Took my 4 day old Dodge Ram 2500 for new 6 ply tires to their shop and they scraped the edge of each rim even after discussing my concerns about not ruining the new rims. The installer looked to be having a bad day and I expressed my concerns but I was assured that they had purchased a new tire machine specifically to do tire mounting on new rims without causing damage. I returned to they after trying to wash the grease of from the initial install and they took the truck into their shop washed off the grease, told me their tooling would not do that, told me it was my fault and offered to keep my truck and have someone fix it if I left my truck there. I could not leave my truck because I leave my truck because I live an hour and 15 minutes away. I was also concerned more damage would occur to the vehicle while they had it. I asked for a discount, anything they were comfortable with, and I was told the initial clerk did not charge me enough. I did not barter at the original purchase , I had hoped a big name and more expensive service would bring better results, and make damaged wheels less likely. I work near Bergey's and had hoped to do business there but I do not recommend taking anything there. I was reasonable and courteous during the discussion of this issue,especially considering they damaged rims on a brand new vehicle only 4 days old and blamed me, I think consumers can be ridiculous in today's world so I take pride in being reasonable to deal with. I couldn't believe they didn't even offer to pick the truck up 4 miles from their shop , at my work so I didn't have to find a ride or miss time at work. mike never looked me in the eyes or gave me any feeling of mutual respect during our discussion. It was all very disappointing.

I called to have new tires installed and I don t think that the person I spoke to wanted to get the job. I called Service Tire and they were great.

Came in for a leaking tire on my motorcoach and it was determined that it was a corroded tire stem. They corrected the problem and got me out of there pretty quickly at a reasonable price. Everyone from front desk to the shop floor were friendly and helpful.

Grateful for this place, I caught a flat right before I delivered and called these guys up. While looking at Google reviews,you can't take seriously those reviews from people who have only reviewed a few places and leaves a bad review. 9 times out of 10 the people who are active guides are gonna leave the real reviews of a place. This is why I chose this spot instead of the others in the area. They got me out of there in a respectable timeframe and the price they charged me we phenomenal

Professional team here! Great work and fast, I was in and out in less than a hour for all four tire balancing... These guys work on all vehicles not just commercial vehicles - the name is misleading! Good for u tho, bc this place is never packed...

Great people work there and the Service was the Best from the time you walk in the front door to the time you left No wait they get you in there and out of there real quickly and I was back on the Road

Not bad I only used them once tires were late a day missed the truck but they had them the next day and installed so we will see how it goes from here

Terrible customer service. Quoted one price on the phone and charged a much higher price when the work was finished. We're only talking about 4 commercial tires that I dropped off.
