These guy's are fantastic! I got a quote from BMW to replace my brake pads & rotors for over $1700. I called ThoMas from On The Go Services & he quoted me only $700! I saved 1k & got a free oil change & tire rotation for being a new client. I will be coming back for every single car issue I have!

I have known this young gentleman ThoMas since 2017 and he has an amazing, humble, respectful personality for his age. He comes from very good upbringing and is a God-fearing young man indeed. Very honest, compassionate, family oriented and to see a man that young to be a hard worker and dedicated to his craft is what we need in this world today. He is very respectful and to meet him and especially know him is like a breath of fresh air! I have worked with him and he has amazing work ethics, I have also watched him start his business from scratch . From being mobile and personally coming to one s home to do the work up until now by establishing his own business. The drive to provide the most excellent service is of the utmost importance to him and he is worth it. He currently has my car (as we speak and it is a 2001 Subaru Legacy), and I told him what was wrong and asked him to do a multi-system diagnostic and tell me everything that is needed to get her running like a champ. He provided me a list, but I m not going to advertise it now until he is completely done with checking it over some more. When speaking to you about the problems and cost(s) associated with performing the work .he was VERY CLEAR that he will NOT do anything without permission and he was very clear about the pricing associated so one is not blinded about what they would have to spend and no hidden, added fees that would frustrate a customer. I am one who wants to know upfront exactly what I am paying for and exactly how much and he is VERY honest and upfront with anybody and ALL communication. Honest mechanics are extinct nowadays .. but he is the one that can definitely bring competition to other mechanics in that department and also providing reasonable pricing for the work he does which is very excellent. He s worked at Toyota Freedom (Allentown Blvd, Harrisburg, PA), as a mechanic for many years to harness and sharpen his skills to where they are now and I couldn t be any more prouder of him than I already am. When he is completely finished working on my Subaru, I will provide an update, (with pictures of course) and a list in detail the work he performed. This man is amazing indeed and there s so much more I could say about him, but I STRONGLY advise for everyone to meet him for themselves and give him an opportunity to service your car .my words are definitely not in vain. We need MORE mechanics like this because there are no more not to mention many lie just to rob your pockets for profit .NOT this gentleman AT ALL. He also is working on expansion of his current business and is very aggressive when applying himself to make it happen. He is a man of ACTION not words and he is definitely one to keep as a reliable mechanic in desperate times of need. He s a true game changer and will definitely be a strong competitor for other car mechanics around. Until he is finished with my vehicle, check him out and again, when he completes the work, I will provide an update along with pictures of his amazing work. When I say I trust him, I definitely mean he is VERY trustworthy indeed

After getting a screw in our tire and causing a flat, ThoMas came to our location removed the tire and gave us two options, either a quick plug or remove the tire from the rim to install a plug and a interior patch from the inside of the tire. We went with the patch and plug for a leak free fix and it did the trick. ThoMas removed and installed the tire from the car in rainy weather (he patched and plugged it at the shop), all with a smile. I Highly recommend these guys! ON THE GO SERVICE LLC is a class act!
