Very Professional, friendly and informative staff.Prices were better than the other 6 dealers we visited the day before. Very easy to purchase and all the boring paperwork was made so fast and explained Very thoroughly. The staff gets alot of kudos from me, made us feel so welcomed, ( not like strangers and bothering them...like the other dealers )Best Buying experience I have had in 35 years, and I've owned many Harleys from multiple dealers.Way better than Appalachian, Battlefield & Whites on price and knowledge of products.Customer service is top notch and even called a few weeks later to make sure I was happy with everyone that helped me.This is my Go To Dealer From now on.

I highly reccomend anyone wanting a bike to go visit Susquehanna Valley H-D. Staff is easy to talk to and always willing to talk about their inventory. I had the pleasure of working with salesman Brady for my first bike under a year ago. He was knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for. The whole crew got me set up with wonderful starter bike. I returned there about a month ago and worked with him again to upgrade. I was able to get a good deal on a new 2023 softail standard. Michael made the financial stuff easy both times. Look for Brady (salesman in the picture) and he will take care of ya!

Purchased a 2024 road glide, extremely happy with the customer service, everyone is polite and willing to help out, great selection of clothing. Highly recommend stopping by, such a good vibe walking into the place.

I want to take a min and explain that when I make a big purchase I do a lot of research. This was no exception. I did shop at some of the other local dealers but when I came to Susquehanna Valley Harley Davidson on the recommendation of a coworker the first time it was about 10 min to closing but instead of weird looks and a bunch sighs I was treated very well was asked if I had questions and they answered all that I had and no rushing me out the door.I came back to make my purchase and again treated very well and with respect. Kyle is awesome to deal with and had no issues trying to make the deal I wanted. (I'm sure all the sales people are great.)When I bought the bike I purchased some aftermarket parts for it and the service department did a great job installing my parts. Also everyone I have dealt with in service has been great. I had the first service and recently had my bike inspected there and again just great service.I have been also purchasing some of the apparel there as well and the girl who helped me was just delightful. Made ordering a few hats a simple task.I am an honest reviewer and local guide and I highly recommend this dealership. If you are looking to purchase do not hesitate to come here.

Great team, (Jim s #1) I will continue to go to this dealer, and praise this location as well as steer people here. Any of their team members will win you over with small conversation or knowledge. They don t push you for a sale and would rather sell you a bike that s fits you rather than something you ll hate later. Can t say enough good things about about the team here.

We were amazed by the welcoming of the entire dealership. Very nice and knowledgeable people in every department. Michael, the finance individual, worked extremely hard to get us the best interest rate he could find. Corey, Mitch and Ken in parts and service are all top notch. Brady is young yet has the knowledge of a much more experienced salesman. We even purchased some apparel and the ladies that helped us with that were awesome. Thanks to everyone at the dealership. Excellent service with my purchase experience. I found the bike that fit me perfectly with seat and handle bars so back comfort is great. I already knew I wanted a softail but didn t know which one then just decide on the heritage finally.

This is the most honest dealership I have ever been to. No hidden extras, Mike was great at helping me understand exactly what I was signing and what it was for. I flew in to pick up a bike, and what I saw was what I payed with no surprises. They were extremely helpful the whole step of the process. Keeping their word and working hard to maintain that. I drove the bike home and fell in love with it. They shipped what I couldn t carry back to me. Now every time I get on in I think back to what a great experience it was. Thank you gentleman. Best dealership in the north east!

Everyone at Susquehanna Valley HD is extremely friendly. Jan at the front desk as you walk in greets you with a smile. Dan and sales team are knowledgable and will help you with any questions. The girls in motor clothes are extremely friendly and helpful. Service can answer any questions that you may have. Dave, the owner, has a great team working for him. We drove 3 hours to purchase a motorcycle from his dealership because of their customer service. We will most certainly be a returning customer. --Danielle and Marc

I had the greatest experience with Ashley, Jan and Beth at Susquehanna Valley Harley Davidson. Not only were they so helpful they were fun and cheerful. Helped me make decisions on gifts and they gift wrapped everything Beautifully. I feel like I just left a day at the spa. Great deals on clothing I definitely give a shout out to them all at Susquehanna Valley Harley Davidson

I don t live near Susquehanna Valley HD and I first went there because we were visiting the area. When I walked through the doors and set me eyes on a new Pan American the salesman told me he would give me a great deal . I wasn t looking to get anything more than a t-shirt, but a few days later I bought the Pan and they threw in a t-shirt. It was a great deal with an included service plan that would save me thousands of dollars in the future.When I was looking to trade up for a new Pan American Dave and his team at SVHD made the process just as smooth and aggravation free as the first time. I don t know how they saved me thousands of dollars over other dealers, but I m thrilled they did. If you are looking to buy a bike give Susquehanna Valley Harley Davidson a look. Hopefully, you ll be just as pleased as I am.

Purchased my 4th Harley, but is my 1st from Susquehanna Valley Harley-Davidson. I was researching a motorcycle that fit somewhere between a sportster and a Limited touring, but had some touring features and a strong engine. I looked at other dealers, and came across this beauty. Did an Inquiry chatted with Dan and settled on a price. As soon as I sat on it, It was mine. Loved the feel and it was not Top Heavy. Was a Bagger with Hard Bags, Windshield and Cruise Control, and a 114 Engine. Everything I wanted, it already had the passenger Back Rest and Luggage Rack, and a great 2400 miles. Love the Keyless operation of this Bike.So, the Staff was more than Great. Dan and the rest of the sales staff put no pressure on me, or tried to steer me to another newer model. They were very knowledgeable and showed me every detail of the Bike.The Parts and Service people were knowledgeable and very Professional.The financing Staff was Great Too. Yes! I got the extended Warranty, but I wanted that and it was not pushed on to me. Did not want Tire Warranty, and that was ok, but it was offered.Everyone there actually had a Great Positive Attitude and actually looked like they enjoyed the job and being there (Thanks for Lunch) This had to be the most positive experience I have had purchasing a Bike from any Harley Dealer. I think they had some Staff Turnover, and they are probably better off because of it.I have removed all other Harley Dealer Sites from my Home Page and will only go to this one, so! Don't disappoint me. LOL

I purchased my very first H-D from these guys, brand new 2018 Sport Glide. The whole process start to finish was super easy and stress free. I had a great price on the bike and my trade in via email before I even got in the front doors. Dan, my salesman, is a great guy who was not pushy at all and Mike in F&I was awesome! Both were very personable and treated me like family rather than just another customer. The bike had a few issues that needed to be worked out before I signed for it and they took care of me like you wouldn't believe. I even got a thank you MVP gift bag, which was completely unexpected. The bike is great so far and I can't say enough good things about this place and its employees. I will be back! Keep up the good work!

Sales counter ladies were very nice. Looked at several bikes, especially one particular and never got greeted or acknowledged I was there and interested. The one sales guy was just sitting on his phone. I'll go to another dealer that actually wants to help customers

Wow I loved the store and the workers were so friendly plus they wore these great big beautiful smiles. We got a chip for our collection that we have so my husband Paul can create a specialty wood working design and add the coin collection

I sold my last Harley about 18 years ago because my brother-in-law, who I rode with hit a deer. I have been thinking about getting another bike for the past few years stopping in at Susquehanna off and on. I met Brady and picked up an Heritage Classic (Silver Fortune) in May and 3 weeks later on Bike night I was talking with Mike (money guy) and I said would like a Black Street Glide. He said we just had traded one. It was a 2017 Denim Black. I ask them to run the numbers. I was not that happy at first, but Dave called me and ask what he can do to help. I explained and he made it happen. It was nice that the owner reached out and was willing to talk.

I normally don t write reviews about great experiences. So here it goes Mitch in service has made building my bike the easiest process, hands down! I had so many questions about what I wanted done to my bike. So many must haves. He went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Go to him! You won t regret it. He can help you build your bike however you want it.

After 25 years of dreaming and wishing I was finally able to take delivery of my 1st new Harley. I've had used bikes in the past and enjoyed every moment of joy they brought me. Now with my 1st new bike, I look to many more.The experience I had with Kyle and all of the staff at Susquehanna Valley Harley Davidson was a great one. Fantastic experience. Great dealership to work with. Mike and Denise from Sales were accommodating and friendly. Michael in Finance was laid back and easy to talk to. He was honest and upfront about pricing. Owner Dave was personal and super easy to work with, even getting me another set of keys for my bike at no cost. I wanted to thank Dave and Dan Jim MikeDave and Dan for getting me the bike we wanted him for taking the time with all my questions and Mike for getting the numbers where I needed them this dealer is the only dealer I use our third bike from here and couldn't be happierI also wanted to thank Ken Mitch Cory and Nick as far as parts and service they all go above and beyond explained what I wanted for the new 24 roadglide and they got it done that's why we are customers for life thanks again

Bought my first Harley (2018) at this location. The salesperson (Dallas) was great. Had me test drive every model on the floor. If i even looked at it here would roll it outside for a test drive. He was fair with my trade-in value too. Great buying experience.
