I love dealing with this UPS Store and will go out of my way to use it. They are kind, considerate, and always extremely helpful. Noah and the other team members are knowledgeable and truly the best. Noah has helped me more times than I can count from package assistance to help with duplicating my wedding save the date cards. Kudos for spectacular customer service!

The team at this store has always been helpful and kind to me. I don t always understand how the Amazon returns work, but they explain it thoroughly so I understand. It isn t their fault that Amazon sometimes has the customer package their own returns. You have to read the barcode. I appreciate how fast and efficient they help their customers.

EXCELLENT customer service by entire team! Had a very unusual request and THIS UPS store was flexible and customer service oriented enough to make it happen! Saved me lots of time, money and reduced my anxiety level by helping me out! Highly recommend

I frequently use this UPS store as I live in Warminster. Today, I attempted to drop off three packages which I did not have a printed return slip. The young man explained it would be $2.69 per package for me to email that to them. The thing that I don t understand is the Warminster location does it for no charge. He explained that they are owned individually. Well to the owner, I will never step foot in your establishment again, it s all about convenience not your bottom line.

Worst service ever.I bought several items from Amazon which came in a big box and I wanted to return one of the item which was already in a box sealed.I went to UPS Hatfield location around 6 in the evening.There were two gentlemen who asked me to put that sealed package in the original Amazon big box for return.It made no sense to me to put the small box in the original big box.Even the instructions that I received from Amazon clearly states to put in a box for UPS return ( with no other labels on it).I went to another UPS location with the same box on the same day and they took care of the shipment of the box in few seconds.That two gentlemen who works at Hatfield location (evening shift) needs to be trained so they don t repeat the same with the other customers that I encountered.

I went in here the other day to buy a box. 18" x 14" x 12". They had what I wanted. Employees were friendly. The bill came to $21.00! That is crazy expensive for an empty cardboard box. These people are insane for charging that much for a box.

Went in to have some paperwork shipped. I don t use UPS very often so I needed help. Rose was working and she was so awesome. She knew exactly what I needed. She didn t try and sell me stuff I didn t need. It was so quick and painless. Plus .Rose is so pretty!! Whoever gets me a date with her gets free UPS shipping for life!!

Noah who works at the UPS store is a 10 out of 10 in customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME I go into that UPS store. I m not kidding. I hope he has a wonderful new year. Thank you Noah if you ever see this! I see you!

Noah was very polite and extremely helpful with the items that I had today. Every time I go into this store they make packing and shipping so easy. They even gave me a biscuit for my dog Brody!

I gave one start since there is no option to give below than one star. reason for this rating is, last week I went to this store for getting notary signature. they charged me following fees1. notary signature fee - $5 for each signature2. clerical fee - $5 for each signature3. printouts - they told me that they have to take copy of originals ans sign on that and charged me for those prinouts too(I dont understand whats the meaning of clerical fee in this case).

Rose and Christy were wonderful in assisting me with a return. Their pleasant patience with me was appreciated. These two young ladies are one of the good reason this store is used by so many.

I am a 60 year old Nana just trying to ship Christmas presents to her Granddaughter's. They treated me horribly, like I was some kind of criminal, demanding, literally demanding to know every item in it. Worse yet, I spent a week coordinating the wrapping paper for each child and they wanted to open the box and rip the wrapping paper apart! Like are kidding me! That Minnie Mouse paper is easy to find but that LOL is not. This is the 2nd time they have done this to me, the 1st I said fine but this time I am downright mad and want that store shut down and that owner banned for life on ever opening another UPS Store.Clearly thieves operating out of that store wanting to know if your package is worth plundering and stealing!

I've had wonderful experiences doing business with this store for almost two years. The staff is very courteous and respectful. The staff tries in every way to accommodate the customers' needs. Aldo (the manager) is very kind, fair, and generous. He tries hard to provide high quality service and as many discounts as possible to customers. This store is a valuable asset to the community.

I love this place for my copy and print needs! I do lots of parties and run a preschool, so I am always printing things. Their machines are always in service and the staff is all knowledgeable and helpful! The owner is super nice and Noah who I worked with recently is friendly and had my stuff ready in record time. I will no longer step foot in Staples! This is my go-to place!!

Best UPS store is in the area :) Roxanne is always so helpful and nice ! They have great customer service and are delighted to help you with whatever you may need with a smile! This store never has too long of a line and they are efficient in serving customers that come in. Noah is another associate that is sweet and knows a lot and is able to help you with any questions.
