It's a dealer. If you expect to get honesty and fair prices, you are very naive. If you have a huge wallet and need to come here to satisfy your consciousness, then by all means, go for it.Inflated prices, passive aggressive staff, nonsensical charges, and work orders in abundance. I guess they have to balance the books somehow, and unfortunately, it's done in the service department. Do yourself a favor and find a struggling local, honest mechanic if you can.

Exceptional customer service. Express service oil change took approximately 45 mins. Took one star off because the WiFi in the waiting area was slow, otherwise a great 1st time experience.

I worked with Phil purchasing a used mini van and he was nothing short of amazing. He was helpful, kind and made us feel so comfortable with the purchase. He even gave my phillies loving son 2 special baseball cards when we went to pick up the van! Cannot recommend Glanzmann and Phil specifically enough!

I recently purchased a CPO Outback from Glanzmann and we worked with Sean Wallace. Sean was wonderful to work with and was not at all the typical car salesman, in the best way possible. Sean was so knowledgeable about the different years, models, features, etc and really helped me figure out which car had everything I wanted. The prices were very fair and there was absolutely no pressure or any kind of arm twisting that I saw. The place is immaculately clean and the entire process of purchasing from Glanzmann was so seamless and easy. I also love the perks they include when you buy from them and how great their service department was when I had a minor issue with the car the first week (just a burnt out lightbulb). I would buy my next car or recommend Glanzmann and Sean in a heartbeat.

This past Monday, May 1st, I had my car serviced and Joe was my Service Advisor at Glanzmann Subaru. He was in constant contact with me always asking if I needed anything throughout my visit. He not only explained about the work that was being done, but he also helped me order a new key for my car. Several days after the work was done, he reached out to me once more to see if everything was well with my car. Joe was extremely courteous and helpful and I was very satisfied with his service, and just want to thank Joe for being so caring and for the outstanding job he did

It was ,a nice experience,the young lady who work with me was good ! She knew all about the Subaru cars .I was interested in the cross track SUV I even took it out for a drive ! Loved it .I am still trying to figure out the one I want but I know when it pick it I am going back to her ,she is a good representative of the company.keep her .she does her job well .

This past week I took my 2023 Subaru Outback in for a six month oil change and engine check without an appointment. Raffael handled my service with the utmost courtesy and speed - the entire process took no more than 30 minutes. The car was also returned spotless along with a complementary carwash.

I got new tires, new brakes, and a state inspection from here. Chris was the person who helped me with that and the experience went great. I had an issue that I would arrive to pick up my vehicle late but Chris had a solution for it and everything was taken care of. Will definitely be doing more business here.

This place is terrible. Please find your own mechanic. A week job turned into a month job that still isn't even complete because of ordering parts.......I could of ordered them myself and brought them with my car to a mechanic and had my car back 3 weeks ago. If your going to buy a car and don't have any other options find another options because the service is terrible stay far away from this place unless you have multiple cars and don't mind friendly service upfront and a long wait. this place makes me want to start buying Toyota instead

I called at 5:00 because my battery died. Service is supposed to be open until 7. I asked if I could come in and have a battery installed as was told they had sent all the techs home at 5? How can service be open w no techs?

Amazing service at the service department! Especially from Service Advisor, Chris. Five star service at every step : replacing batteries in my remote start, attentiveness to my questions, efficiently and effectively explaining all aspects of this service visit. Amazing service means a happy customer.

I brought my car for windshield replacement and dealer fail to calibrated eyesight camera claims it need to be replaced to pass the calibration quoted me $2400 for camera and $450 for another calibration. I came to the dealer with $1100 pice estimates but it became $4000. The dealer advised me to file an insurance claim. I took their advice filed a claim haven't heard anything from the dealer for 7 days. When I contacted the dealer than they told me my advisor quit and nothing was followed up with the claim. Insurance company refused for $3000 camera replacement. I talked to the dealer I will not fix the camera and I will just pick up my care next day. I went in to pick up my car and to see the cover of camera is off, wires and components are still exposed. They took the car back to put the camera cover back. They were punching and pushing camera components not caring at all. It was the worst experience. I will not trust here anymore.

This place is state of the art, massive, but still able to make things personal via their staff. Had a great experience with service on current Subaru as well as shopping/looking into a new one.

Very AWESOME experience. Parts were shipped immediately and arrived early. I couldn't be more please with the service, I would highly recommend Glanzmann to any Subaru owner looking for parts. Also Glanzmann was $120 cheaper than the local Subaru dealer in Lafayette,LA. It was worth every dime I spent to do business with such a high class dealership. Thank You

A 4 hour service turned into a 8 hour ordeal.Car wash didn't happen either.Except for the fact car needs service,I wouldn't even come back.
