Originally gave a 5 star review but had to change the review due to the extensive amount of damage that occurred to my husbands tires and rims. The rims were damaged extensively during the first visit. The rims were scratched in so many places. The cap that goes in the middle of the rim was broken and cracked and was never brought to my attention and someone put epoxy on it to hide the damage. Also the lugs were taken off and one original lug was not put back on and another random locked lug was put on that did not belong on my vehicle and we had no lock to take it off. Too many issues we noticed after going to just have tires put on. We brought the tires back to have them taken off and when we brought the damage to the managers attention he already knew about it and decided not to charge us to remove the tires from the rims. Wasn t much to say because the damage was already done. Rims definitely damaged and new expensive tires also. I thought this was a reputable place to get the job done but I was mistaken. Also it seems like someone who works there is seriously screwing up and someone is covering for them because that is an extensive amount of damage and errors in one visit.

I must say the Customer Service and genuine service at NTB, was top tier ... Every last person here was respectful, and knowledgeable. But Scott was an Angel (in human form), he went above and beyond his duties, to ensure my family stayed safe and informed. So Scott, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You

The customer service provided at this location is over the top. When my car developed an issue while driving I stopped at NTB. They rapidly looked at my car, explained the problem, and acted quickly to fix it. They kept me informed of the progress frequently. And the cost was VERY reasonable. Wonderful service!

I called in the evening and spoke with Josh, who was very warm and welcoming over the phone. He was able to get me in within ten minutes after arriving at this location. I only needed a minor fix, but they were quick, friendly and acted as if they truly appreciated my business. My car repair was small, but Jeremiah answered my questions with a smile and was kind and efficient. Thank you!

I came into the shop for an inspection and oil change; and the whole experience was wonderful. I was welcomed by a gentleman at the front counter named Josh, he was very sweet and explained everything that would need fixed with my car and how much it would cost. But the best service came from the mechanic named Jeremiah Joel he was super kind and made me a list of things that I don t need fixed now but should look into for the future. I will come back not only because of the good mechanic work but also for the welcoming environment and the top tier employees they have!!!

Scott and Dylan were so helpful and professional. They fixed my tire in 20 minutes and it was free. Dylan said no reason to make a bad day worse That s the company policy for flat tires. Who knew?!Thanks NTB for the awesome customer service. Past,Present and future customer!

I have had a good experience the times I have visited NTB, 2 days ago I went to buy 2 new tyres. Everything went well but upon driving the car back I realized the car was shaking on a highway, I actually skipped my exit to drive a little further coz I thought maybe it's the new tyres effect. On my next exit I decided to call them and let them know. The guy kept insisting he did mention to me the bushings on front tire was broken which he didn't. He went ahead to say it is even on my receipt. We went back and forth and I kept telling him if that was brought to my attention the least I could have done was get a quote but nothing regarding a broken bushing was brought to my attention. He then admitted that the mechanic did put that down on his assessment but he forgot to let me know as well as putting it down in the receipt breakdown. I went ahead and called the corporate to complain which I ended up to Mavis company who apparently owns this store, they gave me the regional manager name Matt W******* who was supposed to call me the following day and advice me on the way forward coz I couldn't go back that day. I got a reference number *877321* but to my disappointment I never got a call.My two takes on it is, my car wasn't shaking before, and if you find something wrong then diagnose and let me know. Second I tried to reach out and I feel a courtesy call could have been placed, "as promised" having spent $300 plus on that day.

I noticed a change in my front passenger side tire and stopped here to have it checked out. Scott checked it said it was fixable and was nice enough to do it for FREE! Big ups to Scott and NTB. Will definitely go here for all my future tire and battery needs.

Scott and team performed state inspection, alignment, oil change, rear brakes and tires. Volvo s60 Car was completed with a job on time and as quoted. Appreciate where they had put in extra care to ensure updates on status of the car for me. Said several times, safety was a priority which I appreciated. Ray

If you don't know now you know! They do plugs for free here. Woke up to a nail in my tire. Put the donut on and was expecting to have to purchase a new tire but nope. Not here! 30 minutes later and with all the money I walked the door with, I rolled on out. Thanks again NTB

Dylan was a great help getting my tires taken care of Made a semi complicated tire swap happen seamlessly. Been using NTB for a long time now and I would say under the new corporate umbrella things are still as good if not better.

They were able to fit me in on a recent road trip with my kids when we had some trouble with our wheels. The staff was incredibly helpful and got us on the road for a good price and much smoother driving!

Excellent service. Was on a budget and Josh quoted me lower than anyone else I went to previously. And when the work was finished it came out to be even lower. Mavis Has my loyalty moving forward with my truck s servicing.

I had a leaky tire when I went in.The technician Dylan Biondo was able to verify the problem and fix the tire in minutesThe manager Josh came over and helped me make selections for new tires and was extreemely helpful with everything I needed.Thanks to the great team at Harrisburg shop! I will be a customer from now on.

I had an appointment for an inspection with Jack Williams however they couldn't find me in the system, so i asked him if he could call another store and see if i could get in asap, due to the time limit i was given for this inspection. He sent me to NTB. As a result i found that the staff was very friendly. I was in at 2:30 and out by 3:30 just as i was told. Mr Josh was was very nice, i do recommend to Josh's boss, to put a small tv in the waiting room, lol with maybe roku subscription....just saying poor josh had to hear me the hold time lol. I will be passing the word out to my bosses, my friends and family. This is the place to go!!!! Thank you for your timely service and friendly staff....

They have a 5 out of 5 star team! Fantastic an very well trained and very friendly staffing. They have great deals on tires, suspension and brakes. They also do "free" tire patches!!! They want to get you back on the road fast and safe. Customer satisfaction is the highest priority at this location.

came here with a nail in my tire and was so kindly helped!!!Josh and Scott were so kind and helpful! They were patient, friendly, and i really appreciated the time they gave me. I asked them if they wanted a coffee or something for their time (they fixed the tire for free) and they said no thank you we just want you driving safe on the road I will DEFINITELY be coming back for any future issues! THANKS SO MUCH YOU GUYS!

I just got my oil changed, tires aligned, and and my tie rods replaced. The gentlemen working there were professional, honest, helpful, and SO KIND. We will absolutely be bringing our Subaru back here and now our Hyundai too. They managed to be very quick and very thorough at the same time, which is always appreciated. We know they did really great work and we absolutely recommend them.

This past November on the 2nd my wife and I had an appointment for our 22 month old son in Harrisburg (allergy testing). It was past his nap time so when we left the doctors office, he very quickly fell asleep. As we pulled out onto the main road, our TPS sensor came on so we found NTB on Jonestown Road. I explained the tire puncture and also the that our toddler was sleeping and asked if he could remain in the vehicle while they repaired it. Kyle got approval and we were next in line for service. Each of the team members check to make sure that it could be done safely. It was approved by the manager and our tire was repaired at no cost and yes, he slept through the entire thing. They are an amazing crew, I came in because I had a nail in my tire, and they fixed it up really quick, I am definitely returning to them for anymore repairs. I recommend everyone to check this place out.

Awful experience- what was a one hour appointment to change one tire turned into 6 1/2 hours over a jammed lug nut- with reassurances it wouldn t take over 2 hours. Was hours late for work. Do not go here. Poorly ran

Scott is hands down the only reason i d be returning. Had some very mild problems in the past however with Scott there, I feel my vehicle is in the most trusted hands.
