I stopped today without an appointment to have my car serviced and ac charged. Terry, the Manager was very helpful, polite and professional. Prices are reasonable also. I think their reviews speaks volumes. #steveshannontireandautocenter

My left front tire had a large bolt in the tread and I called Steve Shannon and spoke with Alex Walker. He immediately advised me to head right over and he would have it fixed. Alex was first class and great customer service. Alex immediately took my car in and the technician did a great job. Extremely pleased with everyone and how they treat customers.

Used to completely trust Steve Shannon with my vehicles. Until the last few visits. Completely unreliable. It s hit or miss. Mostly miss recently. So if you have work done . Double check and be sure it was in fact done.

Service was excellent, friendly and timely! My car was done well in advance of what I expected. Prices fair and I felt good driving away!Appreciated the customer service as we talked in advance about the tires I needed. All it took was clear communication and a little planning! Everything went smooth! 100% recommend!

They are all extremely helpful and willing to listen to your needs. Every experience I have had was always positive. Mechanics and staff are very knowledgeable. I would highly recimmend their services.

My husband had a slow leak in his tire and asked if I could take it to be repaired. This place is always busy but I am impressed how calm the guys up front are - no matter what walks through the door. In the three hours I was there - I saw quite a lot - and they never lost their patience or professional demeanor. It took longer than I expected but it got fixed and for a reasonable price. Total chaos all around them - and they managed to patch a tire. It wasn't the prettiest 3 hours at Steve Shannon's but mad respect that all but one of those guys made it through the shift

Called to see if they could check on my tire which had a slow leak. They took me right away and found a small piece of metal in my tread. Fixed the leak and I was on my way.Great service.

I have been customer of Steve Shannon since 2018, first it was Danville, PA and then it is in Harrisburg. Excellent customer services. No pushing on adding extra services. Suggestions are upfront with reasonable prices , if you accept take it or your wish, you may do it anywhere. No pressure to do the service at this location. No unnecessary expenses will be adding to your services. Harrisburg location would be my first option and to go place, though it is approx 18miles from my place where as dealership location is just 2miles away. Definitely recommend this place.

AS always the guys at Steve Shannon were great! I had a screw in one of my tires that could not be repaired so I had a new tire installed. The whole process took about a half-hour and the price was good.

I walked in 10 minutes before closing with a dead battery. A few places had turned me away already, and understandably they couldn t replace my battery in 10 minutes but they got me on the schedule first thing the next morning. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

This store ROCKS! Friendly and honest customer service, excellent with diagnostics, speedy turn around times and affordable pricing. Great, quality tire selection with very competitive pricing. My family goes nowhere else but to Steve Shannon's Tire and Auto Center. They are Second to None!

I ve only come here a couple of times and both times were a great experience. They re very quick, communicative, and honest about whatever work needs to be done. No obnoxious or pushy upselling, just solid recommendations on car care and fast, efficient service. And the staff is super pleasant. 10/10 would recommend.

I ve been going to Steve Shannon since I had my first car back in 2011, they always have the most amazing service. In my 13 years of coming here I ve never had an issue, they always take care of my car like it s their own! I will never go anywhere else.

Needed an alignment and was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. Took my car in, when they opened, and about 1 hour, it wad done. Great price too. Terry is awesome, since he cares about the customer

First time using Steve Shannon Tires and they were awesome to work with! Was driving by and decided to set up an appt to replace worn tires. They got me in within a couple days and even offered to fill up all 4 tires with air in the meantime since my car s system alerted me to the pressure change.Appt was quick and the service person at the front desk was very courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend them!

All the techs are friendly and make it very clear what is happening and what its gonna cost before going ahead with the repairs. My mom and i have gone here for years and love the work they do. One of the techs was even nice enough to walk across the street to put a battery in our car when it died. Highly recommend them over other local mechanical shops!

Friendly, professional, clear in explanations, very good work done in timely/as promised. Terry, Bob & techs seem to work efficiently as a team. Terry has managed my service of my cars for 16 years. When he left JWT we followed him to Shannon.

I called with a flat tire. Rob said bring it in and he had his technician repair it ASAP I was in and out in 30 minutes or less. Any time I have called these guys they always do a fantastic job and are quick and courteous.
