I have been taking my vehicles here for two years. All of the employees here are great to work with and they are MORE than fair. I would recommend this shop to anyone. Nick is a great guy and he will take care of you.

This is so disheartening to write this review, i love this place been coming for many many years, i heard my car making a squeak noise , so i do what i normally do and take it to this shop, now i knew it was the breaks on the car, so i asked how much to get the pads replaced, he said well you need new rotors and break pads, now mind you my car is a 2023 outlander aint no way i need this, bought brand new from factory, ok well comes to find out they dont even make them yet car still to new , umm knew this, so i said how much for the pads to be replaced he quoted me 330 for the back only, i said umm no looked up the pads i can buy them at auto zone for 67, all i have to pay is install which is about 100.00, just doing some general research, and so i said how about i buy the pads how much for you to put them in he said 230, i got to the point, where i was like its ok, i get its income tax season, not everyone have all this money so why go an arm and a leg for just back breaks and thats not even the front either, after dealing with them so long the reason why i was upset is because they just did my inspection in November 2023 and said all was fine to now be march 3 months later and now its this and that i would have respected that all being done during inspection. I said its ok and i took my business elsewhere, i ended up going to a local shop and got all 4 break-pads replaced after i bought the pads myself less than 100 and had them put it in for 100, and i did the extra with them and bought two new tires, they literally said nothing was wrong with my rotors at all, umm i knew this, i ended up paying more however i got better quality service with 2 brand new tires, lets say less then 450 well worth it then for me to pay midas them 330 for them to install breaks only on the back. They just lost a faithful customer, i know its about business, however where is the customer services and he didnt even try to retain me he was basically like ok well i see you next time, umm nope you wont. i wont give them 1 star the mechanic in the back handling the cars, was amazing tall skinny guy he knew my car inside and out even remember what i need to get done last time, and due to my warranty i didnt have to pay nothing , hes amazing i wont fault the whole staff however dude working front counter disappointed me to the fullest, hey its ok im gucci car is working amazing now, all and all support your local business they will get the job done better than these high class milks that just want money

No very happy with this shop anymore. Got a catalytic converter replaced and they didn't even have the common courtesy to fill my windshield wiper fluid. Dropped an insane amount of money in the last month there for more problems and more money they will not be getting. Time to find someone who doesn't over charge their customers.

Today, my husband visited the tire balancing shop, and the shop owner made a loud complaint in the background about removing the center caps. He wrongly criticized Enkei NT03s as being of low quality, which is not the case, and also claimed that STI transmissions are weak, despite the fact that they can handle up to 650 ft lbs of torque from the factory. This individual displayed a lack of Subaru knowledge and seemed to have a poor work ethic. The shop lacked professionalism, and if I could, I would rate it zero stars.

I have been a Midas customer for about 15 years and I can say that my experience has been nothing short of amazing. They are accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly and eager to not only provide the service that you need but to also provide a diagnostic at no charge to you upon receiving the service requested. I had an appointment at 12 noon for an alignment - at 2pm I was still waiting - they finally got my vehicle into the shop - and then at 230pm - i was finally on my way

B aware that this facilities is over charging consumer in part,4-5x time more than what the original price is. Ask qustion and due price check on part prior off paying. Nathaniel don't care off your hard earning.. store manager perpusly overcharge individual that don't know any better.Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

I needed my suspension replaced and couldn t get in my regular mechanics shop and called and Midas gave me an immediate appointment and fixed my SUV in less than 2 hours and I was on my way and the price was reasonable. I d recommend Midas to any and everyone. The did an excellent job. Would have given ten stars if they offered that.

Had my car previously inspected by Pep Boys and they found 2 holes in my exhaust. They wanted to charge me between $1500 and $2000 for an entire new exhaust system. I went back to the Harrisburg area visiting family and I went to Midas to get their opinion on what they could do for me. Put it simply, they cut out the old stuff and put new stuff in for a hole free exhaust. They had the job done in an hour. Glad I got the second opinion

I had my annual inspection and oil change done. I made an appointment and waited for the work to be done. It took about an hour and I would have given it five stars but I was not comfortable with the fact that the person at the counter didn t wear a mask. Furthermore, while I was waiting another customer came in and he walked back and forth speaking on his phone right were I sat, waiting, and he didn t have a mask either. I wish people would understand that this is about protecting not only our health but that of those around us!

I came for an oil change for my Hyundai sonata 2.4. I had a coupon, 59.99 full synthetic oil up to 5 quarts, but the manager told me that my car took 5.7 quarts (20 bucks more)which I had never been told before. This is my 5th oil change and no one told me that s..t before. I left the place without an oil change.

Great deal with a Groupon, for getting inspection done. I appreciated that part. I did not appreciate the Intensive smell of smoke in the waiting room. There was nothing that would have cleaned the air. Not to mention, that the manager and everyone else working for him did not wear masks. I walked in with my mask on, they acted like they could not care any less. Sorry, these are tough times and I think wearing masks in a public place should be mandatory at this point. I will think twice before going back. Frankly, this is the main reason for my low writing. I can't help but think anyone who doesn't care for protecting people probably really doesn't care that much about their cars, either.

The staff were beyond nice and helpful! I couldn't be more pleased!!! They special ordered tires for me, had them in the afternoon (I called in the morning), went over what my dashboard lights were and meant, checked fluids for me, replaced the tires, and kept it all in the quote. To be honest, my only disappointment is that I live 2 hours away from these guys. 10/10.

1 hour and 50 mins for a simple inspection. Passed in other dealerships and shops without a single issue and we take excellent care of my car that is barely ever driven. They tried to rip us off and charge an insane amount for pieces that cost nearly nothing and a diagnosis for an issue my car has had for 4 years and passed every single time. Anyways, all valid reasons to fail inspection, but the prices charged and service taking almost 2 hours with an appointment scheduled for something that doesn t take longer than 30 mins to 1 hr shows how much of a rip off this place is.

Not organized or busy can't sell to customers not a place to work for got fired for putting 2 weeks in all. Because I was. Moving to Florida lied about how much they were going to pay Don't work or go there. Not worth anyone's time.

Called to get an estimate for a coolant Leak and spoke to Dave. I explained the problem and Dave said what the possible problem was but instead of just ripping everything apart he informed me that he would pressure test my coolant system. Once that was done he called and told me what I needed. They performed the service needed and my car was ready by the time promised. Highly recommend them

Very disrespectful man named Nick running the place. He puts you down and calls you names behind your back and then when he gets called out and confronted he kicks you out of his business. Never bring a disabled person to this business because Nick will put you down.

Short version , ((They broke my door handle yanking on my door so hard going in and out of my truck to where the driver door wouldn't open anymore then they backed my truck out of the garage and said we did the oil change there is nothing we can do about the door handle so you can take your truck.I had to call the police for them to fix my door handle. ))I went there for a oil change and alignment. While they were working on my truck one of the guys comes to me and ask "Did you have trouble opening your driver side door"? I look puzzle at him and said No, why do you ask and he just walked away. A few minutes later I noticed my truck shaking while in the bay. I walk around to see 1 guy yanking on my door handle while an other guy is inside my truck trying to shoulder my door open. I asked what was the problem and they said your door isn't working and asked was it like that when I came in. I said no you seen me come out of the drivers side, your employee entered my truck numerous times and there was no issue now all of a sudden your saying it was like that? They ended up pulling my truck out of the garage and telling me there was nothing they could do and that my truck was done with the oil change and i could go. The manager didn't want any part of correcting the issue so i had to call the police and tell them what happened in order to get my vehicle fixed. The mechanic had broke my door handle and didn't want to fix it until the police came. I will never in a million years go there ever again.

I had great service at this store. Working on the road as I do its hard to find a place you can trust to bring your vehicle to be maintenanced. I found one here. Thanks for the follow up after I left the store.

Horrible service. First time I came in for engine mounts they lost the hood rod to my car, they claimed it was broken when cometo find out,they didn't know how to put it back properly. Second time I came in for a simple oil change and next thing you know I have problems with my car overheating and not starting on the very same day. Do NOT go here. They will mess your car up.

I went to Midas for the first time on Friday to get an oil change before a long drive home to NC. As they were pulling my car around, another mechanic backed into my car. The man got out of the car, looked at the car he was driving, and then disappeared from the scene. He did not even look at my car, and he offered no apologies to me for what he had done. The man who was driving my car was nice about it, and looked at it to ensure that there was no damage, but still there were no apologies from anyone, which is terribly annoying to me because it is my first car and I have recently put thousands of dollars into restoring it. I know it does not look expensive to anyone else, but it is on the road to being restored, and it has great sentimental value to me. Also, I drove it about 4 hours south, and started a bad knocking type sound coming from the engine, so after much examination, I decided to check the paper work, and I found that they put almost a whole quart less than what is recommended by Nissan. Needless to say, running with too little oil was causing the noise, and could have caused irreversible damage to my newly rebuilt engine. I am beyond frustrated with the service I received, and I don't plan on returning. A simple apology would have made a world of difference to me in this situation, but he was rude and inconsiderate.

Traveling from New York to Maryland. Had a coolant line break. We went to 3 different dealers, noone would help us.(with 3 small children with us) Went to Midas. They were getting ready to leave for the night. We got there just in time. They took our vehicle in and fixed it for us! We can't thank them enough!
