The professionalism at this dealership was top tier. From the initial text response to my inquiry, to the meeting in person, my salesman (John Le) was outstanding. He answered all of my questions, provided a detailed report about the vehicle I was interested in purchasing (showing the history of the car and the work that had been performed). His team provided a quote for the trade-in of my current vehicle, within 30-minutes of me walking through the door. John made my wife and I feel like family while we were at Glanzmann Subaru, and I couldn t have been happier with how the purchase of my new Subaru took place. We just bought a Legacy here at Glanzmann. This is our first buy from Subaru. We had an easy going and hassle-free experience with Damaris. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable on each trims of the different models we spoke about. She was super helpful every step of the process and even took us on a tour of the dealership for our future reference on service appointments. The service dept was super clean and had several bays to service more than enough customers, if needed. We had an amazing experience with Damaris and her team. Needless to say, she has crossed us over for all of our future purchases. We will definitely be back to see her!

This was our 1st time at this dealership and all I can say is WOW! From beginning to end what a great experience and the cleanest dealership I have ever seen especially in the service area. Our Sales Rep Miles was great and walked us thru the whole process as well as being patient with us as we test drove a couple of vehicles and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with0 what we did and did not want in a vehicle. If you are looking for a car you have to come here and be sure to set up an appointment with Miles you will not be disappointed.

Lisa was awesome! My car needed a couple things + regular maintenance. She hooked me up with a Crosstrek Wilderness Edition for a Courtesy Car. Communication was fantastic and the work was well done. Definitely go to Glanzmann if your Subaru needs anything!

Had a great experience with Karen, my service advisor, during the entire process of getting my windshield replaced. Karen was very friendly and welcoming, and was quick to get quotes and respond to questions I had regarding insurance. She kept me updated throughout the process and always got back to me the same day. If you want someone who is thorough and professional - ask for Karen.

Alex D. was everything I could hope for in helping me choose and buy my first Subaru. Friendly, knowledgeable, ZERO pressure, answered all my questions directly. I'll ask for him by name when the time comes for my next Subaru. That goes for the rest of the Glanzmann staff I met. A completely positive buying experience (and it's been a while since I bought a car).

I had an excellent experience with service at Glanzmann twice in the last month. Kyle was the service manager who helped me and he quickly helped to identify the issues and arranged to help with the repairs which were under warranty! The service was excellent and thorough and pick up and drop off were easy, too!

They made the whole process easy and quick. Jeff even followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I have all the paperwork and things were going well with the car. Glanzmann Subaru goes above and beyond when it comes to service. Jeffrey was pleasant and put me at ease right away. There was no high pressure at all, which I found to be so refreshing. Most importantly, he was extremely knowledgeable about the different makes I was leaning toward. My experience with Jeff in particular will most definitely bring me back to Glanzmann as well as refer friends and family.

I found what I thought was the pre-owned car I ve been looking for on their website. Made an appointment to view the car the following morning. I secured the funds for purchase and drove two hours to the dealership.When I arrived they were unable to locate the vehicle. After a half hour of sitting in the showroom they finally found it and brought it outside the showroom. I was totally surprised to see the car was filthy. I was even more surprised when I opened the door. There was black grease throughout the entire interior. The seats and carpet front and rear as well as the steering wheel and gearshift. I did not take a test drive in fear of getting grease on my clothing!When I inquired as to why the car was not cleaned before being presented to a customer I was told their policy is to detail the car only after it is sold. What???Who would pay nearly 20K for a vehicle in such poor condition and was obviously neglected from its previous owner?I would think a dealership would want to present their best product. Another 2hr. ride home and I realized I had just waisted a day in my life I will never get back!

I have been impressed every time I ve been at Glanzmann for service. I had Chris as my service advisor initially and Karen at my last visit. Both were friendly and helpful. The place seems like a well-oiled machine, prices are good(better than other Subaru dealers I ve checked with), and I love the courtesy car.I have no complaints and plan to keep using them for my service needs.

Recently I took my Subaru Legacy for servicing to Glanzmann Subaru. The service was wonderful and my service advisor Kyle Jordan was very helpful. He explained suggested maintenance for my car and made me feel very comfortable selecting needed service and planning for ongoing maintenance.I highly recommend !Thank you Kyle for all your help.

My experience at Glanzmann was incredible. Especially Donna who helped get me into my new 2023 Forester! She was incredibly patient as we figured out the issues with the car I was trading in and also went above and beyond trying to help get the monthly payment down to what I wanted it to be. She was incredibly thorough as well with explaining anything and everything that she could. The rest of the team at Glanzmann was also just as helpful and readily willing to answer any and every question I had. The best car buying experience I've ever had!

My experience here started okay, but kept getting worse and worse...and worse.Was visiting family, my 3-month old car had what seemed like an excessive underside leak. Just wanted to get it checked out before traveling. I dropped it off, was told "a couple hours"...fast forward, the second day of the 1.5 day ordeal was absurdly awful every step of the way. Complete inability to communicate by phone, so I showed up, and more and more ridiculousness and delays ensued. It was like they didn't want to tell me there was nothing wrong with the car, and wanted to do needless work under warranty. They at least didn't charge me the $80 diagnostic fee. The facility is nice, people seem nice and respectful but the service dept absolutely did not have its stuff together.Jeff's response below is completely untrue. I initially sent the tech a photo of exactly where the leak was presenting itself. 24 hours later, I showed it to them again, and they said they never saw the photo. Glanzmann continues to be incompetent.

Everything at Glanzmann was perfect!From our initial greeting when we walked through the door and meeting our sales representative Kim, seeing the vehicle we were interested in, and continuing through the purchasing process.The purchasing process was quick and easy as Wayne went over every piece of paperwork and explained it clearly.The car was prepped and ready for pick up the next day and we are enjoying the vehicle every time we get in it.I would highly recommend Glanzmann to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.You won t be disappointed.

After buying Subaru's from several other PA dealerships that shall remain nameless, Glanzmann is by far the best in every way possible . More honest, helpful, trustworthy & a pleasure to work with that far surpasses all others combined. No games, the service is always efficient & exactly what they say & the new Hatboro facility is a spotless, fine tuned machine comparable to NASA. And you can quote me.

Donna made my car buying experience a smooth and easy process and was a pleasure to work with. She was a great listener and was able to recommend a car that suited my needs. She was patient and I was given the time I needed to think things through before making my purchase, without any pressure. I am very happy with my experience with Glanzmann Subaru.One year ago I purchased there a 2018 Forester. The price was good and the car is great and in an excellent condition.I decided to perform the maintenance also at Glanzmann to make sure the car stays in this condition. Yes, it's more expensive than independent mechanics, but it gives me a peace of mind, so for me - totally worth it.The last time I visited there is a 90K maintenance, Joe took care of me. He was very professional and kind.I will definitely recommend to give them a try if there is a car in their inventory that you like.

Best car buying experience I've ever had! Our sales rep Andrew Casey was extremely helpful and most importantly kind. We purchased as used vehicle, and Andrew answered all of our questions about the service history very thoroughly. Our car was pristine and spotless when we picked it up, and has been running like a dream! I would just like to thank Kyle Glanzmann for the great service I received during my recent visit He provided me with complete knowledge of what the recall was about and how the repair would be accomplished. Went to Glanzmann for a new car after totaling the first Outback I got from them. The whole team at Glanzmann made the process of replacing my vehicle as stress-free as possible. John Le was so easy to work with and super helpful in getting me into a new car. They didn t have the color I wanted, but Keith helped find the exact vehicle I was looking for and was able to get it to the dealership. The day I picked up the car was so easy and Michael was great in explaining all the paperwork and warranty information. Super happy with my experience and even happier with the car.
