Bought a car from here and 2 months later, my check engine light came on. Needed a new catalytic converter. (edit) Purchased car from inside their auto repair shop, so I decided to get the catalytic converter fixed there. They fixed it, wasn t fixed, so they sent me to a dealership. The dealership said something was loose from the parts being put in and charged me $200. Told R&S and they said they would give me half back, I argued that it was their fault for not putting the part in correctly. They did give me the full amount and told me that if it comes back that it s not fixed, they wouldn t work on it. Obviously never went back

I decided to go with this shop after reading a review from a person who said this was their go to shop and thought I'd have such luck as well. But after receiving service I can't say I'm necessarily pleased, I told the gentleman a list of things that I was experiencing with the vehicle and even told him certain parts that I knew would need replaced. I've researched my car and had intentions on fixing these issues myself but I don't have the time nor another vehicle to get it done so I knew what I was requesting. But they checked it and said that everything was fine and the issues I was having was coming from other components, I asked if he was sure and he confidently told me there was no issues with the parts I said something about.Not saying what they did fix wasn't a issue but I know for a fact they weren't as pressing as the issues I told them about. I go pick up my vehicle and unsurprisingly the problems I had prior to dropping my car off were the same problems I had when picking it up . So overall I have to say I wasn't pleased with the service I received and I felt they didn't truly take the effort necessary to fix the problems I requested. With that said I am still on the quest for a reliable, affordable mechanic. I wouldn't tell anyone not to go here but I also wouldn't recommend either. The guys here are so Awesome... we bought several vehicles here and was really impressed at how great the guys are that do the selling, paperwork You HAVE to meet Gizmo, the Service dog! He's Awesome... but do Not get too close to the desk if Americo isn't at it! Gizmo is so friendly and loves attention...I got rear-ended a few weeks ago and needed some body work done and they got me fixed right up and did an Amazing job on my car! Won't buy or trade my vehicle anywhere else!Thank you so much guys for Great Service Every time. (Raul, America, Don and Tony- you guys Rock!!!)

Americo and the rest of the guys are great. Honest and right to the point. Great work here. The quality of the work is great as well. Car went kaput, while on a work trip in Harrisburg... :(Americo was amazing in communicating with me about my car! It was horrible to have a break down 3 hours away from home, but R&S were angels in disguise.Thank you for getting back on the road and home safely!

They helped me out when my car broke down 60 miles from home. They sent a tow truck and had it repaired in a few days. It was a major repair so it wasn t cheap but I feel their price was fair. Kept me updated along the way. Runs great now. Thanks guys!!!!!

Very professional, business oriented and kind. They scheduled me in last minute for an inspection and emissions. Even considered my child by putting the ninja turtles on tv. We were comfortable while we waited and left with peace. Honest and considerate in prices. I will be a returning customer. Definitely recommend! They are my car care team!!! I get my oil change, inspections and routine maintnence done with them as well. It s always easy to get an appointment. They do a great job and are friendly and easy to communicate with. They are very knowledgeable and get my cars in and out in a reasonable time. So grateful to have found them!

My car was acting up. Took it to R&S and they found the problem and let me know in a matter of minutes and by the end of the day had an estimate down to the penny! Great speedy service, knowedgeable mechanics, informative and theyre in it for the customer. Will do business again. Thanks guys!

They Work Fast And Accurate , Went To Change My Lock Actuator For My Car And They Charged Me A Reasonable Price, Other Places Were Charging Me $500 While I Got It Done Here For 85% Less. These People Do Not Rip People Off For Their Money. Defiantly Would Be Going Back.Look For A Man Named Americo He Does An Amazing Job!! :)

This is the best Auto Repair business that I have ever dealt with. The customer service is the best. They got my car inspected and some repairs done very quickly. I am recommending them to everyone!

I love this place... Is easy to get to... The guys are very nice and honest... I took my car over for oil change today or so I thought it needed oil change and I had about 3000 more miles to go before I need my oil changed.. Now they could have changed it and charged me for it but instead honestly told me my car is good to go the oil was great and to come back in another 3000 miles...Honesty is very rare these days when it comes to garages... This one is very honest.. That's why I would highly recommend this place for any car work needed to be done...
