. Victor, Mike and the rest of the guys were great! If you want a garage that treats you with respect and doesn't pressure you to spend more money than you need to...look no further. Finally, we have a garage in Hatfield that puts the customer first!

im a fairly new customer at victors, but the 2 times i ve been there have been a great experience. they work with you & tell you what the problem is and have reasonable prices! i can t thank victor and his crew enough for the tremendous help with my first car! highly recommend this shop!

I started using Victor's about 2 years ago when one of his competitors told me I needed to replace my catalytic converter for $1,200. I brought my Jeep to his shop and they fixed the issue for $150. It was not even the catalytic converter. I knew then that I could rely on him and his staff to be trustworthy. Every time I have had mechanical issues since then, I always bring my vehicles to his shop. He is more than fair and always puts in the extra effort to make sure his customers are taken care of. Recently, I suffered a medical issue that prevents me from driving. My wife's vehicle needed work, so she dropped it off. Because I could not pick her up, Victor gave her a car to use until the work was completed. He has my trust and will continue to get my business.

I have an older rare BMW that has been plagued by a sensor alarm. For years I've taken it to different shops and nobody could pinpoint what the problem was. In a matter of days Victor's was able to diagnose and fix the problem. It almost feels weird driving my car now without seeing the lights on the dashboard! Can't recommend these guys enough. Will be using them moving forward for all of my automotive needs.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My cars have been looked at by Vic for as long as I can remember. Always tells me the truth about the condition of my car, what needs to be done by priority, and the most cost effective way without skimping on quality. Thinking about the amount of money and time I would've spent on my car/s over the years if I had gone to someone else makes me feel so grateful to have Vic. Any friends of mine that have ever had car troubles ask if Vic could take a look at their car. They have always been relieved to see his willingness to go out of his way to make sure that they had a safe ride. Making sure people don't get taken advantage of while still advocating for proper care of vehicles is clearly Vic's biggest concern, in addition to getting to the bottom of the most complicated of cars troubles.

Victor and his team were very professional through the whole process of getting my truck back on the road! They replaced 2 cylinder heads on my truck! They called multiple times to let me know how it was going and when finished explained the process they went about to do it! My truck runs great and there service was great! Easily a 5 star company!

This place rips off women and eldelrly. I went for battery which I knew he needed yet he charged me $54 to test. I ask about noise when starting up. Said exhaust pipe was bent some so they bent it back. Took less than 5 minutes. Took 5 minutes to replace battery. Battery was $100 so I was charged the battery plus $206 for 10 minutes of labor. I am disabled and only get a small amount a month. This place should be out of business for doing this.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This was my first time at this shop to service an exhaust rattle ... the owner showed me what the problem was and I made an appointment for the next day to have it repaired ... the next day I left a very happy customer not only because I had no more rattle , but I was impressed with the service especially when he showed me a worn part that he replaced ! ... I would definitely recommend this Auto Service Shop to my friends and family ! ... thank you ... Dan M.

Victor is one of the most amazing mechanics around and the most reliable and loyal mechanic around I would recommend him to anybody and everybody know or met. I would never go to anyone else but victor!! We need more mechanics like him around!!
