Horrible experienced. I took my vehicle in for a exhaust muffler infection/estimate. My car went in perfectly fine and cme out with scratches/red & yellow paint on the driver lower bumper side. My car being lowered in the front you have to be careful driving it since it's so low it can get scratched easily. I reported this to The district store manager about 1 week ago and all he told me was "I will pass this on to our claims department and they will be in contact with you," still waiting for someone to call me. I know what my car had and what it does not have. My car did not have this scratched and paint when I took it there. This people are careless and very unprofessional. The store manager is very rude and sarcastic. I will never bring my car here for any type of business! Hopefully they take some responsibility foe damaging my car. Irresponsables,unprofessional,& incompetent!

So grateful for Jack at Monro! After my former oil and inspection center could not get me in, Jack ensured I was helped same day! Fast, efficient and an honest company! 5 star recommend!

The team here is always excellent.I started coming here for my inspection but now do all service and repairs here too.I can t count the amount of times that I ve had little issues or questions and stopped in for help and the guys have checked out the car, fixed the issue (or found no repairable issue). They ve not only given me peace of mined but confidence in the care and level of service offered here.Absolutely would recommend.Jack is the manager and is always really knowledgeable and helpful.Thanks guys!

On 20th feb I called the number on the website to make an appointment for the store on Eisenhower Blvd store for an engine diagnostic test for an engine light code p219b . The call center made my appointment on the store on the walnut street . I was told that there will be no charge to check the code and I will only be charged if there s any repairs. When I reached the store on the Eisenhower Blvd , I was told that my appointment was in the other store and I should go there. When I reached there they said that they didn t had any technicians and I should go to a different store . After calling the Coustmer care several times I was able to get an appointment on the Eisenhower Blvd . When I went back there the guy over there said He s a replacement for someone else and only comes here for one day and not sure what s wrong. He checked the car and gave me a report that my o2 sensor has an issue. I told that we replaced all the 02 sensors and spark plugs with coils 2 days ago but he said I have to change the downstream left again. I was charged 99usd plus tax . I went back to my mechanic and changed the O2 sensor again but the problem was not resolved .I called back the store manager again on 21st feb and explained him the whole situation. He asked me to bring back the car again and he will see what s wrong. I went back there again and waited for couple hours until they were able to check the car again.The manager told me that there was nothing wrong with my o2 sensor and it s something in the engine that he can t figure out bcz they can t diagnose the engine .I made an appointment today with the dealer and brought the car here on 22nd feb . They did the full engine diagnose and figured out that it was a faulty fuel injector and replaced it . Now the car is running fine without any code .My 2 days and money was wasted without any solution. I will never recommend it again to anyone and will leave reviews everywhere where I can. It s a big harassment and waste of money.I called the Coustmer care center several times but no one helped. I called the 1800 number and explained them the whole situation but they said they can t help me out.I want my money back but they said only the manager can do that and for that I have to contact them. It s a very bad experience

Jack and his entire staff were courteous and pleasant not to mention extremely knowledgeable. I have a lift Jeep Gladiator that they installed new aftermarket springs and did an alignment to adjust my caster. The results were great and the Jeep drives better than every. Thanks for the good job.

My all time go to repair shop, they did fantastic work for my wife's Avalon. Fast service, work in timely manner, reasonable pricing. Highly recommended. Best thing, they are open In weekends.

Not sure whats up with this Monro location. In the past had great service from the Queen St in York and the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg. locations. Now on Day 3 after having my vehicle towed in, and they have yet to even look at whats wrong.

Jack was an absolute pleasure to work with! We re from MA, and did not realize how bad our rear brakes had been. We called in the morning and he took us in same day while we were at Hershey Park. He was so kind and knowledgeable and we very much appreciate him! Thank you so much Jack!

Wasted my time and acted like it was my fault. If you have a website to make appointments, then give you 3 confirmations of the appointment, make sure you can do it. Was told they didn't have any techs after 4:00 when the site allows you to schedule appointments till 7:00. It wouldn't have been such a bad experience if the person in the shop was at least courteous.

The guy with the glasses (I think he is a manager) always treats me well. I thought I needed new brakes and they were honest with me to let me know I didn't. Most people who of did it anyway and took my money. I had an emergency this weekend and he had me in and out. They are good people.

Spoke with the assistant manager Alan, excellent customer service, up front and honest, goes above and beyond to solve your issues. He worked on my car and was very knowledgeable. Fast service, and very reasonable price.

The staff and service is always great. I didn't have to wait. The staff is friendly and keep me up to date on my car. I appreciate that I never feel pressured into buying anything or having a service done. I'm always given full information and when needed, I'm told what I might need in the coming months and/or what to be aware of which is very helpful.

Came by because my check engine light was on after getting an oil change at Vavoline. Turns out they knocked a sensor plug loose when changing the air filter. Jamie fixed it at no cost! Very nice & honest thing to do.

I appreciate the fact that they could see me last minute but this place is an absolute joke. I left my car on a Friday for a fuse issue and I had to keep calling to get updates. Sunday I called and told them I'll take my car somewhere else and I was told the car is dead, my car was fine when I dropped it off. The guy that was working said he would get the technician to restart to. When I got there, he said he can't find his technician and the guy incharge won't be back until Tuesday. I said I had work the nxt day and needed it by then, he kept saying ok OK as if it was no big deal. I've used monroe auto before and had no issues but this location is a no for me.

I had my doubts about this place at first but after I took my car for an inspection and also asked the prices for a tune-up and fuel injection service, I'm going to take my car back there. I have a feeling they're pretty honest.

This used to be a good reputable shop, but now they have raised the prices so much that they are driving away customers. I was charged WAY to much to do a minor job and overcharged for the parts and labor. I wish the business the best of luck, but they won t have me back as a customer.

Jack and his staff provide honest prompt competitively priced auto service. Jack has gone out of his way to take me as quickly as possible. The shop is clean and pleasant. Jack is friendly and helpful in describing and showing issues. We are glad to know Jack and Monro and recommend them to others

My fiancee's vehicle was experiencing metal on metal brake wear and the technicians at Monro were able to get her vehicle in immediately. I also appreciated that they checked everything else over while they had the vehicle and recommended that her battery be replaced as well. I can take comfort knowing that she is driving a safe vehicle to and from work as a nurse.

Thank you so much for your help. Car alternator shut down on Sunday afternoon, luckily close to this shop and the very kind staff who helped us get along our way quickly. They tracked down a part for us and expedited our service so we could make our trek back to DC in good time.

I just went into Monro Auto Service for an oil change and I had an awesome experience! Ken is the manager/owner of this shop and he was very personable and friendly (at the front desk). I asked if I could get an oil change and he said that they were slightly booked and wondered if I could come back in the next day or so, which would have been Saturday or Sunday. I told him that those days wouldn t really work for me and and asked if there any way he could fit me in somewhere. Ken double-checked the schedule and told me that he could squeeze me in, in about 10 minutes. I was so grateful! The mechanic that worked on my car was also very knowledgeable and thorough. Thank you so much, Ken for fitting me in today!! It means a lot and I really appreciate it! Thank you, Ken, (and the other mechanic!) for a great experience and great service today!! I will be back to see you if I m in the area, for my next oil change. I happily rate this shop with 5 very enthusiastic stars and 2 thumbs up!!! Come see them They ll take care of you!

Steve was such a huge help. Even while what seemed to be the busiest part of his day, he managed to take care of the phone, the other technicians and still managed to maintain eye contact to thoroughly explain the results of my visit. I highly recommend!

Very unprofessional and deceptive business practices. The service rep tried to force my daughter into services her vehicle didn't need. He just wouldn't take no for an answer and it got to the point where she had to call me so I can tell him we didn't want the extra services. He really tried to turn a $50 oil change into a $1000 service. Unacceptable and unethical.

I don't normally leave reviews but today I had too. Steve at Monro on Eisenhower is a lifesaver. I was so scared when I came in but from beginning to end he helped me more then I could have imagined. Amazing man!!! If you EVER need anything for your car go to Monro on Eisenhower BLVD!!!
