I really enjoyed doing business with this establishment. The front office secretary / manager (not sure if that s her official title), Andy, is super knowledgeable and holds such a space of calm positivity around her and over the whole experience, which I found very valuable and refreshing amidst the fast pace and stress of life in general, esp dealing with a damaged car. My car ended up being totaled, so in the end, I did not have the work done. But everyone was so upbeat and pleasant. Great communicators. Very professional. Genuinely kind caring honest people who see / treat you as a human (not walking dollar signs) and who go the extra mile, even in my case, to make it a great experience. I m very glad that I went with them. I highly recommend this specific Caliber Collision office / location (332 S York Rd, Hatboro).

Caliber took such great care of my car. Tom was absolutely incredible. They were able to get my car fixed a week and a half earlier than originally estimated. Very happy with my experience.

Super nice staff, got my car done a week earlier than expected! Really great with insurance and the rental car companies. Ben kept in constant communication with me about my car, keeping me informed every step of the way. Overall great experience and they did an amazing job on my car.

I brought my car here for collision estimate. The ladies I interacted with at the desk were friendly. My car ended up being "totaled" so no work was done, but my experience with the people there was pleasant.

Thank you for your excellent service when an unfortunate flat tire caused more damage than we expected Caliber was there for us. We were shocked to get our car back and it was cleaned inside and out especially the front headlights. We've never had this type of excellent service before ever. They were also kind enough to deliver our car to us as well. Thank you and we recommend Caliber to anyone who needs their car fixed/towed.

I love my car and am hesistant to trust people to work on it, Caliber in hatboro exceeded my expectations. My car was perfect. The color was spot on. The team was extremely kind and repairs were relatively quick. Loved the text message updates along the way. Will definitely be my go to shop!

Beware. They damaged my car (dented and scratched my rear passenger door) during the repair process and refused to accept fault. The manager is very rude and unpleasant when handling conflict. The repairs were good, but the damage and professionalism displayed by the manager will have me find a new location if ever needing repairs again.

Great shop with even greater people working there. They got my camry back to me quickly and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. From the front desk to the shop techs and mechanics, they were all super nice and very professional.

My car had some damage from a deer. Within 2 weeks my car was repaired from the start of the insurance estimate to my car being complete. Great place to deal with, super friendly ,customer focused and good quality.

They were fantastic! The repairs are perfect, and were completed on time. Communication throughout the process was great. They were so friendly and professional, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Nobody wants to have their car damaged, but if you do this is the place to go for your repairs.

Came here for repairs after a minor fender bender through insurance and so glad I did! The service was friendly and easy from the minute I called. Everyone was very professional, they had my car back before the estimated time right before the weekend and even ran my car through the wash so it was looking extra fresh! Great experience and would 100% recommend!

Profession, concerned service. Prompt, convenient, reliable. My car was repaired quickly and looks great. I was updated regularly and I was able to get picked up by the rental company when I dropped my car off. I also was able to leave the rental at Caliber when I picked my car up.. So convenient!! Amazing experience. They set up my rental car which was so convenient. Tom kept me updated during the entire process. My car came back fully detailed inside and washed. I have 2 kids so you can imagine the crumbs left behind when the car seats were pulled. Projection time was right on point. For some reason my experience must have been differnt from most. It s been two weeks and still no word they don t answer when the insurance company calls. Apparently they haven t uploaded pictures or validated information. Really been a headache.

I must be honest, I was a bit skeptical because Caliber is a chain. I must say that I am thrilled with the job they did. They kept me very well informed, they did a great job on the repair, and they completely detailed the car. I couldn't ask for more!

From the start my experience was 10/10. Leaving I would say they exceeded the 10/10 and got to a 15/10! Reception was amazing, and so kind. She got me settled with a rental quickly and I got to return the rental right at the shop. This was the most hassle free experience, which is so important when dealing with multiple insurances.Fast, reliable, and clean work!! My car was backed into on a Sunday- they got me in the day after the claim was placed, and my car is back in my hands on a Friday. They kept me informed, and even detailed my car- something I had no been expecting. I have had 2 experiences with caliber collision in Hatboro PA and both times made me feel as if I ever needed something done with my car they would be my first call and I would wait for whatever availability they had they were that amazing. They kept me informed constantly and the communication was second to none. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Awesome from start to finish.Thankful for all the calls and texts giving updates not robo calls or texts but personal from the first day until the job was completed. They were finished before the due date. More than courteous each step of the way, polite and friendly. This was the best experience! The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My car looked amazing when I got it back, the service was fast as well.
