Our experience was great! Colin, our sales associate, was simply the best. It was easy to discuss the vehicle we wanted to look at with him. The car was a few years old, but with low mileage. Where did they find this car? It was in such good condition. Getting to discuss the financing and the warranty options, Colin was very thorough and made sure we had all our questions answered. We were able to get our car financed with our preferred lender. He left us feeling satisfied with working with CarShop. Very much recommend!

Carshop made my car buying experience a fun one rather than a stressful,pushy salesman type experience,which takes all day and ruins the experience in my opinion ... Kudos to CarShop for doing it right!Would highly recommend them to my friends and family!I was in the market for something sporty,fast and convertible ...When I finally saw something I liked that was in my price range,it happened to be at CarShop in Hatfield PA...Westampton location is closer to my home but it was worth the trip!From that moment on,my Salesman Kyle took me step by step through the whole process and made it seamless...Now just have to wait for the nice weather to put the top down and cruise!!Love my BMW!Thank you Kyle and CarShop!

The service department is always so helpful & friendly both on the phone & in person .They were able to get me in on a few hours notice for a brake light that was out. I was in & out in 25 mins . They came out to the waiting room and told me exactly what was wrong with the bulb and why it was going in and out intermittently.Every single experience that I ve had their service department has been a positive one. They are always fair, always honest and always professional and friendly.

Best experience I ever had buying a car. My sales woman s name was Kieran. She was up front and honest about everything every step of the way! She was very personable, down to earth, and make it a very easy transaction. I m happy to say I came in to look at the car I wanted, and I left with the car I wanted! If your in the market for a new/used car, I would definitely recommend you try Car Shop and ask for Kieran!

The best of both worlds. Carshop has the no-haggle, relationship-focused sale experience I want, with a local small business.Very high standards in the sales process. My sales consultant Ethan was awesome. Honest, clear, helpful and very transparent. He was clearly committed to doing whatever it took to make the buying process easy and low stress without the gimmicks or pressure.

Had such a great experience buying our Cadillac with Gerry- it was quick and easy!!! We went with the hopes on getting a fair trade-in price for our current car and he certainly gave it to us, no negotiating needed. Very pleased and will be back again next time we need a vehicle!!

Good experience. Colin was very helpful and courteous. I purchased a 2020 RAV4. The only thing I was not happy with was my coolant level on the used car I purchased was low. Sort of raised questions on what else the vehicle could be lacking. I plan on taking the car to Toyota to have the entire vehcile looked over. Other than that, I m pleased with the overall experience.

Very friendly and easy to work with. We had a low price point but still given a couple of nice cars to test drive. When asked to have a car from another location transferred to Hatfield it was easy and fast. Brett was great and sent us a video of the car because there were no pics yet on the website. This was our third car purchased here and we will return if we need another one!

When I arrived at Car Shop I knew that I needed to narrow the make & model I wanted to purchase as I had a couple different options in mind & of course a particular price point. I chose Car Shop bc my husband made a recent purchase and he had been very pleased with his entire experience. My priority was to get some straight answers to basic questions without fluff in order to purchase a car that day.Mike Moffa was the salesman I happened to meet. He was knowledgeable and patient (it was a very busy Saturday!) professional, and willing to walk me thru my vetting process. He was direct, informative and understanding. He helped me make decisions about about various makes and models. His communication via text updates were greatly appreciated and helpful. Although he was very busy when I returned later that afternoon he asked Jason (GM) to assist me so I could ask some brief final questions about the car. We happen to know Jason which made it an even better experience!In a world where most purchases are completed online it was great to work with good people we felt we could trust in our own community who truly made it a thorough and easy car buying experience. You guys were great!Thanks Mike and Jason too!

Our sales person was knowledgeable and kind. The experience was easy and pretty straightforward. They delivered the car for us to a more convenient shop as well. Would recommend. The only small thing I would say is that they do seem to push the warranties quits a bit, perhaps that's where the commission is made?

I have always used my local mechanic that was within walking distance of my house. I loved my experience buying my car from Carshop, so I thought I would give them a chance to service it. Super fast service, excellent customer service and communication. Great price! Totally worth the short drive!

Experience exceeded all my expectations by a mile !! My sales person Colin was the best I have had in over 40 years. He made everything flawless and easy for me. So much better than CarMax or other competitors. No other entities could beat their pricing and trade in values. His communication and follow through on everything was outstanding !!! His sense of urgency was impeccable too !

The overall experience was exceptional. The sale rep Michael moffa was awesome. Keep me up to date with everything from car loan details and car availability and when I can pick the car up. The only bad thing that happened was when in picked up the car. They didn't give me a full tanks of gas and the car was on the light

Came here for 2 separate test drive appointments. The 1st car had undisclosed damage in the trunk and water inside the rear hatch. (Good thing it was raining to find that out.) The 2nd time I made an appointment a few days in advance, showed up and the car was not here it was at the body shop. Won't be coming a 3rd time.

Went in for a routine oil change. Quick turn around. Service staff is always really pleasant and helpful. I even got a chance to speak to the GM Jason, who took the time to make sure I was happy with my service. I really appreciated that and told him it s always a pleasure. Thank you. I always recommend friends and family to the Carshop Hatfield.

Had the best experience buying a car from CarShop Hatfield. When I arrived, the car that I had initially wanted to purchase wasn t what I expected, but my sales person Dan Owens showed me comparable vehicles in the same price range and I ended up finding a great SUV that I drove home. He was super personable, patient and not pushy whatsoever. Answered any and all questions I had. Thanks again Dan!!

I have a history of buying cars from Carsense and the new company, Car Shop, is operating the same way. Car Shop has great cars with low mileage that look like new. I can check out a variety of makes and models, and there is no haggling. My sales consultant, Michael Moffa, was more like a customer service consultant. He was very patient and knowledgeable and truly wanted me to buy a car that would make me happy. He also followed up with me after I purchased the car to make sure I was satisfied. If you go to Car Shop Hatfield, make an appointment with Michael!

Had a great experience at CarShop in Hatfield PA. Gerry, my sales person, was kind, knowledgeable and got me a great price for my trade-in and a great deal on the exact car I was looking for. The only gripe I have is that the car I came to look at, and eventually bought, wasn't fully charged when I arrived, which caused some difficulty getting it home, but we were able to make it work.
