I'm updating my review to 4 stars. I'm going to leave the original review below so y'all can see how good customer service can turn someone's day around. After a call with the manager my Karen attitude went out the window. I was pretty upset when I posted this review this morning, but after talking to Mario (the manager) I was quickly releived to hear that they are going to do all they can to make this situation right. I'm going to be having a follow up call with him tomorrow to work out the details, but I already feel confident that I'll leaving situation with a fair outcome. Thank you Mario, and team, for your dedication to good customer service. And I'm sorry for the original harsh review.Original:"Did they make quick work of what needed to be done? Yes. Did they do the work correctly? No. This crew does not pay attention to detail. They simply plug your vehicles stock info into a computer and then they do whatever the computer tells them. They almost put the wrong tires on, and then they most definitely put the wrong struts and shocks on. My truck, with an obvious lift, now looks like it's got a Carolina squat.... thanks for the help, but no thanks for now having to pay someone to fix your error. You milked me for $600 additional from where we started and you still didn't fix my issue, I'd give 1 star, but you fixed it enough for me to make it home... your operation won't last with paying such little attention to detail. If only customer care could take priority over payment, oh what a world we could be living in.Note: look at the clearance difference from the front wheel photos to the back wheel photos. You'd think a mechanic shop would have noticed a blindly obvious mistake."

I had ordered tires online and had them shipped to JWT / Mavis for both of my vehicles in the last few weeks. This morning I dropped off my wife's vehicle at 8am, and was able to pick it back up by 10am. Mario and Trinity were a pleasure to work with. Would reccomend this shop to anyone looking for tires. Thank you!

In the US on a holiday for a few days and recently visited this establishment for some needed maintenance on my car and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist me.Very clean and well organised environment creating a professional atmosphere expertise demonstrated by the technicians. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and explain the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand.Not only did they provide top-notch service, but they also completed the work in a timely manner, minimizing any inconvenience to me. Everytime I come to this place of business I am well taken care of. They are so polite, helpful, and fast at what they do. I never had luck with tires period but they always were there to assist and get the job done for reasonable, low, good prices! You won t be let down by them! They fix tires, sell tires, maintenance, and more! You won t be disappointed! They are excellent!!

I went in for a last minute inspection and the guys were so accommodating. They got me in and out with no hassle. The professionalism and customer care I saw exhibited from the team members while I was waiting for my vehicle was incredible. Miguel even took the time to go over my inspection results and gave me a heads up on what to look out for over the next few months. I definitely see myself becoming a regular customer.

This is the place where you want to get your car fixed and maintained. Staff always goes above and beyond to exceed customers expectations. The employees there show true professionalism and courtesy.If I had to pick one place to take my BMW to or any car in Harrisburg it would ONLY BE THERE AT 4611 Jonestown rd .Thank you so much for the work and effort your team provides on an everyday basics YES THEY ARE OPEN 7 days a week as well !

I took my Murano to get inspected last week, and they told me my brakes out of safety should need replaced. I said do they pass. He said they were at 1 and 2. Both failed. My son in law replaced all 4 pads for me, and told me they were still passing. Just be honest with me. I took it back today for reinspection. They told me it was 54.00. I questioned it and then they changed it to 28.00. they didn't reset the oil change on the car or put an oil change service due sticker.This place is so convenient for me, but I don't feel like I can trust them.

I had an emergency situation withy car on a Friday afternoon, and one of my coworkers recommended this location to me. They were able to see me that day. When I got there, Randy approached me to see what he could do for me. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and exceptionally helpful, which was great because I was pretty anxious. He went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation. I highly recommend Randy and crew and will use them in the future.

Don t bother waiting with your vehicle. I was told over the phone I didn t need to schedule my tire change and that there was no wait. Brought my vehicle in and ended up waiting over 2 and a half hours for them to even take my vehicle in. I sat the entire time and watched people come and go as the mechanics pick and chose which services they wanted to complete first. When I got my vehicle back the seats and interior were covered with grease handprints that I will now have to get out.

Got my oil changed but they didn't put the oil cap back on the motor. Didn't realize it until the next day when oil had sprayed out all over the underside of the hood and everything around the motor. They told me they didn't have anything to clean it properly and I should go get a detailed and send them the bill. Good customer service would have scheduled a detailing and had me come in to have it done at no cost. They lost my business.

Worst place ever!!! I had an appointment scheduled at 10:00 a.m for a state inspection, then did not even take my vehicle until 12:00 p.m. Then they said my inspection failed due to wind shield wipers, and to change them the cost would be $460. I do not recommend this location for any type of service. They will overcharge you.

When I walked inside 2or 3 guys were standing around talking. I waited at the desk for a few minutes. No one acknowledged me. I made eye contact before I walked out. I had a scheduled appointment on 01/05/2024 @9am.. This was horrible customer service.

Maria and Ezra were great. I came in and they went above and beyond of what is expected. Their customer service is outstanding. I will continue to come here and will suggest this business to everyone I know. Thanks Maria and Ezra. Just came back for an oil change and Maria and Ezra were here again and great service again. They are awesome here

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE.I asked them to tell me why my car was stuttering, tell me what it needs to pass inspection, and why it makes a noise when I turn.ISSUES WERE NOT ADDRESSED:They kept my car 2 days and ignored my phone calls wondering what was going on. They replaced the battery without my permission. They did not check the other issues.Did not address inspection, stuttering, or turning issues.I was forced to pay $175 I was not ready to spend. I had no choice because I needed my car. Had they not kept it hostage, I may have been able to get them to put my old battery in. But I need my car immediately since they kept it past the time they promised.I wish I had $175 to pay my real bills instead of being forced to pay for a battery I didn't need.

Follow up appointment Saturday January 13 at Jack Williams store #1382Went in just for tire installation only upon arrival the car was up on the lift with the hood open they were searching for a reason to look for more problems or create repairs that weren t warranted. After over an hour plus install of two tires they told me now that I miraculously needed brakes and rotorsMind you, two weeks prior I had inspection that told me what I we wrong and what the car needed to passShady shady business practices

Earlier today, I had to swing by because I had run over some kind of bolt or other object that embedded itself in my tire. I purchased my tires here earlier this year, I just have God awful luck. But I was able to get in and out in less than half an hour with a freshly plugged tire. The staff is very efficient, very kind, and one of the mechanics even stepped out to help customers because there was a line. Excellent customer service!!!

I was in almost 3 weeks ago. To get the balancing beads out and re-balance them when taking the tires off and putting them back on the rim, they mess one of my rims up. I feel like I m getting the run around over it. No one said anything about my room being screwed up when I pick the truck up there are aftermarket wheels and I just want it fixed right? Steve told me the manager that I would hear something this week now I ve been two weeks since I heard anything from anybody, I had a call to see what was going on, I would not take custom wheels to Jack Williams to get tires or balance

Today at 545, I pulled into Jack Williams auto center, thet setting up for to close, I came in they took my vehicle ,pulled the tire and I had 2 nails in it , they stayed until the job was finished!!!!Great service once again!!!!

As we were driving to Rhode Island to attend our son s wedding pulling our 5th wheel we had one of our truck tires completely blow out. We did not want to drive another 600 miles on a spare, so we called every tire store along 81 trying to find a replacement tire. It s a specialty tire for pulling a heavy load, so nobody had one in stock! Not only were they open but could get us the tire by 3pm! They went above and beyond and saved the day. Thank you

20/10 they were very helpful and were able to explain in a clear way. Came in for a tire leaking but had a bent wheel so they were able to give me all the information I need to get the part I needed and fix the problem and they were able to quickly find another problem I wasn t aware of and fixed it in a very efficient manner, they were all so friendly and helpful. Will go back for everything I can with them!

We got a flat toward the close of business for many places, or there was a three hour wait at others. We called Jack Williams and they said come right in. The mechanic had our car on a lift and we were out in less than 10 minutes. We talked about how amazing the service was for many times longer than we were actually there.

This once was a decent place, not now. I would recommend JWT if you have 4 hours to mount 4 tires and alignment. At the 2 hour mark I was told it will be finished soon. I now have a new definition of soon, 2 hours. I can cook a full meal in soon . At this location of JWT I was looking out the window at 3 other tire shops, within 1 mile there are 7. Take your pick you can t go wrong ..
