Overall a very good experience. Tedo, our salesman was very helpful and was able to answer any question I had as a first time buyer. Carl V. was also wonderful as he was able to help make the numbers more manageable for me to afford while also keeping things light. The only hiccup was that I was not told that there is a 3% tax when using a card to finance a vehicle. I previously called earlier in the day before I arrived if paying with a card was ok and not any different than paying cash or check. I was told it is no problem but there was no mention of this 3%. Luckily we were able to resolve it and I was able to come in the next day and pay with a check. Very happy with my first experience purchasing a new vehicle!

Excellent experience! My wife and I bought a new Rav4 from Peruzzi in August and love it. Eric Johnston was very easy to work with and made the entire experience painless. Highly recommend working with him throughout the buying process. Jason Gilles was also excellent in the finance department.

I had an awesome experience at Peruzzi! I found they had the exact Camry Nightshade I wanted coming in, they got me approved on the lease with Toyota, and held the car for me when it arrived! Frank the General Manager went wayyy out of his way to get everything handled for us promptly and professionally, and John made sure the Camry was ready to go when we arrived. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and great with my son! He even got my son a little treat out of the vending machine paying from his own pocket. I would highly recommend him to anyone I talked to. The process was super smooth, easy, fast, and enjoyable! Jeff the business manager had everything ready to sign, explained everything crystal clear, and was awesome with my 4 year old son as well. I ve never owned or leased a Toyota before this one, but I already know that when my lease is up I will be back for another at Peruzzi! Thank you again everyone for your efforts, time, and professionalism!

I own a '77 FJ40 Land Cruiser. It needs a water pump, so I called Service to get a number. Perizzi won't touch it because "the OEM part is no longer available from Toyota." The message: Buy Toyota, but if they're too reliable, we won't fix them. Could be a Toyota problem, but as far as I'm concerned, Peruzzi IS Toyota (in my area). UPDATE: I had the water pump replaced locally; part was non-OEM $75 and the labor was $300. I'm sure the part from Toyota would have been $2,500 anyway, so I'm better off, but I still say it's a BAD message to send Toyota owners: "Please buy our vehicles, but if you drive them for too long because we make such great stuff, we will no longer help you."

My buying experience at Peruzzi was excellent! Greg Z. was very helpful and expedited the purchase of the vehicle. The entire dealership was very accommodating. For instance, I was having an issue with my current vehicle when I was there making the purchase of my "new to me" Jeep Wrangler and they let me take the Jeep home prior to finalizing the agreement of sale. We are so happy with our Jeep! Thank you Peruzzi Team.

I sold my commuter car to Peruzzi Toyota the other night, it was a very fast and easy selling process. Sage Rausher in sales was a HUGE help and gave me an honest and upfront price in a timely manner and he was very knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend seeing him if you're in the market for a vehicle!

Finance manager would go above and beyond to lead you to using in-house financing at more than 2.5% higher than national bank offered rate (5.75% offered by BOA vs 8.5% precisely), asking for bank s cheque for financing before even a purchase order to present to the bank and to make it reasonable - offered a 500 dollars deduction in car s price - for signing for their Toyota financing! Thoroughly disappointed!

Wouldn t suggest coming to do business here. After a while of looking to purchase a new Toyota, my wife & I stopped in to test drive & talk numbers on a vehicle. The salesman, who was specifically told the vehicle was for my wife never spoke a word or looked at my wife, extremely disrespectful. After our vehicle was appraised, they never handed our vehicle s key back until specifically asked to.. a shady sales tactic. I was also scalded like a child by the sales manger for attempting to take a photo of the financing sheet, stating company policy .I ve purchased over ten brand new vehicles from multiple different dealerships, never once had the insanely awkward, disrespectful and shady experience like I had here.

All I can say is "wow".This was my first time buying a new car from a dealer and it was an absolute pleasure having Lee and Jeff walk me through the process. They were patient, thorough, and accommodating. All my questions were answered, and we were in and out in record time with my 2024 Prius. The joy of driving this car is only matched by the wonderful folks at Peruzzi Toyota.Thank you so much for making this experience as painless and pleasant as possible. I recommend anyone who is in the market to go and see for yourself. Thank you!

I made a deal with Molham and he was very quick, very understanding, and willing to negotiate price with me. He even let me take the car to my mechanic beforehand since I was buying it used and wanted to make sure the car was in good working order from an unbiased person. He highly recommend Molham as a salesman. Make sure to ask for him if you come in!!! Stand-up guy. You will confident in your deal with him.

So I bought my van from here and I wish I could remember the guys name but when I went to test drive he was real worried about me hitting speed limit. Once I bought the car I realized why he was so worried about it because it shakes when you hit the brakes. Because the rotors were bad that sales rep clearly knew I barely hit 50 and speed limit was 55.

This place scammed me. I spent $3000 on a new Cadillac converter with them. My check engine light was on so they said I needed to replace it in order to pass inspection and for the check engine light to come off. Less then three months after getting the new converter and the light being off, the engine light came right back on. I took it to another mechanic to get a second opinion. They said that Peruzzi forgot another part that has to go in before you install the Cadillac converter. When I called Peruzzi back to explain they said they wouldn't fix it for free and asked how much the other mechanic was going to charge to fix it and said we can charge you the same. Never again will I ever use their service.

My experience at Peruzzi Toyota was top notch!! Jeff and Matt were professional, knowledgeable and so helpful to get me the car I not only needed but also wanted. From the sales team to the finance department, they made it so stress free and easy. And driving my car home was like riding a dream. From the safety features, to color, to the fuel efficiency, I love everything about this vehicle. Hands down no regrets and I will always come back to Peruzzi Toyota because they make the whole experience a breeze and a pleasure from start to finish.

the service was good, but communication with the advisor was very difficult, no courtesy, I felt a lot of frustration in him, he made jesters with his hands and spoke to me coldly. I will give another chance in my next service with another advisor, if it's always the same thing, I'll go elsewhere.

The sales team is incredibly responsive almost annoyingly so. However once they get you stuck with a contract they are impossible to get in contact with about said contract. You call and get transferred around to several different areas before you are sent to a voicemail. Then I am pretty certain they just delete the voicemail and move on with their day. I am not getting another car from this dealership.

The dealership may be great. The people may be fantastic. The prices may be best in the area. But the website is the worst dealer site I ve ever come across. Pop ups. Annoying service request overlay. Filter is glitchy. Think of the user experience on mobile. Clean. Easy to navigate. Fewest clicks possible. I had to go and find another dealer because the site was so frustrating to use.

Sage makes the car buying experience so easy and painless every time. Sage dont hide any numbers. Always up front about everything. I drive up from NE Philly to deal with Sage. Overall just a great dealership to deal with. I've purchased a few vehicles from Sage so far. Our car came in while we were out of down. He made sure everything was ready to roll when we returned. We spent maybe 15 minutes in finance. Exactly what I expect from a vehicle purchasing experience. I tell him what I'm looking for, he presents all the options and we go from there.

I have never been here but was asked for a review by ABU... WTH? How did he get my email address? Now I am getting a "personalized" web site for a car I never purchased. I wouldn't trust this messed up dealership.

Sold us Peruzzi Care for $1400. Then claimed they coated our car when we went there to buy the lease out. Then they charged us $280 to look the car over for lease to sale. Tech had the car in the service bay for 14 minutes. I timed it. They said, and i quote, by law we can t sell it off to you from lease status (WE leased it from new!) unless we certify the car . Their Peruzzi Care is outright theft,as well. They refused to refund unused portion of it because they lied and said they coated the car when we bought the lease out. They did no such thing. Avoid Peruzzi Toyota at all costs.

Thank you Peruzzi managers Jeff and Frank for refusing to sell us your over-priced Corolla because we immediately found better Corolla prices, minus your gimmick of requiring completely unnecessary 6 month financing for a cash buy. You saved us a lot of money by chasing us off to other dealers! Dodged a bullet here . Everyone out there - you will not get the best price at Peruzzi Toyota, I promise you.

Horrible customer service. I just moved here from Jersey. Been seeing Towne Toyota for yrs and they are soo nice and friendly. I guess that doesn't apply to all Toyota dealers. I called here cus my trunk won't open and the guy told me to bring it to a local workshop cus he can't have it fixed. Wow. Unbelievable

I purchased a vehicle on September 17, I received my registration on the mail 2 weeks later with the wrong vin number on the registration. When I contacted the dealership they said the know they made a mistake when they send the vehicle information to the DMV, but no one ever contacted me prior me getting my registration to let me know about the mistake. Now it been almost 2 months I been out of work because I don t have my registration. Every time I call the dealer tittle and registration department they said is on the states hand right now there is nothing we can t do right know . But if the mistake never was made when everything started off, none of this were to happen.Registration was finally fix on November 22, Thank you marry for your hard work.

Purchased a used car based on information on their website. They were great to deal with and provided good financing. We noticed a problem with front bumper (there was a gash in it) and they agreed to fix it right away. Happy with the buying experience, in particular wanted to give a shout out to Jen for here help in navigating everything.

Horrible experience in the service department. Told me I needed 4 new TPMS sensors (for $900) and new brake rotors. Been to two separate mechanics in town that let me know NONE of those things are necessary and that it s an issue with the sensors talking to the computer. Wasted $179 on diagnostic testing to be lied to about what was wrong. Go anywhere else.

I just had service on 9/21/2023. I went in for an oil change. The service manager, Mike Murphy, recommended a front wheel alignment because the tires were starting to get choppy on the side walls according to him. He also recommended a serpentine belt change. I went with all of the recommendations. Just this morning I checked my tire pressures and they were all under 26. The tire pressures for my car should be 32. They never check tire pressures. I have spoken with them a number of times about this, but they never do it. While checking my tire pressures I noticed a huge gash on my left side tire wall. He never said anything about this,. Instead he called it choppy. I was not supplied the alignment report before or after service. I have always been supplied this report. The total bill was $484.74, and they punish you with a 3% surcharge for using your credit card. It does not make sense to go to this place for service anymore. It is just a money grab. I am due for a new car and there is no way I am going to Peruzzi.
