They charged me $190 to lose the aligning clamp piece for my right headlight and super glued it without telling me. They never asked to this, they simply asked to "fix my headlights".The sheer dishonesty of not telling me they lost or threw out a part and deciding to replace it with hot glue is embarrassing. I do not recommend going to this place.Two months later, the right headlight went out even though it supposedly got replaced. I went to replace and I find the headlight was hot glued in. It's not a coincidence that they didn't want me waiting there and recommended I go to the mall or library to wait. See the attached picture for their embarrassing repair.EDIT: They have reached out to me on how to make things right, which is good business. Frankly, I have already gotten it fixed. There's no making it right. I was pretty heated when I wrote this review, but I'm not changing what I said because that is how I felt at the time. I know how hard it can be for business owners to get bad reviews, so I do want to make it clear that they did the inspection and I got the inspection sticker I wanted. They appear to have done other work on other headlights that was fine. It's good business that they have reached out to me. Take reviews with a grain of salt and consider the good with the bad.However, not telling me that a part is lost and that someone subsequently hot glued my right headlight on is bad business. That bad experience doesn't change. I lost a day trying to figure this out. I'm not going to remove a one-star review that included things that actually happened.

Mark the owner and his crew were amazing . I was in a pinch being out of state they accommodated me right away and took care of my issue. I would highly recommend this shop . Honest , caring , and fair !!

Been taking my truck here for a few years now. Always good service, and you don t have to worry about them trying to take advantage of you. I had an issue one time, where the vehicle was still giving me issues when I left, however Mark took good care of me and made sure the issue was resolved. I appreciate someone who runs a business like that, it s rare to find these days. I really recommend using Sonnys for all of your vehicle needs !

Their labor rates are fair and they did a great job balancing the heavy E range tires that I put on my Tacoma.They also managed to get me these tires several weeks earlier than every other shop in the area told me, and were able to get me in to mount them the same week I called.Service: Tires

Outstanding customer service. I have been a customer since 2013 - I had taken my Jeep to another company to fix a front end issue. I had to go back over 4 times and the other company was not able to correct the issue.A Friend of mine had referred me to Sonny's Automotive. I live in Hershey so the drive is kinda far, However was well worth it. Mark was able to find and fix the issue with the front end on the first go. I continue to take my Jeep in to Sonny's for regular oil changes and inspections. A+ Service!!

I moved back to central Pa in 2011 and was having trouble finding a trustworthy mechanic to service my 2003 Highlander. A friend recommended Sonny's. I've had my car there for service a couple of times now and couldn't be happier. Excellent work for reasonable rates. Thank you Mark and staff at Sonny's!

I had a punctured flat tire on RT 39 in the middle of the work day, found Mark on the top of Google with the highest ratings and called him! He had a new tire already ordered and being delivered before I got there! Because of how awesome he was, my fiance took his car there for 4 tires and an oil change and he did an amazing job! Customer for life!

Had a power window regulator installed. Was charged $179 for a part you can get for $60 or $70. Was given a price of $330 for the total. When I picked my vehicle up I was shocked when I was told the total was $410. An $80 difference, that's a chunk of change.

Took my wife's Altima coupe for alignment after New tires, impressed. Took my 65 vette there after a wheel change out, WOW, she handles so much tighter now. Thanks Mark, you explained things and are a professional.

Friendly local garage that doesn't overcharge or perform services you don't need or didn't ask for.However, you need to bug them and check on the status of your vehicle; they're not very good at calling you to let you know it's done. When I called in to check on my vehicle (trying not to be that guy that bugs the shop every day with "is it done yet?") I found out it was done two days ago. This wouldn't have bothered me so much except that I Uber-ed to and from work two days longer than I needed to... and that ain't free.

Sonny and his son were awesome, real auto experts with my Chevy Astro. It was pouring rain, and they were even kind enough to let me sit down and work on my computer while they diagnosed. Quality crew.

At first I thought the repair charge was high, but after talking with Sonny's mechanic he explained the extra effort they had to perform to make sure the problem was completely solved. It was also nice they took the time to explain what they did and address my concern. I will go back, as I had other repair shops try and fix it and failed, Sonny's did it right.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO BE SERVICED!!!!!I purchased a 2005 Chrysler Mini Van in 2008 for my Father who is now 86 years old. He took the van to Mark the owner to be serviced and Inspected for years. Just went to pick up the Van 01/12/2013 and the Brakes that were supposed to be replaced was never done. When you apply the breaks the vehicle Shakes so bad you can hardly hold on to the steering wheel. My father Paid for oil changes that were never done. Matter fact when I checked the Oil I had to add 4 Quarts. The Electric sliding door stopped working and instead of fixing it Mark just cut the wires. BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO BE SERVICED!!!!!Poor Workmanship

Mechanics this good are far and few in between. We broke down on our interstate road trip and he not only fixed the car, he refused any money ! I wish I lived closer so he could be my mechanic.

Have been taking our cars to Sonny's for about a year and was surprised on how much money I've been saving! The difference: Sonny's only fixes things when they are actually needed. (The last guy would see a problem and use it as an excuse to increase his bill. I guess he had boat payments to make!)
