Meyers RV Superstore on Allentown Blvd. in Harrisburg, VA! Outstanding customer service. Jesse, our sales representative, immediately connected with us and made us feel welcome. We had been to other RV dealerships searching for the right RV for us and a couple of those locations didn t take us seriously as buyers so we left. (Sometimes dealers look at a certain demographic and write you off before they know who you are.)From beginning to end Jesse not only understood our needs but went above and beyond to give us the best outcome possible. The entire staff at Meyers RV are personable, friendly, informed and they know the business well. Jim, our mechanic there, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the final walkthrough. I can t say enough kind things about him, his patience and his understanding of our need to know all we needed to learn about the RV before we start this RV lifestyle. The finance paperwork was well explained by Jennifer, she s great! The salespeople in the store section were helpful, fun and friendly and so kind! Even the kind and friendly receptionist gave us high quality welcome and refreshments to make us comfortable and refreshed. If you re looking to acquire an RV of any kind do yourself a favor and travel first to MEYERS RV Superstore in Harrisburg. We ve done the footwork already and they are outstanding!

A+++. I had excellent experience. Started with Matt my sales person. He explained everything I need and what will work great for me. We were able to come up on the price that we both (Meyers RV Superstores of Harrisburg) agree on and they stayed with the same agreement through all the way. Give me his personal number and if I had any questions to text him anytime and he responded within minutes back. I had to order my motor home he told me when should be getting it and keep my update status when I'll be getting it. When time come to pick it up Kristen got me scheduled for pick up and when there was a problem (broken item came form manufacture) she made things happen for me that I could pick up my motor home on time. When it came time to do all the paperwork Jennifer was knowledge and suggested what warranties would work for me. It was very easy to work with here she did not put any pressure want to buy or not. Last thing when it came time to do the walk around my motor home. Andrew was great he took his time to explain everything about it and how it work. My family we had great experience it was worth the drive from Portland, Oregon to pick it up. Definitely will come back when it's time to get another one. Thanks all for your help making it easy for me.

We are planning to sell our home and go full time for the foreseeable future but there are SO many options, we needed to see and feel our options after doing quite a bit of research. We chose Camping Word first; pricing, after sale service and selection were our priority goals on this preliminary visit. The showroom was clean and inviting, the receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The salesman (couldn't tell you his name as he didn't bother to offer it) was very goal oriented. He couldn't tell you our names either, as he didn't ask us for them. Nonetheless, he immediately started in with his "shpeel" before asking anything about our interest or needs. We repeatedly stated we were in the beginning stages of our search and he insisted on telling us what we were looking for-not at all in line with anything we were saying. He ignored our questions in favor of his own. How much do we want our monthly payments to be? What is our credit score? Are we prepared to put down at least 10%? Can we close the deal by the end of the month? PRICES ARE GOING TO KEEP RISING, THIS IS THE TIME TO BUY! Eventually, we got annoyed and his response to our obvious irritation was "It's always more fun to buy than to be sold, right?" That was the final straw. We left abruptly and drove down the road to Meyer RV. Totally different experience. Ms. Carrie greeted us at the door with an umbrella and a hug! (It was raining and we were toting two babies). She was professional and cheerful and sat down with us to have a talk. It honestly felt like we were at a cafe, having a conversation with a new friend. She asked questions, took notes and shared experiences that helped to put us at ease and we just felt we could trust her. The manager didn't sit in his office, detached from the hustle and bustle. (I would say there were probably half a dozen salespeople and at least that many potential buyers near us). He came by to say "hi" and thank us for the opportunity to earn our business. This was especially significant to us because that kind of service is dying all around us and we had just had such a distasteful experience down the road. Carrie showed us several RVs that were exactly what we asked about, told us about options available from other locations and responded to our inquiries with respect and professionalism. Her knowledge and candor were equally appreciated. Not everything she said was what we wanted to hear but we were there for accurate information, not useless BS. Long story, longer. We could not have been less impressed with Camping World and would recommend you steer clear, although we also recognize that our experience was just with one person and others may (hopefully) be more pleasant and we could not be more impressed with the entire experience at Meyers. We feel as if we are in a position to make an informed decision, with confidence. We will be buying our brand new 2024 Class A RV Motorhome from Meyers RV Superstore this month or next and Camping World lost a $155,000 sale.

Kristen,Brian and their crew were great! They helped me out and got our RV how it should ve been when we originally picked it up in Branchville over a month ago where nothing was done whatsoever except they put 400 miles on our paid RV and insured to me thankfully they didn t have an accident but they did use and broke a few things won t go back there again! To go to Harrisburg is a trip for us but well worth it and will be back when or if something needs to be done. We appreciate everyone who helped us out well worth the trip and recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an RV or have work done they were a pleasure and very knowledgeable on the ins and outs!

I bought a used 2015 motorhome with 23000 miles. They did replace the windshield, two slide motors, batteries, and tires. They stated if it didn't pass NY state inspection they would fix it. More on that comment. I gave them a list of problems. They had it for approximately 5 weeks and I ended up fixing most of it myself. The dash bezel was loose and falling out. I fixed it. Bathroom vanity light didn't work. I fixed it. Back up cameras worked sporadically. I fixed it. The passenger slide dirt seal was torn and loose. I now have a seal that's broken but it's been siliconed in place with the bonus of many silicone fingerprints all over the paint. That's just to mention a few. Now I took it to get it inspected and found out the passenger side kingpin is bad to the tune of $800. One should never pay for something before its fixed but that's not how it works. Although I don't think they are any different than any other dealer. In other words if you are buying an RV new or used and it needs repairs...good luck. Almost a year later I have done the work and made her look and function how she is suppose to be.

They're great and helpful. Here is my update to my first review Mike Dunn was great with everything he could do with in his power. We had to wait a little bit of time to get the parts that we added extra to the camper. Fast forward to last Friday we went to pick it up and to have the hitch installed. The guys it the shop were great they did the work quickly and correct. The gentleman that did the walk through was on point found out the answer we wanted to know and very professional. THANK YOU Meyer's RV we love the new camper

They failed to do a warranty repair that we brought our brand new RV in for. The RV is not charging on shore power. By the time we got it back, it still was not charging. We also had owner-induced damage that we needed them to take care of, but they quoted $3,350 in labor to install a new door - that's LABOR only. They thought it was going to an insurance claim so they jacked up the quote to disgusting shameful levels. We declined the labor and installed it ourselves, it took just one hour. The new $950 replacement door had a big dent in it. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage that occurred between the factory and this dealership, they just loaded the dented door on my pickup with the damage side down so it wasn't visible when we left. That's unacceptable. But the worst part was the lack of communication during the couple of months that it took for the order to be placed. Yes, not for the order to be fulfilled but for it to be placed due to incompetence at the service counter. Once the order was placed two months late, parts came in within a few weeks. But damaged. The service guy screams at you in all caps emails with typos and poor grammar. Just horrible. Our experience as a whole was far from satisfactory. I'm rating them as two stars because other staff were pleasant.

We didn't go in to buy. We went in to be educated and William McCarthy was wonderful. He spent HOURS with us. He educated us about so many details and showed us options that fit within our criteria, just so we could get a feel and fit. But he never pressured us. I've dealt with Meyers personnel in the past at RV shows, always thinking that someday in the future we would be in the market. With "the future" in the headlights it was time to get serious and my husband and I were very, very happy with the time, effort and knowledge that Bill shared with us.

Meyers RV Superstore in Harrisburg did me a great service.Being a Disabled Veteran I went in because I needed someone to transform my Ford Transit 250 van .They dropped a low profile Ac unit into my roof with a landline on the outside.Put 30 amp fuse box in along with 2 electrical outlets on each side with separate breakers.Put two side vents for more air circulation . They work wellNow when I travel I can pull into any campground and plug in.Thank you so much Mary Mike Dan & Juan for making life so much easier in my travels.Wolf - SGT./USMC/RETIRED

Purchased a used 2021 Keystone Outback 291UBH from them and we were more than satisfied with the service we received. The unit was transferred from the Chruchville, NY location. Jennifer from financing went above and beyond to get us the best possible terms and made the purchase very easy. Ryan and Jason from service department were readily available to address any items found during walkthrough and tow hitch setup. Overall a great experience!

We owned a pop-up for about 10 years, took about a 10 year break from camping, and were ready to buy a Travel Trailer about the time the pandemic began. We worked with Matt between the beginning of the pandemic in 2020 until we purchased an RV from Meyers at the Hershey RV show in September of 2021. Matt is a very knowledgeable sales rep who answered our many questions and provided good advice. His passion, enthusiasm, and experience with RVing made for a pleasant buying experience. We met Matt late on the first night of the show and ended-up spending an hour in a camper during a downpour, talking about any and all-things RV. His willingness to spend that time with us convinced us that buying from Matt and Meyers RV was the right decision. We ordered our camper at the show, working with Matt and Kristen to complete the process. Our camper arrived earlier than estimated, over the holidays and was a good surprise! The pick-up and paperwork processes were coordinated by Jennifer. Our walkthrough went well. Everything with the camper was as expected with no issues or problems noted. The technicians thoroughly explained how everything worked inside-outside, and top to bottom. They patiently answered my many questions. Since we picked-up in December, our camper was winterized. They took the time to explain how to de-winterize, with a focus on the hot water heater. Everyone we encountered at the dealership has been pleasant to work with.We have been busy getting our camper ready for our first trip in the spring. We can't wait to hit the road and start enjoying our Grand Design Transcend Xplor 247BH!

I highly recommend Meyers RV. They are family friendly and work with you. Matt helped us so much find the perfect fit for our family and made sure to check on us during our first camping trip. He was super friendly and worked with us as our 2 year old would have melt downs because she was impatient.

I am happy with all that Mike Dunn and the team at Meyers RV Superstores did for me in the purchase of an RV and repair of another one. Mike stuck with me through the whole process in one of the busiest times of the RV business. At every turn, he was able to champion my financing situation, delays, delivery, and the ultimate result of having both of my RVs ready for action. I highly recommend him, the staff at this store, and the service team.

I would give 10+ stars on this rating to Mr. Don mull. My husband and I were at a campground in Pennsylvania and our hydraulic jacks would not retract the s making us stuck at a campground. I contacted Dawn and he had just returned from vacation but said that he would be glad to stop by and thank goodness this gentleman got us up and running diagnose the problem and told us who to contact in the future for repair. If anyone in the area ever needs mobile RV or any kind of RV service or repair, I would highly recommend Meyers RV.

Meyers RV Superstore of Harrisburg has twice responded very quickly to a warranty item on my Grand Design Solitude fifth wheel. I live in MD a little more than two hours away from Harrisburg and for each warranty item, plus other work when they were at the rig, Meyers sent a mobile technician to quickly and efficiently repair the fault. In particular, Donnie McMull and JC were both super at getting the work done. Yesterday, Donnie arrived at the time he said he would and repaired all items that could be repaired outside of the shop. Donnie worked efficiently yet was still extremely friendly. Meyers and Grand Design are a great team and I am very appreciative of how they have supported me since I live out-of-state from the shop. Well done - and thanks!

They always come through and are very helpful. I will always recommend Meyers.Update: unfortunately I need to lower my rating. The initial service we were provided didn't last long. The trailer we bought has had issues since day 1. The trailer has major issues and now has to be sent back to the manufacturer to be repaired. It's been sitting on Meyers lot for 3 months. Today we went out there to find the trailer not covered as we were told it would be, and mold in the trailer, not to mention the musty smell. Chuck, the general manager hasn't returned any calls in the last week and refused to give me even a few minutes when I showed up to speak to him. Meyers cares more about their new customers and their sales than they care about their existing customers. That was very clear today. I would strongly suggest if you are going to buy from them to do your research. I'm hoping they make this right but doubt they will. We will see. Also side note, this trailer isn't even 1 year old yet.Meyers Rv Superstores, please don't reply with the typical respons of contacting the GM Chuck because he won't answer or call back. To make a big impact in my decision of this review, it would be better to have one of the owners contact me directly. Thanks in advance.Update 2: Chuck did reach out to me but not until after many voicemails that went ignored. IF the trailer is repaired or replaced, which it should be replaced due to the extent of damage, I will re-evaluate my review. I am still waiting on an owner to call to discuss the many issues we have had with our trailer. But, those voicemails and messages have gone unanswered as well.Update 2: They came through and delivered earlier then expected on the repairs. While I am not happy with our new trailer being such an issue, I can't really blame Meyers, that is more of a Jayco thing. It's hard because these dealers are at the mercy of the manufacture. The people at Meyers, especially Sebastian our service writer, are good people.

Sarah, our saleswoman, was awesome! She s professional, personable, and not pushy at all. Brian, in the service department, was just as professional, helpful, and kind. He made sure the service to our trailer was done in a timely manner and done right! I would highly recommend Meyer s in Harrisburg!

Update June 2019. Had a part on my water heater go bad. Took the part and asked them to have it replaced under warranty was told I had to call the manufacture myself and do it. Manufacture told that the only way to have it replace was to pay for a mobile mechanic or the dealer had to do it to be cover under warranty. He list to say the dealer doesn t want to do it I bought it and fixed the park myself after this. This company is a joke...CAMPING WORLD HAS NOW GAINED A NEW CUSTOMER.Worst experience ever buying an RV. I purchased my RV back at the end of October and they still won t let me pick it up. They have done nothing but lie since it went to finance. They say they have been doing warranty work for the past 3 months. I ve been paying for something I don t have. My next step it a lawyer.Update March 2019: I was contacted by Meyers RV after I picked it up my RV and we discussed the issues and concerns I had with the very poor/rude service from finance and then the constant run around of why my RV wasn t fixed yet. I was going to change my review and give more stars but after seeing what your about to read I m very disappointed. I thought about calling but then I thought to myself, they would just blame it on me since it s been sitting in my yard for two months so no point. After getting it home (Only 2 miles down the road) I parked it for the rest of the winter season. As I go to get it ready for a trip I have coming up next month, I do my walk around I noticed the back driver side corner was all scratched, rain gutter and aluminum at the top is bent and the bumper is all scratched up. That was not there when I left in Meyers RVs care and I did not hit anything with it when I left or I wouldn t be saying anything, If has been parked in my yard since picked up. At this point I believe Meyers RV has permanently lost my service and future sales and any recommendations to family and friends in the future.

We just got back from our first trip in our new Avenger this past weekend, and couldn't be happier with the trip. Many thanks to Mike for identifying the best RVs to tour based on our requirements, and providing us a thorough review of each. He made the actual "buying" part a breeze as well! Thanks too, to Ken for the thorough walk-through when we went to pick the RV up. He even ensured we were squared away when we realized we didn't have the right towing equipment with us. All in all, very happy with our experience, as was the dog!

We had purchased a Camper almost a year ago. There were some minor quirks but theses guys took care of them. Ac was not working properly over the weekend and I sent a email on Saturday to them they got me in on Wednesday and checked it out and possible causes. Theses guys were AWESOME.They also gave me information about installing a ladder which I will not now due to concerns from the guys. Just want to give a shout out toMarty, Brian and service techs in garage. They went above and beyond on work. I also found out I have a extended warranty which gives me a piece of mind thank you allGreat Team work. Excellent serviceThe Starrs

1. Great customer service2. No pressure sales pitch3. Fantastic service lineMy wife and I worked with Matt, a down to earth guy who remained in communication throughout and after the signing process. He provided his personal contact for us in case we have questions at any time, both now and in the future. We are third time RV buyers, first time Meyers customers, and we have been more than impressed with how above and beyond Meyers went with the walkthrough of the camper and paperwork. If that wasn t enough, they hand wrote a thank you card which topped off the excellent service we had already received.

We made it to Maine thanks to Meyers RV of Harrisburg, PA. Friday night I accidentally popped out the bottom portion of my rear emergency window. I could not get it back in and we were leaving for Maine with friends tomorrow morning at 10AM!Saturday morning I went to Meyers RV without an appointment and asked if there was any way they could help me as I was supposed to leave in an hour for Maine. They were very busy but they started to help me almost immediately. After a considerable amount of time they were able to get the window back in. (They had to remove the window frame to do it!)Guess what I was charged for all that time and effort .NOTHING. Since I was a customer of their s they charged me nothing! Who does that kind of thing anymore? NOBODY!!!Thanks to Michael R., Donny, Ken, and Eric Sigel for getting me on my way!Meyers RV of Harrisburg is the best!
