This was my first experience at this Peruzzi dealership and it was wonderful. Megan was very helpful and kept me posted throughout the day with updates. She called immediately when she learned the details for what needed to be fixed and provided accurate pricing. Pick up was a breeze and check out was seamless. I will definitely be contacting Megan if there are any issues going forward. Hopefully I won t need to but I know I ll be in good hands if I do.

This past weekend my husband and I had a phenomenal experience at Peruzzi Toyota! Jeff and Eric went above and beyond to assist us while making the decision that best fit our family! They were both a wealth of knowledge, laid back, and made the experience so enjoyable. I highly, recommend Peruzzi Toyota when looking for your next vehicle!

Great service, quick and courteous. Waiting area is comfortable and clean. They are far from where I live, or I would use them more often. My only other complaint is that they charge 3% for paying with a card (debit or credit) - but not for paying with cash or check - but who uses checks anymore? And how can you know how much cash to bring?

Took my car in for a recall check. Was a simple easy drop off and pick up. While there they performed a free once over and informed me that my rear brakes were worn/wouldn't pass current inspection standards and offered the service to replace them or I could take it to my usual shop. I felt no pressure in this decision and just had them replace them there. Done same day and had my car back quick and easily, friendly staff and service team.

This place is fantastic. I bought my Mazda CX 30 vehicle from them in September and it has been great. I went in for an oil change on 3/23 and they had me in and out in a very timely manner. Also, they provided me with a through and honest inspection report for my vehicle that showed me the condition of every component of the vehicle. They are very organized and through. Very impressive.

we worked with John Rivera and he was the best. I enjoyed the interaction with him from entering the building through purchasing the vehicle. He took his time with explaining everything in detail, answered our questions, and he was very friendly and helpful.In addition, if you have to bring your children to the dealership for any reason, they have an indoor play area for kids.

Ethan s customer service was great, the front desk guy who checked me in was well below average. What makes this a low rating is the standard dealership talk back where they don t solve the problem but blame it on other things like aftermarket systems where 99% of the time that is not at fault. So it makes me go remove working systems so they cannot blame it one those and then return for more charges.

One GREAT place to do business. We have been dealing with Perruzi Toyota for about 25 years now. We just bought our 10th vehicle from them. Never had a bad experience.We have moved about an hour away but still couldn't find a dealer that was as accommodating as Peruzzi Toyota.Thank you.

Ben was sooooo patient and helpful. I had a stressful morning, was 15 min late, didn't have my paper insurance or registration docs ready (printer wouldn't work at home, causing stress & lateness). He also went out of his way to figure out how to fix my Audio/Bluetooth function, which needed an update. Thank you Ben!!!

I had an emergency with my car. I was told by another dealer the noise may go away and that my car was safe to drive. Little did I know my issue was way more serious and could have cost me my life or someone else s. My wheel was almost ready to fall off. I arrived at Peruzzi and they diagnosed the problem quickly and did the necessary repairs. Ben, the service manager was beyond incredible. He took a video of my car and showed me what the problem was and explained the situation. I drove out of Peruzzi with a car that now rides like a dream. I highly recommend Peruzzi Toyota!

Arrived at the service department for a simple wiper blade replacement under a non-Toyota extended warranty. Ethan took on the task of communicating with the warranty company for authorization. It took 40 minutes to get through to the right person / department, but he invested the time to take care of his customer (me). Very grateful for going above and beyond to save me a trip back for this service at a later date.Much appreciated - excellent customer service!

Our recent purchase at Peruzzi was our fifth, I believe. It's nice to be treated cordially by the entire staff. If you want to be treated respectfully, patiently, and fairly, ask for Jen. Pricey but the staff has been great. The times I've needed service they've been willing to work with me on pricing and even hook me up with whatever coupons are available. Took my rust bucket in for an oil change, came out with a complete damage report and Benjamin over there even googled some places for me to check out since they don't do the kind of labor I'd need.Only reason to dock a star is the annoying 3% sur charge on cards and the pricing which is hit or miss. Oil change in my 4.7L cost me 100 with the 2 for 200 deal they got. Great. The hundreds (I can't remember the number) I spent on getting a hose replaced above my gas tank was not great tho.

Setting up service at Peruzzi was pretty easy but, I felt there was a lack of respect. They continued to get my name wrong (first name) after saying and spelling it for 2 different people at the service desk- and it s not a difficult name. On top of that the women at the desk taking the payment were pretty rude to my husband. It was our first time there, he didn t know how things worked, he asked questions and the lady gave him attitude and rude responses. Outside of that Mark was great! He really took care of us, he made sure we understood what was needed for the car, and was kind the entire time. Although this service center is closer to home, I ll likely go back to Toyota on Chemical Rd instead. Customer service makes all the difference.

I took my car in for routine service plus. Low tire pressure icon on dashboard. Driving home I noticed the icon was still on. The next morning, flat tire. Put air in tire & drove back to Peruzzi. Screw in tire, could not be fixed, needed new tire. Peruzzi did not have a tire. Got me a Lift drive home (should have gotten me a rental car). New tire didn t arrive till late afternoon - finally got tire at 4:30 pm. It was a terrible experience.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Wiper blade installation

This is the review I submitted after my last visit with Peruzzi and Ben. It still applies:I needed an oil change and Ben was the representative; he was polite, informative, and not at all pushy. I ve never had a bad experience at Peruzzi, I guess because they hire people like Ben.And as an update, I didn t even realize that my inspection was due. Ben not only reminded me, but went to my car (which was already being worked on), and found my registration. Above and beyond. Thank you Ben!

Unfortunately, I went to the dealership on the wrong day before my actual appointment. But rep Mark was more than to assist by squeezing me into schedule. Also, he discover additional maintenance work needed which could be done at no additional cost. I didn't have a ride home since vehicle would have to be at the dealership all day. They were willing to have a shuttle take me home and pick me up once my vehicle was ready. Great service

I bought a 2015 Prius from Peruzzi Toyota on 3/4/24. Jennifer Wurster was the salesperson, and she was perfect in every way. Knowledgeable, efficient, informative, and helpful. Could not ask for better. I did not like the fact that I had to go get a cashier s check to pay for the car, but that is a common requirement, and not the fault of the salesperson.The dealership offers the first two oil change appointments free, free inspections for the life of the car, and free car washes for the life of the car. Loaner cars are available for repairs which take several days, and shuttle service is available otherwise.The car was delivered spotless, and the few minor hail-like bumps in one panel (reported by CarFax) were pounded out to perfection- could not see any damage at all. The car was even delivered with a full gas tank!I think this is an excellent dealership.

I just moved into the area. had an unexpected urgent problem with my Toyota Highlander that I needed fixed today before traveling. Michael from Peruzzi said bring it over now and we will fit you in. He gave me an estimate then called when they discovered additional problems related to the first one. He helped me find a coupon and the repair was completed and the car checked and test driven so I feel confident traveling.

Traveled from NY to buy a Toyota Corolla Hatchback from this dealership and very impressed with the customer service. From the first telephone call to my final transaction with Salesperson Nasser I was very happy with the process. Definetly recommend this place if you are looking for a car.

I purchased a 2023 Toyota Cross AWD vehicle from here recently and from start to finish the whole process was pretty smooth. Everyone we dealt with from the front desk to the sales men to the finance department was great. I felt treated with respect and so did my partner. No one forced us to buy anything. The whole process took about 4 hours which in my opinion is pretty standard for car purchases. Will update further when I start using the service there.

I ve been going to Peruzzi for a number of years now. Today I was in for just some routine maintenance but, as always, a pleasant experience. They really do try to treat their customers well. I would certainly recommend them to other Toyota owners.

No issues with the service dept, the only issue is how can a huge company charge 3% on credit cards, and debit cards , I would expect that small businesses. I recommend bringing in your change jars , that way its saves you 3% and get rid of change.

Good service and good people I've bought 2 cars from there and take cars to get worked on whenever got money to spend lol . I recommend highly Mark Service Manager very nice and understands the struggles so if you ever have a problem when you go there to have car serviced talk to him .
