Had a good bit of issues going on with my 2020 Chevy Malibu and as I m coming up on inspection decided to get everything That was wrong with it fixed. On the report they texted me with everything that was wrong with it included my windshield which was cracked. I called the shop and asked how much to fix it. He asked what I wanted fixed and I told him everything and he said no problem. With the bill being pretty high at $2,000 and me telling him I wanted everything fixed I assumed my windshield would be repaired as well. Well here I am still with a cracked windshield as I was informed that they do not do glass after I called back after picking my car up. Pretty annoying to have to go spend even more money on something I thought would be fixed. As far as I know the work that was actually done was done up to par and they did have my car back to me in a timely manner. It just really put a sour taste in my mouth that they would make it seem like everything they sent me on the list was included in the price and all of my vehicle would be fixed. Very skeptical about doing business with them again.

Solid, consistent, fair service. I've used this Meineke for 3 years, and they've treated me well, not tried to oversell, respected my decisions & requests. Would recommend.

I had been going to a different Meineke since it was an independent shop and once it got bought out, it became horrible. I was hesitant to try another location, thinking they were all like that. The shop on Paxton street got me in quickly for service, they found the issue, fixed it fast, were polite and up front, and I didn't feel like they were 1-rushing me or 2-trying to take advantage of me.I'll continue to use this location.

I called and booked my appointment in a matter of minutes. I had waited until the last minute to get my truck inspected. I took it,?and all through the process they kept me informed from the estimate to the final turn of a bolt. My truck is quiet and runs great. I will continue to bring my vehicles here.

I have been going to meineke for some years. I go there because they provide excellent service and they are professional and trustworthy. Most of all they are freindly, courteous, and polite to their customers also they make you feel welcomed and at ease. Keep up the Awesome work guys!!!

Something punctured my tire while driving on Interstate 83. Got off at the closest exit and found this Meineke. They were able to change my flat and put on my spare quickly so we were still able to make our appointment at Hershey Med. Guys were super nice and I loved the dog! We have been taking our vehicles to Meineke on Paxton St for 20 years. We are always treated great by all of the staff. Scott was excellent and always goes out of his way to help me with services that I need. Scheduled an oil change and Scott fit in an inspection and tire rotation so I didn t have to schedule another appointment. Saved me a lot of time. Needed my inspection and oil change. For the inspection they had me get a new tire that had pressure issues and a hole in it. Changed my wiper blades and air filter. They are quick and efficient plus so friendly. Scott is a great customer service rep and very helpful. They are my trusted mechsnics.

Super quick and affordable, love that they go through everything they found on your car with pictures that you can access through your email. They applied any promotion/sale they could without asking, I didn't have to hunt for online coupons. I had about twice as much work done this year as I did at (redacted competitor), and was back on the roads hours sooner with a few hundred dollars more left in my pockets. Good location if you opt to wait, lobby is comfortable with water/vending machines available, handful of places to grab drinks/snacks within a block or so as well.

This is an update for my visit on 10/21/2023 - it is still 5 Stars. The work and team remain excellent , professional and honest!I always use Meineke on Paxton St. for my yearly Inspection and all related auto maintenance needs. I particularly liked that I was shown pictures of the air filters that needed to be changed.Excellent and professional team!
