I have to be honest I took my car for a new wheel bearing. But they found out that the owner before me didn't repair properly causing me to buy a whole passenger wheel knuckle assembly. So it went from 400 too 2000. But the work was done top notch and faster than expected. And I was last minute walk in. Good people.

They always take great care with informing me of what's needed and what's on alert for replacement regarding State Inspection.Quick turn time and fair pricing with necessary repairs.I've been a customer for a number of years.

Staff was friendly. Didn't take forever. They were ready for my at my appointment time. Cost was fair.I've been there several times over the past couple years and the bathroom has always looked the same. In my opinion,They could use some cosmetic work. They were cold (it is winter at this time but there is no heat) and definitely could use to be cleaned more often. It wasn't totally disgusting and had paper towels and toilet paper so it was usable.There used to be a snack machine in there and a soda machine, now it's just a soda machine. Kind of miss the snack machine, would rather grab a pack of crackers then go over to McDonald's across the street, that's my opinion .

Made an online appointment to have 4 tires put on then called to confirm and told to come in now. So I got there around 4. The Sr mechanic came out and talked to me about my newly purchased 06 Buick Lacrosse and all it needs, making the purchase price not such a bargain. So after 4 tires @ $81 & a $110 alignment, the total was over $605. I think they snuck in a few extra undiscussed charges. Update. I drove the car about a 50 mile trip & had bad vibration pushing the brakes from highway speeds. Turns out the rotors are heavily grooved now since the tires were changed a few days ago. I'm taking the car back as something is wrong here and I hope not because I'm a woman!

Staff are knowleagable and nice to work with. They take you at your appointment time and don't take longer than they say it will take. The waiting room is comfortable.

I would never go back here. Not even for a nail in my tire. I felt like I was robbed twice at this place. Take someone else's money. If only I had a lawyer, I would be in a courtroom with them instead of Google review.

Great experience. Also, when I had questions about wheels for my car and types, they took the time to explain specifics, etc.,that would work for my car. The guys were very patient and knowledgeable.

Went to this store at 9:30 am was told I couldn't be seen until 3:00 pm and it was about 5 people already sitting there. Then the guy told me I could go to Jack Williams across the street or Meineke is open (who does that)?Why not refer me to another tires plus store first.

Highly recommend. Mike was super knowledgeable, professional and polite. I winded up getting new tires, oil change, wipers, inspection and brakes in one visit. Very happy with service and prices. Will be coming here for my vehicle needs.I come here all the time now. JJ is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The best. Highly recommend

I am glad businesses such as that are around. Made the appointment for service on short notice. They accommodated me,and svc advisor Michael was most courteous, even allowed for a reduction of original cost.

I'm only giving 2 stars to be fair because I was never able to get the vehicle looked at. Called ahead to make sure A. They had time and B. They could fit a large sprinter van in the bay. Was told it would be a few hours till they could look at it. No big deal until I got there, waited an hr in the parking lot (after waiting 2hrs to come in) and the same person we spoke to on the phone came out and said "oh we can't fit that in the bay and on a lift, you might wanna go across the street. So go across the street I did. Jack Williams tire and auto got me right in and diagnosed within minutes.

Very disappointed!!! Tires Plus showed as the closest repair shop to my current location when faced with a flat tire. Got the tire off, arrived at this location 30 minutes before their advertised close time and was told they couldn t patch my tire because they closed down early since he (the tech) was the only one working. In despair and because I needed to drive over a hour home, asked if he could recommend another shop to which he recommended Pep Boys up the road. Looked across the street and saw Jack Williams Tire. Took my business there; had me in and out in 10 minutes. Save yourself the trouble and go across the street. They are more willing to work and seem serious about customer service!

Fantastic service. We entered Tires Plus in a pinch with a flat tire on a trailer. We installed two tires to be safe and they only charged us less than $8 for labor. A plus plus!

I wish I could give 0 stars. They ve charged for a diagnostic and service and the light comes back on. I brought the vehicle back and they insisted they just needed to turn the sensor off. After that, leaving the light comes back on. Absolutely no sense of urgency or consideration, especially considering the fact that they have yet to fix a problem they claimed to diagnose. Go somewhere else.

Dropped car off at 9am, missed a call at 1130 showed up to pick up car at 1230 to find out only oil change was completed but not the front end alignment but they were waiting to hear from me about a slow leaking tire they couldn't plug. Would have been nice to get the work I requested before the tried to sell me some tires.

This place has amazing workers! We were stuck 3 hours from home when we lost the brakes on our truck to tow our trailer home and this place had us out in 24 hours! They helped us so much and did great work. So understand and so quick! Would give them 10 stars if I could!

I needed tires right away, as well as breaks and rotors... So on Sunday, while it was snowing...alot... I called to ask if I could get my jeep in and he said bring it in, we'll try. He only had 2 tires that would fit my jeep, I needed for. He sent one of the workers down to a different store to get the other two. Then sent out for my four rotors. Never complained, no hassle at all. He treated me like I mattered and he got me out of the shop with everything done in just about 3 hours. Which, for the circumstances of the snow and the fact that it was a Sunday, really made me very happy! Charles is the one who took care of me and coordinated everything. He should be commended by his superiors
