I had a good experience with Reliable Auto & Sales yeah they r truly busy at times but when ever my car needs fixed or I have an issue I take the vehicle there to the mechanic he checks it out if they can not fix the car they send the vehicle out to other shop and the problem is resolved, yes its a used car dealer so expect to get a used car not a new top of the line car! sometimes you get a car with no problems and other times you do, problems always seem to get ugly before the real beauty of it shows. *GET A WARRANTY IT HELPS SO MUCH I DID NO ISSUES! will always refer friends and family sorry for others that did have issues *

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and 15 days later the transmission went out. There are 4 codes coming up in addition. When i checked there was NO TRANNY FLUID IN THE CAR! An employee at the dealer drove my car around for a week prior to me purchasing this car and it had a recent inspection and emissions sticker on it. Further more, the person who did my finance paperwork did not even know how to explain the finance contract. I did some research and found out he doesnt even have a sales license his name is only on the business license. Also the finance company requested $1800 down I gave the $500 and they left me take the car. When the finance company called i told the this. they told me that they could not book the loan until the full down payment was paid. So the dealership called the bank and behind my back told the the down pmt was paid and the finance company then booked the loan. this is illegal! After my car broke 15 days after the purchase the dealership called and left me a voicemail that they were going to repo my car due to down payment balance owed (thank you for throwing yourself under the bus) I called them back n left them a voicemail to come get it and bring the rollback.... they still havent got the car and will not call me back. I filed a complaint with the attorney generals office. And I am still resolving this issue. Its a shame businesses are such scammers, could have gotten more business from me, family, friends....but they will most definitely not get any business from me or anyone I know ever again. I was referred by a friend who also had her vehicle break 3 weeks after purchasing her car. I do not recommend this dealer of scammers. They come and go as they please and do not operate on there posted business hours. UNRELIABLE AUTO SCAMS!

Awesome place these guys are great they fixed the impossible and now my car is working again and i recommend this place for everyone they do inspection and is a one stop shop for all your needs and super friendly and i want to say thank you again you are the best!!!
