We had a great experience with these folks! Our truck was in a minor fender bender and they took care of us! Collin worked with us and was very good communicating every step of the way!!! He was great to work with! This shop is amazing great people Matt, Colin and Dave are great to work with always keep you updated on the progress. Great turnaround times and go out of there way to find parts that tend to be NBO.Thank you guys for all you do. Keep up the good work and you'll always have my business

I came in for a body damage claim and to replace a loose hood mirror. All work was completed, EXCEPT the hood mirror, which they charged my maintenance account for. I noticed the mirror had not been completed after leaving.I immediately contacted them and was told to come back the next morning. I couldn t come back because of no parking allowed anywhere near your shop. I lost about $4,000 in booked loads and lost time.When the repairs were completed the next day, I was promised the labor would be refunded due to your mechanic s foul up. I have contacted Collin twice (or more) in the last 2 months, and am given the same promise.To date, no refund. Totally unsatisfactory!Service: Body & Trim

I came to them with a very unusual request and they didn t hesitate for one second! I dealt with Matt Stine and he was AMAZING the whole way through. I called on a Thursday afternoon, dropped my vehicle off on Friday, and it was done Wednesday! Body repairs and all! VERY FAST AND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. The price was way better then I ever expected as well! I will be returning yearly for an inspection on my bus that I converted to a motor home (My unusual request).Service: Body & Trim

Very Professional, Complete a job in a timely manner to get you rolling and your treated with respect. They will walk you through the process from beginning to end leaving you confident that the job will be done according to plan. I was very happy with the results of my job and I do recommend if you need it done right to give them a call.

Wonderful crew at the body shop. I found them by accident. My camper needed some repairs to the back and they were so helpful . They also worked with my adjustor.I was afraid it was going to be totaled and they gave me som great advice. Well insurance company is covering damage. And they are going to see that it gets repaired by my next outing in mid August. I will update once work is completed.

They took great care of me. Prepainted my new rear airfoil and completed repairs in just two days. When I dropped my truck off they drove me back to Maryland and delivered my truck there when the work was completed.

Staff is exceptional and very nice this place has showers and free laundry for drivers that are getting no trucks worked on and a driver's lounge The place is exceptionally clean I highly recommend

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR SFI (Schneider National owner operators) to use. Ppl are cool as a polar bear s toe nail. Cheap! Same day service! Even got lunch from the manager! Don t over pay for something that you don t have to when these folks are 30 minutes from Carlisle OC.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Our truck was in there for 9 days, and every time we called we got different stories about what was done, would be told the truck was in the shop, then not in the shop. They re waiting for the part, the part is there.My husband finally had enough of the lies, and spoke to the shop manager, who said the truck was worked on the day before, when we were there the day before and it was not worked on!!! No one could get they re stories straight! Although this is typical for freightliner across the nation, we will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! The man at the la Quinta told us, they love freightliner because the stays there are at least 2 weeks. One time a trucker was at the hotel for 2 months waiting for his truck to get fixed! Oh! And check the work before you leave...not a biggie, but they didn t reconnect the wiper hose. Obviously they don t go down the list to make sure every little thing is finished. But freightliner in and of itself.....all suck!

Had to get a new roof being an owner op had to have it back ASAP they came threw in a week and did a great job Matt kept his word and kept me informed When done I had a few issues on the interior all where handled to my satisfaction Every one very nice

Thats a Freightliner shop, the parts people are very helpful for any parts you went for, but if you take your truck to fix once they diagnose your truck ,you get a well designed extra problem which they call courtersy check you are approached by a good technician who explain to you all those courtersy things they found with alot of persuation and techniques to win you .Maybe you agree on his intention. That is where the Rubber hits the road. Labour and more parts you end incurring a bill you neverdreamed off.So be carefull go for only whatyou want for
