***Update 7/20/23 The replacement mentioned below in the update form January leaked as well. I ended up replacing it with a simple plastic/aluminum radiator from a local parts store (for about half the price of one of these) as it's not worth my time to try a third unit. Very disappointed in this brand. Would not recommend at all.***Bought the first unit in May 2022 and had been chasing a leak since sometime in September. I don't think it's even made it 1,000 miles. The leak finally got bad enough in December that I could confirm it was the radiator itself and not a hose or other truck part. After some confusing emails, Cold Case said they would send a warranty replacement but it would take a couple weeks as they're out of stock at their warehouse. 1/8/23 Update: I received the replacement radiator last week and I must say I am very disappointed. Upon removal from the package, I found the drain valve was bent. Annoying but not a big deal, I was able to reuse the old one. After looking over the rest of the unit, I noticed a lot of weld puddle build up inside the filler neck. Assuming the welds are sound, it shouldn't affect the function but it does show a lack of care for quality. Most disappointing is that the filler neck is different from the original unit. The grooves for the teeth on the cap to fit in are about half and inch smaller than the original unit. I had to cut the teeth on my stock cap to get it to fit. I could not use the cap that came with the unit as there's no safe way to put it on or take it off. The bottom edge is sharp and there's no knobs or knurls to grab it with. It also doesn't specify what pressure it's set for. I contacted Cold Case as was told my photos and info would be forwarded to the appropriate department and they would contact me. I have yet to hear from them.Having the original unit fail so soon was aggravating enough but to have issues with the replacement is just disappointing. This does not fill me with confidence nor does it inspire me to recommend a Cold Case Radiator to anybody in the future.

My Husband put a Cold Case Radiator in his 1978 Trans Am. NO other radiator kept the car cool. We live in Florida, & it gets really hot down here! Cold Case was the ONLY radiator that kept the Pontiac 400 engine under 200 degrees. In fact, the engine rarely gets to 200, even in traffic. It fit PERFECTLY, & looks GREAT! Highly recommend!

I was looking for a radiator for my Gen 1 Camaro LS swap so I called Summit Racing, they recommended a Cold Case radiator. When it arrived I was very impressed with the quality of not only the part but the packaging as well. Everything was individually wrapped in its own box within a box 2 electric fans, a fan shroud and of course the radiator. Looking at the parts, I was impressed by the quality and the quality of the welds on the tank. My only complaint is that I wish that they supplied the male end of fan connector for ease of wiring it up. Otherwise it s a great product.

Update 8/20/2023- I STILL have NOT received the correct radiator I PAID FOR last year 6/2022. "Sales" has my lawyers number and ALL my contact info but they took my money and ran. BEWARE! I ordered a "new" radiator mid June 2022. Upon receipt, I realized that this radiator does NOT fit my vehicle as purchased. I sent the defective/wrong radiator back in the ORIGINAL packaging the next day and shipped back at MY expense ($80). As of today, 1/19/2023 I still don't have a radiator or a refund for my significant purchase. Cold Case has blocked me from their portal/website. I am pursuing legal action at this point. Avoid at all costs. I now have collections after me for the cost of the radiator THAT I NEVER RECEIVED!!! UPDATE: EMAIL sent to sales on Jan 11, 2023 with my contact info, phone number, the contact info for my attorney and phone # for my attorney. As of 1/19/2023, I haven't heard ANYTHING. Added pic of wrong item I received as opened. Including TONS of shavings INSIDE the tanks that fell out. Bonus pic of the STOCK radiator installed in vehicle.

The team over at ColdCase is absolutely amazing as is their product! I have been using a ColdCase rad in my Pontiac for many years and seamlessly transitioned from the old 350 motor to the LS swap you see in the pics by simply adding the fan equipped shroud, I appreciate their ongoing support!! If you need to keep your ride cool, they're the ones to see...Fugitive 1 badazz 72!!

I installed a Cold Case Radiator in my 1973 Ford F100 and fitment was perfect. Then 2 months later it started to leak. I got in touch with customer support and they were extremely helpful in sending me a brand new radiator under warranty. In just a few days I received a well packaged and brand new radiator. It's been 4 months since and all is good

Living in Florida and having added A/C to my 1964 GTO, I found that when in traffic, things would go north of 205-210 pretty much every trip. Now, I can sit in traffic with the A/C blasting and see the temp gauge sitting at 185-190. Much better, and the radiator was the only post-A/C change. AND - the fitment was spot on!

Stay far away from this company! I went through 2 radiators in a matter of a year. Both radiators had the same issue and started leaking after about 3 months. They replaced the first one no questions asked then when I reached out about the 2nd one they wanted to charge me for shipping...ummm I don't think so why so in 3 months I can do it all over again. So much for life time warranty. So I did myself a favor and purchased a copper and brass radiator from summit cools just as good and no leaks after 3 months. Never would I recommend cold case to anyone.

I have replace 3 Cold case radiators in less than 1.5yrs in my 2013 Jeep Wrangler. The last one I have had in for less than 2 months. The just keep leaking! Do not waste your time and money! In response to your reply. The mopar radiator I had for over 3 yrs multiple off road trips before a leak. You say your failure ratio has been better than jeep or others. That is not the case with mine. Replacing it 3x in a 1.5 yrs is not a good ratio especially when I just replaced in a little over a month ago. I have just driven around town as a daily driver, no stress on the frame or radiator.

They have blocked me on all social media platforms for sharing my experiences with this Chinese garbage and warranty hassle. Watch season 7 episode 13 of Roadkill Garage, even David Freiburger makes fun of the quality and poor fitment. Just go buy a Griffin..

I have a 64 Chevy II Nova with a 194 L6. The radiator would not fit with a shroud but I did fit 2 10 fans behind the grill. There is 3/4 inch clearance between the radiator and fan pulley. Awesome radiator! Looks great too. It was easy to install and came with everything I needed to mount it.

I ordered this radiator for my 1966 Mercury Cyclone GT that I was restoring. The radiator bolted right in with minor modifications to the upper and lower rubber insulators. The fan shroud also bolted on without any problem. I finished the car in the spring of 2021 and have attended many car shows since. I have not had any overheating problems with the high performance 390 engine. I would recommend this product to anyone. Terry Henry

I replaced my leaky radiator for my 1980 Trans Am. Wow, what a difference. It keeps it about 20 degrees cooler than what the old one did before the leak started. It was very easy to install. Very sturdy and not damaged fins, so packing for shipping was great.

Excellent radiator and easy to install as everything lined up perfectly. My only complaint is I wish it came with the rubber isolators as the stock mounts are different and they are not easily found in an auto parts store. Keeps my motor about 10-15 cooler.

I had purchased a nice radiator set up with the fan and shroud for my 1991 camaro. Overall an outstanding set up. When paired with a proper thermostat and fan switch, it stays cool. I cannot wait to upgrade my powerplant. My only complaint is the lack of nuts and bolts and a slight clearance issue but not a big enough issue to be upset over. Cold case was a wise investment on my part.

Application: 2015 Jeep JKUHave had 2 Cold Case radiators.2021 - < 1 year since install, living in Michigan, had our first 'quick' temperature change, drop from 60s to 30s. Proper coolant in radiator. Seams, predominantly in corners, started leaking significantly. Replaced under warranty, "...we have 100s in stock."2022 - Again, less than a year later, well into Autumn, second radiator failed, leaking even more profusely this time. Went back to OEM radiator. It's 25F outside right now. No embarrassing steam at intersections, no smell...the way it should be.Very expensive lesson (~$450, first radiator), self installed.Warranty replacement ($400), shop installed.OEM replacement ($600), shop installed ($400).Cannot recommend. One failed radiator, it happens. Two, the same way, both < 1 year, speaks for itself.

The radiator was a perfect fit for my 1955 Chevy pickup. Everything lines up and simple swap. Radiator performance is great. I liked the aluminum look so did not paint the radiator. Great add to the performance and appearance of the truck.

Has been working great so far and have had it for about 3 months and have had no problems, truck never goes above 190. Have dual 14 fans with shroud. My only complaint is that the upper and lower cross bars used to mount the shroud are a little small causing poor mounting of the shroud but have yet to have it fall off or cause any problems!

The Big block radiator I purchased for my 67 Camaro fit perfect with no problems. If I had painted it black it would have looked like the original. The quality was far superior to Chinese one I replaced. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a radiator for their car.

I purchase a Cold Case Radiator to replace the third failed box store radiator for my 1999 Jeep Wrangler. I chose Cold Case because of the lifetime warranty. The promise of better cooling was a bonus. This purchase did not come without additional issues. The radiator did not fit with the stock fan. I had clearance issues. I am not sure if this is typical but I took the opportunity to upgrade to an electric fan. I chose a Mishimoto fan and shroud, because they offer a lifetime warranty on their fan. I would have stuck with Cold Case for the fan if it had a lifetime warranty.Once all installed, it was great for about a weak, the water pump pulley bolts rubbed through the fan motor housing and shorted out the fan. Let me be clear, this is not the fault of Cold Case.I daily drive my Jeep, while I was waiting on the replacement for the fan I had to drive my jeep. Well this is where this radiator shined. Never once did the jeep overheat. I did have to shut it off if I sat at a light or in traffic for more than about five minutes. But once I started moving, it cooled right back down to normal temps within about 100 yards of driving. My next issue started about three months later. A slow leak developed in the radiator. I contacted Cold Case. They asked for pictures. I sent pictures and got an email that a new radiator is on the way. The COVID supply chain issues made the replacement take about 6 weeks to arrive, but I just added water every few days and never had an issue. This is a great radiator sold by a company that stands behind its products. As long as Cold Case keeps this customer service, I will not buy any other brand.

Regrettably, I paid their high price, it fell apart immediately (1st run) tangled itself into everything, causing extensive residual damage. Customer service? NON-EXISTANT

I have been comparing a multitude of radiators over the past year, looking carefully at the materials used and not used, cooling tube diameter and # of cooling fins/inch, as well as construction quality. The Cold Case Radiators are top tier quality with a budget friendly price. Make no mistake they deliver big time performance that their competition in the same price range just can t duplicate. In fact they actually match up very well against several more expensive brands due to the sizing of the cooling tubes.

This company is fantastic. Customer service is top of the line and the radiator I ordered for my 2006 duramax fits and performs wonderfully. The quality of the welds are top notch. I ve been running this radiator for 6 months now and I love it, I ve never seen my truck stay this cool before.

These radiators are the best item you can put on your Buick Grand National for beating back the heat. I live in Florida and the heat here is extreme better have a great cooling system to deal with it. Start with this radiator first. Fits and works great.

Looks really nice runs about 5 to 10 degrees cooler even on a 102 degree day. Was a little bit thicker then stock but happy with it.

Radiator went bad one week after install. Company finally made it good but made me pay 40 dollars to ship it. One week!! Should have been taken care of for free! Should have never went bad! 828 Adrenaline Flunkies on YouTube if you wanna hear the whole story! Search it!

I actually purchased two Cold Case radiators. After about a year one of them developed a leak. I contacted Cold Case and they warranties it immediately and sent me a replacement. The radiators overall are good quality but there customer service definitely gets them 5 stars.

So here's a good long-term review for you. Installed in my Jeep JK in 2019. I have run this thing off-road all over the east coast and recently did a two-week trip to Moab Utah and ran every BOH trail. Not one single issue with this thing. Great investment and upgrade. 110 heat and never overheated. It's the last radiator you will ever buy!
