I can't say enough good things about this garage just today I took my 04 Camry to them to tighten a oil filter I thought was loose ended up being the wrong size filter thanks for that Peruzzi! Only had ten bucks on me and the tech came in and said give us your ten and we'll change out your oil filter and top u off so u never have to deal with this again. Like I said this garage is amazing God bless and thank u highly recommend

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They saved me $2000. After having a terrible experience with a dealership, I had my car towed to Godshalls, they quickly determined that the issue was just a clip had come undone and a connection lost and it did not need a completely new steering column like the dealer told me. Never taking my vehicles anywhere else! I m so thankful. If you are looking for honesty and quick service go to Godshalls!

Our sons car broke down while living in the area on co-op. His boss recommended these guys. I must I was very impressed as they sent a wrecker to get the car as it wouldn t move. Within 1 day diagnosed the issue and was able to provided a recommendation of what to do. Dan the service writer kept me informed and made the process very smooth as it is tough doing it from a state away and having to trust someone. As the old line goes you get what you pay for and personally look for certified technicians.

When our family first came to the US, we moved to Hatfield and frequented this Godshalls locations for car repairs. During that time my parents could barely speak English and whenever our car needed to be fixed we'd go to this location as it was the closest. There were many examples of shady practice and lack of integrity from Godshalls we experienced then.For example...Replacing breaks on a Xterra without asking permission, asking for $500 for the repair, did not give us our car keys, and asked that we sell the Xterra to them to make the payment.Our Sedan window was shattered, Godshalls replaced it by doing us a "favor" of placing a thicker window, charged us and the next day we found that the window would not properly roll up and down. Went back to Godshalls and found out they placed another broken down car's window in place. We asked them to order the proper window and replace it. They said because they've already done the work (even though it was incorrect with lack of integrity) they have to charge us again for the work to be done.I could go on and on with this team my family has experienced when we first came to the States. Looking back now I can understand the shady practice of this location. I only hope there is a new management since we left the Hatfield area. Personally, I recommend going to corporate dealerships.

Andrew saved my day today just before it got dark. Hyundai told me 60 minutes & he was there in like 15. Super sweet guy took care of me so quick when literally I was 5 minutes from the dealership who caused the issue. I ll never forget this guy. He knew what he was doing & got me out of harms way. He stopped me from panicking being so soft spoken to me.

Waited an hour and a half for someone to come and tow my car after being told my job was assigned to a driver. I was told that I was the only job and that the driver would be out to me soon. Called back after the driver never showed and was then told that no one would be coming to help me.

AAA informed me that this towing provider would be out to assist me after I blew a tire. After being stranded on the road for 4 hours they never showed and I had to find another provider.

Inspected my truck in no time and i was back on the road the same day. I was pleasantly surprised because one of their competitors on the same street tried to bend me over for over $3k worth of work and having my truck for weeks to get the same stickers. Highly recommend this place ill be taking my wife s car there next.

They towed my motorcycle for 1/4 the rate Kirk's quoted me. The driver was very professional and careful not to damage my bike. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a tow.

Had a Cylinder 2 Misfire on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and needed to tow to dealer on a holiday weekend...Chris from Godshall texted and kept me in the loop the whole time. He arrived quickly and texted when my Jeep arrived at the dealer. Great communication and quick service!

Great customer service. My usual place refused to do my tire rotation on my electric car (despite having done it in the past) for fear of damaging the battery. Godshalls had me bring my car immediately, and did a great job. The staff are really knowledgeable and friendly too, and have experience with electric cars.

These guys are the best. Took my old grand prix there for several years....very willing to work with you no matter what is going on. When I decided to buy a new (used) car I asked Chris (front desk) if I could bring it in to have them look over a car I was thinking of buying. They checked it out for me. Saw nothing wrong with it. Gave it 2 thumbs up and I did buy the car. So thank you guys for helping me purchase a new (used) car!!

Friendly, knowledgeable service; competitive pricing; thorough testing and diagnosis ensures that they're fixing the problem and not doing any unnecessary work. I am a high-mileage driver, and Steve & his group have always kept my vehicles in good shape!!

Godshalls has fair pricing and decent customer service. The only issue I have with this place is availability. They never have enough people (during Covid) to get into there quick enough. So I have only dealt with them a handful of times. Seem fair and honest though.

I am disappointed in this business. I have 4 cars in my household and have spent 1000's of dollars the past few years fixing a Ford Escape my son drives. We have done regular maintenance on the other 3 cars I own for my daughter and wife. The last few times they have not been on time with their service appointments. I can live with that if they say they can work on the car when they can. Steve took my appointment for an oil change and brake and exhaust noise check on July 19th at 11:38AM. He said he could not look at it until July 28th because they are backed up. That was the same issue for my sons car. 3 weeks behind schedule. I called Chris asking what the status of my car at 4PM on July 28th because they never called which was strange. He asked if I had an appointment and I said I spoke to Steve last week. He said well he does that now. I guess he never wrote it in the book. He said it took them all day to fix another car and he would get it in for oil change next . He never called me back and I showed up at 5:30PM because I knew they closed. They never looked at the car and had it parked in the back lot. If they would of called and communicated they were busy and would not be able to look at it that would of been a lot better. I have been a customer for at least 4 or 5 years. I will be looking for a new home to take our cars. I would stay away from this place as they are having issues with scheduling and customer service. Service was much better 3 or 4 years ago.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Wanted to thank Kenny for his prompt and professional service and response. I had to have my car towed to my Dealership and he responded and picked up my car in a 1/2 hour. It was a great surprise to get this type of Customer Service as a first time customer. Thanks again Kenny!

We take our fleet vehicles here, and they treat us right. They also take care of our employee's personal vehicles, getting them in ASAP to fix flat tires! Chris and Steve are always willing to help, and are just good guys!

Steve and his team are great. My wife and I had a rough experience with a blowout on the highway and Steve's team was deployed for towing. Although the car went to the wrong address initially, Steve worked fast and efficiently to find out where it was and to rectify the situation. He offered to tow the car to a location for us for free to correct the problem. He was extremely professional, courtesy and efficient in his response - not something easy to find today. Steve was able to get the car to where we wished it to be in order to get the tire changed out and was nothing but top-tier. Hoping to never need a tow again, but if I do, Steve will be at the top of our list.

We used Goshalls flatbed trailer to transport my restored 1927 Ford Model T from Lansdale to Dresher. The tow operator, Jeff, was very careful and conscientious with my car. The price for towing was also very reasonable. All aspects of the towing job was excellent.

My Honda Forza oil light came on, and Godshalls mechanic said come over and he would check it out, because riding without knowing what the problem is could cause major damage to your engine in the future. I was bone dry, and he added oil that will hold me until I get an oil change. So, I'll pick up the necessary parts from Montgomeryville Cycle Center, who is backlogged for appointments, and go back to Godshalls for service in a couple of weeks.

Kenny was awesome he showed up exactly when said and did an excellent job of towing my Jeep commander. He was very professional and friendly! I would recommend their service to anybody!

I needed an oil change and my brakes checked since they were squealing. After looking into my brake issue they advised that my brakes were not the issue that I needed tires and an alignment. Great service for an affordable price.

These guys are the greatest . The owner Steve is the salt of the earth . Rarely do you find a business owner with humility , willingness to listen attentively , and most of all entirely honest . Steve's shop gets ALL my auto service and repair that I do not perform myself , or are ill equipped to complete . The waiting area is small but clean comfortable and friendly . The service writer Chris has a wealth of experience and reflects all the positive merits of Godshall's automotive . This place is so good I don't really want to share it . But I could never deny the opportunity to give credit where in this case it really IS due .

They called at 8:52 am Saturday telling me they will be there soon. I called them back at 10:00am. The guy said he came once and no one answered the door or the phone. I have 8 household members and not one person heard a knock at the door or a tow truck pull up. Then he said he would be there soon. So I waited 5 hours for no one to come take my car, and I called them to find out it wouldn t happen until Monday, very disappointed!!
